Craving authentic French pastries? Look no further, you’ve just found the real deal. Our top picks: the chocolate mousse and the pistachio croissant! 🤩 The chocolate mousse was hands-down the best I’ve had in over 20 years, just like the homemade kind I grew up with. The pistachio croissant was perfectly balanced, with a filling that hits the sweet spot between rich pistachio flavor and just the right amount of sweetness in every bite. To top it all off, Sandrine and Franck are genuinely warm and welcoming. Their passion shines through in both the service and the food. You can expect me to go back whenever I will be in Miami again.
Beautiful authentic French café that serves amazing croissants. My whole family loves the variety of pistachio strawberry croissants. It's definitely a weekend staple for our family.
Amazing Giant Quiche Lorraine! (I was served a Giant cake Slice of Quiche and it was perfectly salted with bits of bacon and cheese swirled in with egg. The crust adds the last delicious taste of flaky buttered bread! I highly recommend!!) I ordered the Quiche Lorraine, the Chocolate Almond Croissant, and the ICED Latte with Vanilla Syrup. I’ve been looking for an authentic bakery in Sunny Isles and I’m glad to say I’ve found one! St Tropez greets you with a delectable display of their best Croissants and baguettes. I was greeted by Alex at the register and he took the time to explain their menu which I sincere appreciate! They specialize in croissants and they make all their food to represent the style and quality found in FRANCE! The Chocolate Almond croissant was beautifully baked and they made it just like you’ll find any Pain Au Chocolate with two BELGIUM chocolate bars inside to greet you with their soft sweetness! Definitely check out this lovely spot hidden behind the stairwell in the plaza center!
Absolutely loved this place! The croissants are out of this world — perfectly flaky on the outside and packed with a generous amount of filling. You can tell a lot of care goes into making them. The service was excellent, and the new owner clearly knows what he’s doing. He greeted us so warmly, it really made the whole experience feel special. Great atmosphere, top-notch pastries, and fantastic hospitality. Highly recommended! P.S. The Eggs Benedict with salmon are the best I’ve had — not just in Miami, but anywhere in the U.S.
Best quiche i ever had in my life. Everything is made fresh daily sometimes they run out of pastries. You have to Race there lol
Be it for an afternoon coffee with a yummy pastry, a light lunch with the most amazing onion soup, or some breakfast with the freshest croissant I've ever tasted in this country, St Tropez Bistro does not disappoint. Their service is impeccable -friendly, helpful, very professional. The food, well you can taste the freshness and quality. I've had salads, sandwich, quiche, croissants -if every kimd- , soup, dessert and of course, coffee. Always happy with the experience, always willing to visit again Highly recommend
That’s the best place to have breakfast in Miami. It’s definitely family-owned and super authentic when it comes to French pastries. If you get the chance to try the croissant with salmon, you won’t regret it. The owner is present and very attentive. I’ve been living in Miami for 3 years and have never found a better spot for breakfast. Congrats to the whole crew—I’ll recommend this place to all my friends and anyone visiting Miami!
Service and food was wonderful. We came around 11am and most pastries were out for the day. I mentioned to who seemed like the owner taking our ownerwe came for the pistachio croissant and unfortunate they were out. Moments later he approached our table that he’ll have a fresh one for us. Great hospitality and best croissant I’ve had. Will surely come back
This is the most charming petite French bakery/ bistro in Sunny Isles! Family run. Amazing croissants and pastries. Remarkable service! Fresh and artisan bakery items. Love their macaroons and French delicacies! Deliciously fresh brewed coffee. You must try the shaken expresso!!!
Fantastic bakery with great food, service and coffee. So many selections of different pastries and coffee as well. Ample seating inside with some outdoor seating available as well. I stopped by with my family and sat outside and were greeted by the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed all of the pastries like the French cinnamon roll, raisin bread and pain de chocolat. The muffins were also delicious and had a delicious icing that was not overly sweet! All of our coffee was great and served in real ceramic coffee mugs (no plastic). Several different types of alternative milk offered as well such as almond and soy. We cannot say enough great things about this bakery! Definitely stop by if you are in the area!
