What an amazing time i had, from the moment we got there we where welcome with open arms by Ugo and Ilaria the managers if the restaurant. It was my mothers birthday, i took some friends as well, they made us feel like home , overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
Don't be discouraged by the works undergoing in the Grand Building, this hidden neighborhood restaurant, offers a fun and relaxed atmosphere, with great food and drinks The last addition to the HH on Thu, Fri and Sat , are the amazing $1 oysters 😍 But everything else in the hh and regular menu is great! Chef Ugo goes above and beyond cooking, he loves to interact with the guests and yes, also prepare cocktails for them . Behind the scenes , chef Alessio makes sure that everything is well prepared and ready for the guests to enjoy Friendly and professional staff
This was our first time dining here and it was a great experience! Eva our server was friendly and attentive, the drinks were very good, and food was so tasty. The chicken wings and meatballs were fantastic! The burger with an egg on it was my husband’s favorite burger with an egg he has ever tried. And the rum cake was moist and tasted so good! Definitely better than most hotel restaurants out there. We will be back for sure the next time we are in Miami!
Everything at this restaurant is A-mazing. The bartender makes the best pina colada with malibu pina colada with hennessy. Ask for a stawberry lemonade. Its not on the menu but should be. Ask the bartender. the wings, the pasta, the burgers, and the grilled chicken sandwich are all must trys this is a must restaurant in Miami Beach.
Excellent dinner and pleasant atmosphere. Nice little menu and the pizza was delicious, arugula and prochuito ham was delicious and above all fresh Mediterranean salad.
Authentic Italian food and amazing service! The new manager Franccesco is amazing and is always ready to make your experience in his restaurant the best one yet. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you are in the downtown Miami area to try this place out.... You won't be disappointed!
It was my first time dinning here. At first I wasn’t expecting much, being that the restaurant is a part of The Grand Retail Mall. However, food and service were outstanding! We were seated right away and our server was Alexander. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful! His food recommendation was just perfect. We had some appetizers from the happy hour (5-7) and then daily specials Bronzino and mushroom Risotto. Both of those meals were delicious! For the drink in those hot fall months The No-Name and Margarita are tasty and refreshing! Will be back!

Beautiful restaurant and the staff provided amazing customer service. They were very friendly and attentive. The food was so delicious. I recommend the meatballs and the calamari, they did not disappoint! I got the Fettuccine al Pastor as my main and I enjoyed every bite. If you're around I definitely recommend stopping in and getting a bite and some dessert as well :)

A must visit while in Miami!! Dining out at Primos was an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, the atmosphere, food, and service were A+! Ugo, owner/master chef did an outstanding job of preparing an authentic "Italian Tour" special meal for our party. Being Italian-American (with family in Sicily) & having traveled to 37 nations around the world, I must say this "whole in wall" small restaurant beats many of the Big boys, & is now toward the top of my all-time favorite list! Be sure to take home a bottle of their special imported Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. Franco Ferrante Gennaro
My wife and I have been dining here for years. The food is great. The people are great and Marta at the bar always treats us like kings.
Juan was amazing. I am celiac and he was completely upfront about meal and helped guide me to have the best experience. He also made a great wine selection. Overall, amazing experience for the family. Food is also extremely delicious.
Fabulous Italian food, especially the peccheri lobster.
Juan was our server and was absolutely wonderful! The food was scrumptious..the market fish absolutely delicious as well as the chicken. His hospitality and kindness with helpfulness was very much appreciated 👏
Food was amazing, fries, delicious. Great presentation! Drinks on point. To top it all off Alex (the waiter) was phenomenal!!! Well put together, pleasant, accommodating. He’s recommendations were on point which shows he knows his food and is well knowledgeable.
We came here as a backup place for Mother’s Day dinner. The food all was hot and fresh. The service, Enzo, was super attentive and personable.
