Seriously, if you don’t eat here you will be a worse person than if you do eat here. Place is so good it’s not even fair. Came with a group of 4 and we speak a little Spanish, so we told the lady that we don’t know a lot of Spanish and she turned the Spanish dial up to 16 and made us work to figure out what she was saying. Mostly communicated with “no entiendo” and “como se dice.” I got a fever from here. A Latin fever. The food was so good I called my childhood girlfriend and apologized to her because the food made me emotionally exposed. Phenomenal. My first and only google review

This place is amazing, i never knew this place existed until my wife was referred by a coworker, one try and we got hooked! Amazing food, great lunch specials & very attentive. The staff definitely make the experience memorable and my 18 month old son adores when we take him there.

This almost-hidden place has some really good empanadas (Colombian and Venezuelan), tequeños, pan de bono and many more things! The staff is always nice. Give it a try and support a local small business!!!

A Venezuela/Colombian place to have a little of everything. I took my kids to Q'hubo because they love Venezuelan food. I tried everyone's plate. My daughter had arepa de queso blanco rayado and a malta Polar from Venezuela! It was soooo good. Cooked on the grill and with enough butter to make it even better. My son had a Patacón con carne mechada, it had also, shredded white cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fries and pink sauce. The ladies taking care of us were very nice and one of them even advised us which Patacon to choose and why. The patacon was good but not great. The tostones were delicious but the filling was ok. The meat inside it was cold and I didn't like that. I had a Colombian empanada with meat and potatoes. I liked it, it was crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside; just the way I like it. I added their homemade hot sauce and it was a good idea!

Food was okay because the meat was hard and over cooked and the service was a bit slow.

Food is good, nothing out this world; however, service is bad. One weekend we went for lunch but they never came to take our order. We stood up and left. And another time my daughter wanted one tequeño but they said we had to wait around 20 minutes because they didn’t have anything ready. The minute you order it they bake it. Nah! I stopped going there and I’m not coming back.

Be prepared to wait. It can get busy. If you are not a regular, they may never get you order

I used to like this place... but never coming back. They saw me walking in and standing to be take care of, and even told me to wait. And then, two people walk in after me and she took care of them immediately . Forgetting about me, even I was starting at her in the eyes. I believe you gotta be respectful with every single customer, no matter if I'm new or an old one. So disappointed! They need to take care better of the customers (having order and respecting people's turn)... just being respectful that I was there first.

I don’t like the service here, they ignore you and serve other customers before you. It’s very rude to do. I’m not coming here anymore

This restaurant’s website uses an incorrect or outdated payment system, which caused a huge headache. My order was charged but never processed, and the whole experience was frustrating and avoidable. On top of that no apology or compensation for the complete waste of time and money! I have to resolve it on my own! Not the best customer service! It’s their incorrect information on Google, they should take the loss NOT the customer!

The carne asada was cut into ten dry little pieces on top of a huge bed of white rice. Seems like old, microwaved meat. The beans were bland. Did not receive any napkins or utensils. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. When I came in to get the food, she didn’t greet me at all- she was on the phone talking chisme. I told her I was picking up and she didn’t say a word- she just put her hand out to take my payment. Absolutely zero customer service, plus it took 20 mins to carry out- restaurant was EMPTY.

Like all other comments say, they take care of old customer. Otherwise, be prepared to wait a long time for your order. I waited over 40 minutes just to get two items from the menu to go . They have the audacity to tell me, I can just order online next time, lack of hospitality. I advice you go somewhere else, there are plenty of others restaurants that serve the food, at a better cost . They are also way overprice. Don’t waste your time, I’m definitely not coming again
