Slab Daddy’s might be my new favorite BBQ spot in Miami. The owner is actually there taking orders and greeting everyone — great vibe, great music, and the energy feels really welcoming. We ordered the Meal for 2 and everything was 🔥 • The ribs literally fell off the bone. • The pulled pork was super juicy — and they serve it with tortillas + cabbage which was such a good touch. • The brisket was also amazing. For sides we got the mac & cheese and the cornbread and fresh green bean salad all were delicious. Next time I’m getting an extra cornbread because I did not want to share mine. 😅 He also gives you this house sauce and it’s fire. Definitely coming back.

Stopped by for a quick bite and everything I ate was delicious! I got the meal for 2 even though I was by myself (leftovers). The brisket was tender and fell apart at the fork, the pork ribs were juicy and my favorite is their homemade barbecue sauce for sure .. they’re working on a hot sauce but I have no doubt that’ll be just as delicious. The guy that takers your orders and brings you your meal is also so kind and checked on me frequently. Great establishment overall.

As you arrive, you will feel so welcomed by the staff. Then you wait in line, and the sweet smell of BBQ takes over your senses. Chef Adrian, kindly takes your order. We ordered Carnitas, Brisket sandwich (comes with fries), Chicken wings, Rice/w beans and cornbread. The BBQ is AMAZING well seasoned and smoked to perfection. We would give this spot a 10 out of 10.

THIS PLACE HITTT! I pass here everyday from work and have been patiently waiting to be able to get in inside and I was NOT disappointed. The food here is amazing, the venue is really nice I love the contrast of the yellow on black plus the location of it make it PERFECT for hospital staff or a school student to pass by and pick up some PEAK food. The owner is VERY chill and a sparking conversationalist, insuring you’ll never have a boring time here 10/10 would go here for everything again!!!

So on Saturday me and my girlfriend decided that we wanted to eat BBQ and this place came to mind and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. Our first time being there so we got the tray for two. The brisket was so soft and tender and the ribs were to die for. The cornbread was so good which I thnk it's the best cornbread I ever had. We talked to the owner and he mentioned that he is expanding to indoor dining soon, he'll definitely see us again 10/10.

I recently ate at Slab Daddy BBQ, and I can confidently say it was one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked up tohe truck, the aroma of perfectly smoked meats set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The food was nothing short of amazing. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the brisket was smoky and flavorful, and the sides (especially the mac and cheese and homemade tortillas) were to die for. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into every dish. A huge shoutout to Chef Adrian, the mastermind behind it all. His passion for BBQ shines through in every bite. Not only is he a talented chef, but he also takes the time to ensure his guests feel welcomed and valued by passing by every table to talk to them. If you’re looking for Miamis best BBQ and exceptional service, Slab Daddy BBQ is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back! One last thing…. Fantastic brisket, Mac, and cornbread, but the real star of the show is the sauce. Best sauce we’ve ever had with bbq. Owner is very friendly and made us some great recommendations, then made us feel very welcome as we enjoyed our meal on their patio.

Such a fan of slab Daddy barbecue. The owner is amazing and his wife is also so hot 🤤 I remember when it used to be Tejano barbecue and honestly, the food has gotten so much better since they rebranded. I am obsessed with the cornbread and so excited for the turkey. The ribs are better and so are the wings. The owner Adrian is amazing. I’m so happy. He stepped out on his own because he does not need a partner or anyone else because he truly has all of the sauce. The vibe is amazing. The farmers markets are great and it really is the best barbecue in Miami. I don’t know where you’re from but around here the best barbecue comes from the 305 and not from Texas.

Food was delicious! We got a Tray for Two and the portions were appropriate. The Tray had Ribs, Brisket and Pork, with 2 sides. Mac and Cheese was tasty, rice and beans were good. The pork was my favorite. Definitely a must check ✔️ place.

Deliciousssssss bbq!! off the beaten path, but totally worth the walk to get here! The brisket, carnitas, slaw and cornbread were particularly delicious! Service was great…owner was there and he made sure to greet us/come talk to us. Recommend getting the “tray for two”, then you’ll get to try it all!

10/10 the level of craftsmanship is incredible, the bbq is absolutely incredible. I would recommend the pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and chicken. All of the sides are out of this world but the green bean salad is absolutely special. I would recommend it any time. Special shout out to the Slab Daddy team for a wonderful experience.

Slab daddy smacked!!!! Everything was delicious. My friends and I order the sampler for $150, it was 100000% worth it. It fed 3 men and 2 women and we all got seconds. Atmosphere great, food quality amazing and most importantly customer service was top notch! FYI better than hometown…Definitely coming back.

I enjoyed the ribs, they had a nice flavor to them. The brisket was a bit on the drier side but that was fixed with some of their signature bbq sauce. Corn bread was out of this world, moist and delicious. I like the corn tortillas that pair well with the pulled pork. I wish the rice and beans would be more of a Gallo pinto but it stays true to the bbq style.

100% worth the visit! My wife and I shared the platter for two to enjoy the best of all worlds, and it exceeded our expectations. The meats were all flavorful, juicy and uniquely flavored and the sides were on-point and a great compliment to the meat itself. Highly recommended!

The sweet fruity glaze on the spare ribs was delicious, the brisket had a perfect smoke ring, decent bark and was still moist and tender despite me showing up at the end of lunch service. The rice had some beans that were wonderfully stewed with veggies on top. The Mac and cheese was really flavorful, not clumpy but was still super thick and soft, even the cornbread was soft and not crumbly and had like a honey butter glaze that was excellent. The two guys that took care of me were both very cool and the service was excellent. You can tell they are proud of their small but superior establishment. I can’t wait to go back!

We are so glad we stopped by, the service was awesome, portions are fair, and everything tasted made with love. The only item we thought could use some tweaking is the cornbread which was a little dry, but still good since they add a buttery honey sauce to it. We also liked the sustainable paper packaging for the to go bbq ribs and brisket. We will be stopping by when we are in the area again!

Im not sure how this place has 5 stars. Me and my family are from out of town and came here based off the reviews, due to my unfamiliarity I just chose the spot with the highest stars. We ordered the Plate for 2 (60$) and smoked wings (18$), in all almost 90$. We were presented with the measly portions and low quality food. The brisket tasted dry and old, ribs were ok, 3 mini tortillas, 1 piece of jiffy cornbread and what tasted like velveeta mac n cheese and pulled pork. It all pretty much sucked. Im hungry and annoyed…I would advise to go elsewhere.

Attached an actual picture of the tray for two. Ate this at home and the quantity for $70 is an issue. Quality as well. Missed our pork and the resolution was I don’t know what to tell you ( mind you this is the owner). It states 1/2 of brisket, ribs and pork I don’t see the half pound. It brought two ribs and this is the plate for two people.

We came here because of the good reviews and really regretted it! We were recommended the platter for two. We chose that and had high expectations for the hefty price of $64. We sat outside, even though it was quite windy. The food came very quickly and was already cold when it was served! We complained immediately, but even briefly reheating it in the microwave didn't help. The quality of the meat was also less than satisfactory. The meat couldn't be removed from the ribs. It was completely hard and tough. The rest was also just reheated and therefore really awful. We can't explain why other guests had a better impression of the restaurant. We were very annoyed to have to pay $75 for this meal and drinks. We have rarely had worse food, and we travel a lot.