Primos Restaurant is an absolute gem when it comes to enjoying a delicious meal in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. My recent visit to this fantastic eatery left me with nothing but great memories and a full belly! The food was simply outstanding. The unique blend of flavors and spices in every dish we tried was a real treat for the taste buds. From the crispy fried calamari to the perfectly cooked ribeye steak, everything was top-notch. What made our experience even more delightful was the fantastic service we received from our waitress Yanet. Her friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel like we were dining with close friends. With expert recommendations and great communication skills, Yanet always ensured that we tasted the best dishes on the menu and that all our needs were met. Furthermore, I cannot stress enough the level of detail and care provided by the manager, Juanjo. He was always on the floor, making sure every table was having a great time. Juanjo's dedication to providing the highest level of service and ensuring customer satisfaction was commendable. Overall, if you are looking for a delightful dining experience with exquisite food, excellent service, and an all-around cozy atmosphere, look no further than Primos Restaurant. It's safe to say that thanks to Yanet, Juanjo, and the meticulous attention to detail, we will be returning soon to indulge in their delicious food and fantastic hospitality.
This place is awesome! I loved the primos pizza, the flavor was amazing. Eva the bartender was very welcoming and pleasant, and makes a damn good cocktail! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend
Great food. Great service. I got the beyond burger with fries - really good. But even better was the service from Alex Rivero. Really nice guy. Had some really good suggestions on food. It was a table of 5 and he made sure we were all serviced equally fast with fresh food! Such a nice guy, even helped us speak Spanish. I'll definitely recommend him as your server.
Came in for thanksgiving. The food was amazing and Monica gave me wonder service. Highly recommended.
Our first time here but definitely not our last! Service, Food and atmosphere were all amazing! The meatballs best we’ve had in a long time!! Calamari and garlic bread for appetizers were delish!! And my Risotto my goodness… amazing!!! Tasty old fashion is worth every penny!
We had a wonderful dinner at Primos. My husband and daughter loved their burger and my meatballs were delicious. Fernando our waiter was exceptional. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend the food and the service!
The food at Primos is absolutely outstanding! Ugo, the Italian chef, is semplicemente eccezionale. Every dish, from the appetizers to the desserts, is prepared with such care and authentic Italian flavor. You can truly taste the passion in every bite. Grazie mille, Ugo, for your incredible service and the delicate artistry you bring to the kitchen. Tutto era delizioso! We’ll definitely be coming back!
Dining at Primos is always a delight, but what truly elevates the experience is the incredible talent of Italian Chef Ugo. Every dish that comes out of his kitchen is a masterpiece, full of flavor, creativity, and soul. You can taste the passion and precision in every bite. Whether it’s a classic Italian favorite or a seasonal special, Chef Ugo never fails to impress.
Ive had an amazing experience , the service , the food , the atmosphere is the best ive seen in all mu life. Hugo is amazing he’s the best chef in Maimi you deserve your own restaurant whish the best of luck in life. I will be coming here as long as you are here
I can't say enough about this place! I wasn't expecting much since it's a restaurant in a hotel, but this place exceeded my expectations! My server was so sweet and attentive and gave great recommendations. One of the best Cosmopolitans that I had in a very long time and the Rigatoni Bolognese was divine! I would have taken pics, but everything looked so delicious, I just dove right in and started partaking of the food and drink. I'm in the area on a business trip, but I am defintely going to make time to come back here again and try out either lunch or breakfast tomorrow.
This is a lovely restaurant. It just so happens to be in my building, so it’s somewhat become my dining room. I can go there in time by myself into quite comfortable or I can be friends. And there’s always somebody down there from the building.. The food is really really good. I can’t says I’ve ever had a bad meal. Head chef is artistic wonder. Straight from the old country Stella and Alessandro and Chris and Shay and Orlando and Juan all give excellent excellent service. I like it so much. I’m having dinner there this evening with about six people. I really look forward to it. Give it a try. It really enjoyed. Raymond
All I can say is this is the best deli restaurant in Miami. The service is fast and friendly. The employees all look happy; even the owner, Charlie, is working the line. Again, amazing food and service.