We stopped in for breakfast on Saturday morning because the reviews were so good. Now I know why. Breakfast was so good we went again on Sunday and St. Tropez did not disappoint us. It is an authentic French bakery in Sunny Isles owned and operated by the loveliest French couple. Franck is out front warmly greeting everyone who comes in and his adorable wife is the baker making the most delicious croissants and pastries. The almond croissant was like none I’ve ever had before, even better than what I’ve had in Paris. Have breakfast here and support this small family owned business. Not only will you be doing something good but you will enjoy the most wonderful breakfast too. Spread the word, St. Tropez is now in Florida.
This place is amazing! The almond croissants & chocolate croissants were so good! Our lattes also tasted amazing! Definitely recommend!!!
This place is a hidden gem. My first visit was very nice. Great pastries and nice cup of coffee. Brie, ham and egg was perfect. Orange juice is fresh squeezed. I’m happy we came here. I’d definitely return.
Very nice French place, perfect for breakfast, we took croissant and baguette sandwhiches, were so tasty, everything is fresh. The coffee and matcha suprisingly good and the people here are so nice!
The food was so delicious we wiped it clean!!!! The owner and his wife are so sweet. Came with my 18 month old and they brought him out some home made apple sauce that he DEVOURED! Definitely will be coming back :)

An amazing French bakery with real French chiefs! Croissants and their bakeries are amazing - reminds me of being in Europe. By far the best bakery I’ve visited in the states! Breakfast menu is also delicious and I will be coming back here for sure.
This place is absolutely awesome! The matcha latte was super tasty, the lavender latte was really smooth, and the pistachio croissant was so delicious - absolute delight! I never had anything like it before—so good!
What an extraordinary experience! My boyfriend and I’s visit for breakfast was delightful. I had a croissant filled with egg, ham, and Brie. He had a spinach omelet. Each was accompanied by a salad dressed with a creamy vinaigrette. The cappuccino was excellent. It had the perfect balance of a full bodied roast and milk. For dessert, we ate a Tartin tart, made of puff pastry and topped with caramelized apples. Being from Eastern Europe, I'm quite particular about pastries and desserts. That’s why I was surprised by how much I liked the tart. It was refreshing and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The French owners were welcoming and excited to show us the variety of pastries they made that morning. Even when the cafe got busy for the lunch rush, they made sure we were well attended to. Our breakfast here has made us lose all desire to eat anywhere else on our vacation. We’re coming back tomorrow! EDIT: We came back. If we could give another 5 stars, we would.
A delightful experience at St Tropez Bistro & French Bakery! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—flaky, buttery croissants that melted in my mouth, paired perfectly with a refreshing iced coffee. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. The charming ambiance added to the overall experience, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing treat. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic French pastries and a cozy café vibe! ✨🥐☕
Best food we had on Sunny Isles! Croissants were light and flakey and owners were so nice.
Saint Tropez Bistro in Sunny Isles is insanely good! The croissants? Out of this world—like actually eating them in Paris. Flaky, warm, buttery perfection. The vibe is cozy, the service is next-level amazing, and everything is just chef’s kiss. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, this place never misses. Taylor and I are obsessed and recommend it 1000%. Trust me—you’ll be dreaming about those croissants.
Absolutely incredible! The taste is on a whole different level! every bite transports you straight to Paris. So fresh, flavorful, and unlike anything I’ve had before. The service was also amazing, warm, welcoming, and fast. This place is a gem. Can’t wait to come back!
We had a wonderful meal at St. Tropez Bistro! I had the St Tropez sandwich and it was delicious! My husband had French Onion soup and enjoyed that also. Do yourself a big favor and don't skip on the croissants! I think we had almond butter and pistachio and both were amazing!
Best French viennoiseries I've had in the US. And this is coming from a French native :) We tried the croissant, pain au chocolat, pain au chocolat aux amandes, madeleines, they were all amazing, really authentic! The owners were there and were SO nice. The coffee was delicious too. Highly recommend!
