We had an absolutely amazing experience! Enzo, our waiter, was outstanding - attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. Chef Marco went above and beyond; every dish was incredible and clearly prepared with so much care and talent. The food was WOW, especially the pasta. Best pasta I’ve had. But everything was full of flavor. The combination of exceptional service and outstanding food made this a memorable experience. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know. Truly an amazing experience all around!

Went with a group of friends to celebrate their birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 . First time at this restaurant. They are very strong on offering the chefs tasting menu but everyone at the table needs to order it. We were 12 and only 10 wanted the tasting menu so everyone had to order their one meal as they wouldn't make the exception since they restaurant stated it would affect the experience. The tasting menu is either $120 or $150 per person depending of how many courses. They have a great wine selection. We brought 2 bottles and paid courting fee and ordered 2 Magnuns wich were enough for everyone. The food was amazing and the service was on point. Ended up paying $2,400 for 12 guest about $200 per person. The desert was really good specially the ice cream.

The atmosphere was amazing, watching the chef plating and seeing him enjoy himself. Marco was our server and he was on the money with everything. He made amazing recommendations, and everything paired so well. I love how we were not rushed out after dinner making it even more welcoming. It was a truly amazing experience and will be coming back !

Amazing experience. Marco was our waiter and super attentive and really made us feel taken care of. We tried the Tartare di Tonno and Salsiccia Dry-Aged to start and they were so good. The Risotto Zafferano Ossobuco and Spaghetti alle Vongole were incredible too. And for dessert, the Gelato al Pistacchio was perfect. Great food and a really nice vibe. Totally recommend!

If there is one spot to try in the South Miami/ Coral Gables area, it is Mano Libera! We had their multi course tasting menu, all choices from the chef’s personal picks. Every plate is created with so much thought into the mixing of flavors and textures. We were enjoying every single bite! Caterina our waitress was describing all the intricate ingredients with such knowledge and enjoyment that it kept us eager to learn what was to come next to the table. But most of all we loved the entire philosophy at Mano Libera or “free hand”. Marcos struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive; always checking in at just the right moments.