I had the best time at Primo's Italian Restaurant & Lounge! The vibe was super chill and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Can't wait to go back for more delicious pasta! 🍝✨
An Unforgettable Italian Experience in Miami - Primos Restaurant My recent visit to Primos Restaurant in Miami turned out to be an exceptional culinary experience that certainly deserves a glowing review. As a lover of Italian cuisine, I can confidently say that this restaurant has brought the authenticity and passion of Italian culinary tradition to the heart of Miami. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who remained extremely kind and professional throughout our meal. The restaurant's ambiance is elegant yet cozy, with an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are in a classy Italian trattoria. The menu offers a wide range of traditional Italian dishes, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. We started with a bruschetta appetizer, which was simply perfect: the crispy bread and fresh ingredients made every bite a delight. For the main course, I chose the truffle fettuccine, a dish that exceeded all my expectations. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the truffle flavor was sublimely balanced. My companion opted for a margherita pizza, which was authentic and flavorful, with a thin and crispy crust and a rich, tasty tomato sauce. We couldn't end the evening without trying the desserts, and Primos' tiramisu was the perfect finale. Soft, creamy, and with just the right balance of coffee and cocoa, it was the best tiramisu I have ever tasted outside of Italy. The service was impeccable, with our waiter attentive and always ready to meet our every need. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. In conclusion, Primos Restaurant is a hidden gem in Miami that I highly recommend to anyone looking to experience authentic Italian cuisine. I can't wait to return to further explore their menu. Bravi ❤️
Service was superb😁 Tyler was our waiter and the bar tender was knowledgable . They were both very friendly. And both very handsome ladies.
As always, the food is amazing. We had 2 of the specials..if you miss the Christmas salad, sorry! One of the best salads I've ever had. The Oso bucco mushroom ravioli is just beyond good. ALWAYS ASK FOR BREAD. Just wow. It's been remodeled since I was there last-I loved the cozy laid back vibe with soft music more than the more modern loud music. Its a little hard to carry on conversations with the loud music. It's more of a bar vibe now but I'll be back every time I'm in Miami. ❤️
Just left Chef Ugo’s restaurant — what a great experience! Delicious dishes, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Well done, Ugo, your passion really shines through. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place with fresh food and an amazing staff that go the extra mile for you. All entrees are fresh and very tasty. The place is clean and overall a very nice place to come and spend a nice night out. The bar team make some very tasty Old Fashions. Come and visit this place you won’t be disappointed.
We stopped in here by chance on a Friday night. Juan our server recommended the perfect wine for our meal. Ended up with two bottles. A table of eight and the service was fast. The food was phenomenal. We had many people with allergies and restrictions. There were no errors in four courses of the meal and everyone was extremely pleased with the food. “Best meatball ive ever had” “best salmon i ever had”. Everyone had a great time and left with full bellies. Again, amazing service AND food.
Last night, my sister and I and some of her colleagues from work visited Primos for Happy Hour. What a beautiful experience! The food and ambience were outstanding. We ordered various items from the happy hour menu including raw oysters, oysters Rockefeller, garlic bread, and buffalo chicken wings. The oysters were perfect and probably the freshest we have ever had and the chicken wings were crispy and seasoned just right. And, Chris our bartender, was very attentive. Outstanding job, Primos!! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Chef Ugo and Hillaria. Very lovely people indeed. We can tell that you truly love what you do because it shows in the food and the service. We will definitely be returning again soon! Until then, ciao bella.
An excellent place to go and have a good time and eat something delicious. I loved this place. God bless them. They're always very friendly and quick, you almost don't have to wait. ❤️😊 I hope they never change. Thanks.
I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The service provided by Enzo was exceptional—he was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Additionally, the dishes crafted by chef Hugo were delicious and showcased a great blend of flavors. I would definitely recommend this dining experience to others!
Hugo, the owner, is all about hospitality. He’s so lovely! The food is absolutely delicious.. the lobster ravioli *chefs kiss*. The red wine selection is surprisingly awesome for such a small spot; There is something for everyone — from the know-nothing wine drinker to fine dining wine drinkers, all very reasonably priced. Couple of spelling errors on the menu but nothing to write home about lol. Overall, Truly a lovely dining experience with friends. 10/10.