Every French bakery has its own character, St. Tropez does, too. There's much more ample seating space than I'd expect. Food is divine. Proprietors are welcoming. The entrance is visually blocked by an elevator shaft, and signage is hard to read. If you do find the place, you will be happy you did
Great experience, super friendly owners and tasty food. Some of the best bites of our trip!
This was the best breakfast I’ve had in over a week! The coffee (cappuccino) was amazing. My croissant egg/bacon sandwich was great. The owners were so nice. We had a party of 10 and we were seated and taken care of swiftly. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be coming back.
A great find! We stopped by out of curiosity and were really impressed. We got two croissants, a pain au chocolat, a pistachio croissant (so good!), a muffin, and two iced coffees. The pastries were perfectly made—light, flaky, and not overly sweet. The iced coffee was smooth and well-balanced. We also had a lovely chat with the owners—they were incredibly kind and attentive. You can tell they put their heart into everything. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
A welcome and pleasant surprise. The breakfast was quite good. The staff was nice and friendly. I really like this place. The only downside was that the prices were a little high in my opinion, but that is probably due to the location.
Very kind workers! We are visiting from out of town and needed to get work done. We first tried a different cafe in the strip mall area and were told "No laptops". We tried this place, and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and reassurance that we can enjoy their food and beverages while working on our laptops. The gentleman at the front pointed out a table near outlets for us to use. Great coffee! I look forward to trying a snack as well after I get more work done!
Great bakery! It felt like home food. We’ll definitely come back.
We ate at Saint Tropez Bakery for the first time today, and we rediscovered the true taste of a French croissant and chocolat croissant. The new owners are very kind and welcoming. Don't hesitate to go there and treat yourself!!
Incredible spot! The pastries are all homemade by the owners who we met and were so kind. Coffee was incredible. Love to see a local business putting so much love and care into their spot. 5 stars on every category no question!
We came here for breakfast (ham, cheese and egg croissant and avocado toast). The food was outstanding, the service very friendly and an overall great atmosphere and experience. We spoke with the owner couple who were very nice. We liked the breakfast so much that we also grabbed a couple baguette sandwiches for lunch. Highly recommend St. Tropez Bistro & French Bajery. Merçy beaucoup.
Overall is was a 5/5 experience! The dishes had quality taste and the service was an attentive one. I personally had the almond croissant with cappuccino and taste was excellent. They offer cinnamon biscotti with the cappuccino and it took the coffee to the next level! I couldn’t resist but to make another order, which was smoked salmon croissant and the to-go presentation was neat and super marketable. Go and try this new bistro French bakery!
This is a lovely authentic French bakery(look for it behind the stairs on the south side of the parking lot) that imports and uses actual French flour and butter. It’s very good and the owners are delightful!! We especially enjoyed the croissants, madeliens and boeuf bourguignon pie. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend popping by!
Amazing experience today in St Tropez bakery. We came for breakfast and loved the beautiful place with its Parisian bistrot look and feel. I had the absolute best leek quiche in Miami!! You could taste the great quality of ingredients and the abondance of cheese (which I love). The croissants are also to die for. We will definitely be back!
This French café was adorable! The croissants and quiches were absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The café is also dog-friendly, which made the experience even more comfortable for us. What truly added to the authenticity was that the employees spoke French, making us feel like I was in a quaint Parisian bistro. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine French café experience!
Frank and Sandrine are wonderful patrons. You must try their delicious croissants and mocha! Outstanding!
St. Tropez is hands down the best French bakery in Miami! The hospitality is amazing, with Alex and Julien ensuring your experience is nothing short of perfect. The food is phenomenal, and their croissants are the best you’ll find outside of France. If you’re looking for an authentic French bakery, look no further than St. Tropez. You won’t be disappointed!
I recently visited a bakery that I highly recommend. The cakes were delicious and the coffee was fantastic. The variety of flavors and the moistness of the cakes were impressive. The coffee was rich and aromatic, made with high-quality beans. The bakery had a cozy ambiance and the staff was friendly. The cakes were beautifully presented, like works of art. Overall, it's a must-visit place for tasty cakes and coffee.