An excellent experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was exquisite, authentic, and prepared with great dedication. The oysters, of outstanding quality and offered at a very reasonable price, were a delightful surprise. Congratulations to the cheff Hugo and the chef for the flavor and quality of each dish — truly top level. I would also like to highlight the warmth and professionalism of the manager, Laria, and the entire team: the service was impeccable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. A place I will definitely return to — 100% recommended.
I had dinner here with my family, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They offer a bites menu starting at just $1, and the freshness of every dish is truly impressive. Chef Ugo has such positive energy — you can feel the love and passion he puts into everything he does. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, the music is perfectly balanced, and the service is outstanding. A special mention to Enzo, the manager, who is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience! During my stay in Miami, I stayed at the DoubleTree, and the day before our cruise we decided to have breakfast at Primo’s Restaurant. It turned out to be one of the most amazing breakfasts I’ve ever had — delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and a truly unique flavor. The service was fast and efficient, but what really made the experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the Italian girl who served us (unfortunately I don’t remember her name). She made us feel right at home with her genuine smile and impeccable professionalism. When we come back to Miami, Primo’s will definitely be a must-stop!
Had an amazing experience at Primos! Chef Ugo and manager Ilaria were absolutely incredible – such warm hospitality and attention to detail. We tried the $1 oysters (absolutely fabulous!) and the ribeye, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I loved the atmosphere, both elegant and inviting, which made the evening even more special. Can’t wait to come back!”
We ate breakfast at PRIMOS this morning and it was absolutely the best bacon, egg and tomato croissant I have ever eaten! The food not only taste good, but the presentation is amazing!
We had lunch at Primos Restaurant — what an amazing discovery! Even though the building is still under construction and the entrance isn’t very inviting, once you step inside, everything changes: the restaurant becomes a true temple of pleasure. The oysters are absolutely delicious, and the pizza is an outstanding product — truly one of the best we’ve had. Congratulations to the whole team — you can really feel the passion and love you put into your work. An exceptional experience, absolutely worth repeating!
The service is exceptional. The food, especially the pizza is worth traveling for. Great place highly recommend. Ugo is the man, I got in late after an airline debacle and his staff cooked me dinner during closing. Saved the night. I will be back!

We stayed at the Doubletree and this was a convenient choice AND the food was delicious! We had the Americana Breakfast and it was perfect. The coffee was good as well! So glad it was close by (downstairs). You can’t miss it when you enter the Grand Retail mall. Enjoy!
I come here all the time for work lunch meetings. The food is okay. I pretty much order the same thing ever time I go - fettuccine pasta with either salmon or ahi tuna. The service is great, all the staff are friendly.

I tried this place with my friends and in different day with my gf, first time the service was very disappointing and the second time was so so. But the food was delicious and amazing!!! I tried the special dishes and were very good!!! Overall was a nice experience.

The brunches at Primo's, a fantastic restaurant in Miami, Florida, are very delicious! Our brunch experience was enhanced by Sarah, our server, who gave first-rate service. Let's now discuss the breakfasts, which were really fantastic! A brunch lover's paradise, each dish offered a range of alternatives to suit various palates. Primo's demonstrated their culinary prowess by creating brunches that were not only delectable but also a must-try in Miami, regardless of whether you choose to go with traditional breakfast options or explored their inventive dishes. To summarise, Primo's is the place to go if you're looking for outstanding brunches in Miami. Their brunch selections are a gourmet pleasure that will delight your palate and add extra touches to your morning.
We enjoyed a delightful evening at Primo's Italian Restaurant located in the Double Tree Hotel. I shared a Ceasars salad and the Seafood Frutti di Mare with a friend. The salad was excellent, and the seafood and linguini hit the spot. The bread basket came with an assortment of different breads which was nice. The other couple was pleased with the Eggplant Parmigiano and a burger with fries. The place was bustling on a Friday evening. The staff was very busy, but they took great care of our table.
Food and service was good, smaller portions than you’d expect for an Italian restaurant. Extra charge for just about everything, asked for a side salad we got a small/medium salad for 2, it was $17 the bill was $80 with no drinks, dessert or sides
Chicken Alfredo- Plentiful, but lacked enough seasoning. Tuna Tatar was a 9/10- Perfectly put together. Flatbread appetizer was a bit too salty but good. I would recommend red pepper and basil/oregano on the table for the olive oil and balsamic that’s already there. Caesar Salads were fresh, large and great tasting. Service was excellent and the bar tender did not disappoint. Prices are a bit high in my opinion but to be expected in this area. Server was Chris from Argentina and he was 9.7/10.
The food was very good and fresh. Initially our server was attentive but after we received our food we never saw him again. We had to get someone else’s attention to get water and our check. We chose to sit outside but it was noisy with cars and people. It would have been nice to let us know the atmosphere before seating us.
This place was our savior in middle of the night. It remains open till late. Its within walking distance as it's in downtown. Staff was in a bit of hurry and was not very much attentive. But food was good. It is little on the expensive side. They have a unique chille infused olive oil which they serve with pizza. If you are a spicey food lover you will certainly enjoy it. Also must try their chocolate cake. Cake was the best item on the menu. We went back to this place two consecutive nights.
Well. I love calamari. Not in this restaurant, They were very small , no flavor, the seafood Risotto was really like a paella . Rice was not cooked properly, The waiters were weird and not friendly at all, Nothing to write home about .

For a restaurant located inside a DoubleTree hotel, the food wasn't that bad. The pasta was al dente, although not all the pasta was boiled the same. I entered from the hotel lobby, but you can also access the restaurant from the mall. The restroom is just to the left side of the bar. There is only one toilet. The inside of this restaurant is very small and dark. They have some bar seating. The tables outside are more spacious. I got the rigatoni bolognese for lunch. It was mid. Service was slow. I can't say I will be back.
The food was nice but the service was lacking. Took too long to get the Parmesan cheese after our meals were provided. the water and the second round of drinks also took a long time. We sat waiting for Our second drink order to be taken about 20 mins after we finished first drink. We also had the tip “allocated at 20% “ as part of the bill butter service we received didn’t warrant this amount. It’s frustrating when the tip is incorporated and not an option for us (only a second tip option given). Happy to tip a decent tip when service warrants it but in this case not deserving of The tip they nominated for us . Eat here if you’re happy to be told what to tip
Overall the food is average, they didn’t have Air Condition, the ambience wasn’t that great. Was not worth the drive. We tried Miami spice menu. Shrimp appetizer was ok, 3 pieces of fried shrimp. Mahi appetizer was not that great super salty. Grilled skirt steak was ok, chicken parm really sucked. It was below average, sauce was blend, chicken itself with the breading was not seasoned at all. Tiramisu was ok. Chocolate lava cake was good, nothing special, I don’t think it’s house-made. Booth seat is uncomfortable to sit for a while, the 2 person table are really long and narrow. Also, They didn’t have a Negroni.

I live in the area and always wanted to try this place, but was not impressed. The service was just okay. We had to keep calling the waiter over for every little thing (keep in mind there were 3 tables sat at any given time including us and about 4 waiters plus the bartender). And on top of that it seemed that some tables got bread upon seating, but not all of us? By the time we noticed we were already paying the bill so it didn’t matter to ask at that point. Lastly, the food was good, but nothing amazing and for the amount we paid definitely was not worth the trip. For reference we ordered a cocktail, a fettuccine Alfredo , and a pasta fagioli soup which all together cost just under $60 before tax and tip. The pasta was okay and the soup was 90% beans( I’m not Italian idk if this is how that soup actually is, but the description on the menu didn’t even mention beans). All in all, I felt this place was overpriced average food.
We have come here many times in the past 5 years, but we were very disappointed in most recent dinner. Recent remodel is nice, but vibe is different. Loud pop music instead of soft romantic music and lighting. Service was good, but wine tasted like box wine. Entrees sim to dennys. Wont return.
Made reservations online and was told we could sit at a table in the hallway. They did not bring us bread and had to ask for more water. For the price of the meals the service should have matched. The food was just ok.
Service was extremely slow and the food that came out were cold. This happened in multiple occasions on different days. The meatballs were horrific. It was definitely not homemade because the inside is mushy. Lobster risotto was decent with the lobster being overcooked.