Here comes my new favorite brunch place! Authentic French bakery. Such a rare gem for Miami! This food is out of this world. My husband and I ordered an omelet with tomatoes and onions and Quiche Lorraine. I am obsessed with French cuisine, and their Quiche Lorraine is the best one I have tried in my life! I can’t wait to come back and buy it again.

The owners are French, but you could probably guess that on your own from the quality of their baked goods. Such a quality baguette used for their sandwiches, and the plain croissant is perfect. Great people, service, and food!
What i can say.. I found my favorite place in SIB !!! Good service, good price and amazing food!!!!! I you want to try real french cuisine you should definitely visit them. Raspberry croissant tastes even better than it looks! I highly recommend this place to ppl who miss European quality. And I am not the person who is easy to please… but here I was surprised! Service, taste, quality 5⭐️
Just discovered this bakery. We bought a variety of pastries. Everything was delicious and super fresh! I got a cappuccino that was really good too. I’ll be back, next time to dine in!
The place was very quiet when we arrived and we were treated to exceptionally friendly service and delicious food. St Tropez chicken sandwich was such a nice/large portion and the ham/brie sandwich was beyond tasty. My thanks to the owners, such a lovely couple.
Absolutely loved the place. Great coffee fresh juice and the most delicious croissant ever. The lady baked a fresh almond croissant for us within 10 min. I would definitely recommend.
This place is a real gem of a find! A little "bite" of France in Miami! The authenticity of atmosphere, staff, and food was spot on! The Croque monsieur was delicious, just like I remember in Paris. Aimee's Quiche Lorraine was fluffy and delightful. Price was more than your typical breakfast, but there's nothing typical about this place. Sometimes you just gotta enjoy the moment. Also was dog friendly. They had water in a bowl for our pups.
The best breakfast we've had in the USA during our 3-week trip 😁 the coffee was great too! Croissants were impeccable. The salmon croissant was filled with goodness, same goes for croque monsieur and the brie and ham omelette croissants. The pain au chocolat was so tasty I forgot to take the picture before devouring it (very buttery and with real chocolate). Even the side salad was delicious, fantastic vinaigrette and the couscous. Perfect!
Although lavender latte wasn’t on the menu, the staff graciously made it for me, and it was enchanting—smooth and fragrant with just the right balance. I also indulged in an almond croissant, which was incredibly fresh and flaky. The pistachio croissant was also incredible. Overall, this café is worth visiting. With warm service, delicious drinks, and heavenly pastries.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 St-Tropez Bistro: A Culinary Oasis in Sunny Isles Beach Nestled in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, St-Tropez Bistro is a culinary gem that transports diners to the charming streets of France. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the warm aroma of freshly baked pastries and the inviting ambiance of a true Parisian café. Let's talk about the macarons. Oh, the macarons! These delicate little treats are a true testament to the artistry of the pastry chef. With their crisp outer shells giving way to a perfectly chewy interior, each bite is a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds. From classic flavors like pistachio and raspberry to inventive creations like blueberry and lemon, every macaron is a masterpiece in its own right. And then there are the croissants. Buttery, flaky, and utterly irresistible, these croissants are a work of art. Whether enjoyed plain or filled with decadent chocolate or creamy almond paste, each bite is pure bliss. Pair it with a cup of their imported coffee, and you've got yourself a breakfast fit for royalty. But it's not just the pastries that make St-Tropez Bistro shine. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience is truly commendable. From the impeccable service to the charming décor, every element comes together to create an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee and pastry or lingering over a leisurely brunch, St-Tropez Bistro is sure to delight even the most discerning of palates. So next time you find yourself in Sunny Isles Beach, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.
Found St Tropez Bakery during our vacation in Miami and had breakfast there as often as possible. The croissants are fabulous, so soft and buttery. The Croque Monsieur has an amazing taste as well. The owner is super friendly and took the time to tell us about ingredients and the story of his bakery. Can only recommend!