$36 for Alfredo pasta that had 5 pieces of shrimp is CRAZY! Pasta had NO SEASONING! Would come back if I was paid!
We went as a group and the opinions were pretty much the same: "meh". The food was nothing worth celebrating although it took well over an hour to prepare and serve. It was a good half hour until we even got our drinks, which weren't complicated by any means. We were enjoying our company, so we also ordered dessert, and even that took 45 minutes to get to the table. I can see no good reason to recommend this location to anyone, and I'm trying to review them as objectively as possible. I feel like I would be lying by giving them 3 stars, so I'll go with 2.5 and since these other ratings are all over inflated we'll round down to 2.
We went here for lunch. For a pizza, bowl of pasta, one cocktail, and one Shirley Temple, our bill was about $100. Service was lousy. After bringing our food, we didn’t see our server again until we approached him and asked for the check. My sprite with a splash of grenadine was $5, and filled to the rim with ice, so there was maybe 4 ounces of soda in the glass. Our server never offered a refill. I asked another server twice for a refill before I got one. (To go at that point because we had already finished our meal and paid.) My husband got the gnocchi. He said it was good. My kids and I shared the pizza. It was okay. It was very greasy, but we enjoyed it. Overall, the lousy service and insane prices would prevent us from recommending this restaurant.
Terrible service. Placed an online order was told it would be 30-45 minutes. Once arrived was told it was going to be another 30 minutes. Asked if I could cancel order. The hostess said yes but then disappeared. After about 20 minutes she popped back up. I again asked about the refund or food. She said it would be longer and then disappeared again. Finally after about another 15 minutes. For a total of well over an hour and half. I finally found a manager that was willing to assist. We finally got our refund. There were at least 2 other parties in same boat. It’s not about the wait it’s about the service staff not willing to take a couple minutes to assist paying customers. The food is good however not worth dealing with the service staff.
Food was semi passable. Service not good at all. I watched a customer tell the manager how terrible the service was both times he's visited. The waiters treat you like you're bothering them until it's time to pay then they smile and ask if you need anything. They are nice to people they know. Visitors, it depends. Rolling your eyes, ignoring me and not saying thank you has earned you one star. Good job!
Was closed even though their page said it was open. Don’t waste your time, they could be closed when you get there.
Lady with glasses gives atrocious service. She has no idea of hospitality. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it.Took my family visiting from abroad for the first time while I am a regular customer as I live nearby. Asked her for more bread with a table of 4 (got 5 small strips) and she rudely said you have to pay for it. Never ever have I had that experience at another restaurant ..over something as menial as bread? I had a crying baby who spilt water all over himself and also needed an immediate diaper change while kicking and screaming she comes over to scold me in the most assholish tone. Point is I respect your policy but you should not be working in a service industry!
Service Started off good then went down hill. Found a Gnat in my food and one in my cocktail they said it was pepper took the plate and never even apologized or anything. Gratuity was automatic of course but service did not reflect the tip required . Food was basic wouldn’t come back.
I used to like this place but I promise on everything I love what I'm about to say is correct without exaggeration . I'm a local and i remember used to go here a lot when i lived in the area. But last night it was the worst experience i ever had with A restaurant. At the entrance it took us about 6-8 minutes for someone to come up to us to seat it ( we were only person in front). The restaurant was 3/4 filled and the lady still sat us outside the restaurant in the hall way which wasn't appealing. The server then came up to us about 12-15 minutes later and asked what we like to drink. another 20 minute later he comes back and ask for our orders, We gave them our full order. After giving them our full order, 35 minute later nothing came and he asked if we wanted some bread. after receiving the bread, another 40 minutes went by and no appetizer, no server to check up on us. One of the workers spilled a bucket of ice all over the restaurant floor. it was a nightmare there. With waiting for over an hour with no check up on us or updates on food we decided to go to the manager and asked what's going on and clearly i saw our food hasn't started yet and the restaurant was almost empty. I was very frustrated and told them I'm going to cancel the order and walk out. Total wait time was near an hour and half with no appetizer the Just bread, we walked out and will never come back. Wasted my money on valet parking. If you want to avoid a horrible experience then you should take this review seriously, Or else i wouldnt waste my time writing this. They legit need Chef Ramsey to turn this place around. BAD BAD BAD BAD
No service animal is allowed. The restaurant is requesting a “certificate” to prove the pet is a service animal. It’s a violence of the ADA. Will report to department of justice for further investigation.
Even ignoring price it's not good. Considering the price, it's insane. Ordered delivery through Uber eats - the tomato sauce on both our pasta (rigatoni) and meatballs appetizer had very little flavor and the flavor it did have was stale, I'd guess it was old or watered down. We ended up not eating them. Seafood risotto was OK, nothing special - definitely not worth the price ($40), and towards the end I bit down into a sharp clear piece of plastic buried deeper in the rice. Checked our containers and nothing was broken so this came from something else. Foccacia was good and our Ceasars salad wasnt bad. There's infinite Italian in Miami - this is not the one to choose unless you like wasting money
I was there 03/27 at around 3:15 The European lady at the to go counter was overwhelmed by 2 tables and didn’t even acknowledge us, we just wanted 2 slices of ready made pizza before our Uber arrived but I must say it took us 12 min to get our pizza, the worst part is she gave us cold pizza. For 2 slices of vegetarian cold pizza and bad service for $20.00 I feel it’s a rip off! Personally I’d never go back there or suggest anybody does! Look at the food display and you’d agree with me!
Don’t waste your money. Very expensive for what you get. I got 3 meatballs $45.00. We were a group of 11 people. We were here before but it’s gone downhill. Italian restaurant that we had to ask for bread! Server didn’t know anything. We had several birthdays and anniversaries to celebrate,, the server said to order dessert from the menu. We were there 2 years ago and they brought a piece of cake to celebrate which was a nice gesture. PLEASE don’t go to this restaurant.
Employees have no idea what’s on the menu and we gave this place soooo many tries during our stay bc my mom had surgery and I wasn’t able to go anywhere to far from the Grand while taking care of her. The first day I ordered a margarita pizza and they gave me a chs, I asked if this was a margarita pizza when he gave it to me and he was like yes (it was obviously a chs pizza???) I have pretty bad anxiety and didn’t want to argue so I just left with my $14 chs pizza. The second day they forgot my mother’s drink on a to go order and when I had to go back down they tried to argue and tell me that they put it in the bag. This morning we were checking out and my mom is finally feeling better and wanted a smoothie from down there so I went down again for her and ordered her smoothie and some pastries. It was 15 minutes (they were busy) before I asked if the smoothie was ready and this woman looked at me and said “oh unfortunately, we are out of the smoothie” 20 minutes wasted and a $30 refund later. This place is so ignorant and the food we did get eat was subpar for the price. Save your energy and time and just go to the cafeteria down the hallway!!!!
Dear The management, I cannot express how disappointed I am in the customer service I have received since Saturday. I called you Saturday evening at 7:30 PM and has spoken to the general manager, -the lady who had an accent. I told her I did a takeout order that was simply awful. The chicken I got was so dry and so overcook there was no flavour and the Bolognese as well. It was overcooked and disgusting, and there was a hair in the dish. She “sounded so apologetic over the phone,” which I guess was just a mask as she told me she was gonna call me back Monday to resolve the situation. She never called me back on Monday so I followed up,. Got told there was no manager in the restaurant .funny. So the next day I called and I was also told there was no manager so I called the third time and a guy picked up and he told me he would write down my name /number and she would follow up with me today. No surprise, there was no call again. So I called again and they told me she was going to call me at 4 o’clock today which is now Wednesday. At 4:00 I did not receive a call so I decided to call back at 4:15. The host picked up was so rude, literally hung up on me and told me there was no manager in the restaurant and literally hung up the phone. I don’t know what business you guys plan to run, but this is no way to treat any customers if I did take out order from you and there was an issue. You should at least have the audacity to resolve the issue. This has been an issue for now over a week. I will never ever return here.