Craving authentic French baked goods and pastries without having to go through TSA? Glad to have found the perfect alternative—nearby, with all the charm and warmth of a visit to Paris or the French Riviera! So glad to have found St.Tropez Bistro and French Bakery right here in Sunny Isles. Perfect French baguettes, croissants, sandwiches, and a rare find: Parisian Flan along with truly delightful pastries. The coffee, of course, was excellent. Come meet the owners and practice your French. You will not be disappointed—and quite sure you will add this to your list of must-return to South Florida finds—as will I. A reminder: this place is trying to be truly authentic— if you have questions you might consider asking: reading some of the very few reviews that show some disappointment; the menu items are closer to how they are in France, not an Americanized version. I grew up surrounded by French cuisine and was thoroughly delighted with everything (and everyone) here. This place is run by and staffed by caring individuals alongside the French owners who clearly take tremendous pride in everything at their Bistro—as they should. The place is spotlessly clean, everything is meticulously organized. Overall, not an easy feat. The service was gracious. If I ever get less-than-perfect service here in the future, I imagine it’s because they would be swamped with customers. From the heart: a place like this should have customers lined up out-the-door; that’s one of the downsides to being so good. Just sayin’ …and I’d gladly tolerate that to see these wonderful people continue to succeed at their heartfelt endeavor. We need more of this down here. Additionally, plenty of free parking, easy to get to—and worth the drive if you’re a little further away.
Stopped by St.Tropez after dinner for coffee and a sweet treat and ended up loving it. Not only was everything delicious but the owner was incredibly kind. Love to be able to support a small business whilst enjoying delicious coffee and treats. Highly recommend this spot, you won’t regret it.
I stumbled upon this bakery in Sunny Isles while searching for one near my address. A friendly French couple greeted me at the counter. I ordered a croissant, beignet, and baguette, all freshly baked and absolutely delicious. I’m thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem and will definitely be returning in the future.
We visited this breakfast restaurant because it was close to our hotel and had great reviews. Once we tried the food, we discovered that everything is absolutely delicious. We’re visiting from Mexico, and this is our first time in Miami. Our 5-year-old daughter completely loved this place and the food! On top of that, everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. Thank you so much for such a wonderful breakfast and for making our morning memorable. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt !
Absolutely loved the place. Great coffee fresh juice and the most delicious croissant ever. The lady baked a fresh almond croissant for us within 10 min. I would definitely recommend.
I am local and have tried several times to find this place. It is totally hidden. So, park your car and get out to find it. It is hidden behind some stairs. You order standing up (a pet peeve for me) BUT they will serve you and clean up after you sit down. There is plenty of room to be comfortable. I ordered an omelette on a half of a baguette. Very plain, but good. It is served with a side of salad. I also had a cup of "American" coffee. Only one refill allowed I was told. Very reasonably priced!!! To go, I had a croissant with blueberries on top. It is filled with Chantilly creme. I also had a croissant with strawberries on top. That one was filled with jam. Owner told me he is French. A parent from Guadalupe and another parent from the south of France. Apparently, his wife makes everything. I wanted to try the French chocolate mousse. It was served in a type of Mason jar so I couldn't get it to go. I would like an uncharge to have been able to take it to go. I think they would have found me a container but I wasn't able to wait. Overall, I liked it. I don't know about sitting out front because there are a few tables there. I would be afraid of mosquitoes because it is a bit dark compared to not being behind a stairwell. I will be back to try more. Please give it a try.
We came here for breakfast in the morning. The staff were quite attentive when we first came in but then disappeared after, which was fine because it's more like a cafe spot than a restaurant where you pay upfront. I thought the food was pretty good and clean, but my wife wasn't a big fan (ended eating both our meals). Not a bad spot. Maybe bread and pastry are better than meals.

If you love croissants, you might enjoy to stop by and grab one of those delicious croissants in the bakery. They are very good, and pls don’t be shy and ask to warm up your food, will make completely diference! The quiche and the latte ware okay, not really the French flavor. It’s a little busy so if you are thinking to sit down, get a latte and relax, this might not be your spot. Not very welcoming staff.
I'm very upset. I was in this cafe two years ago. It had a warm atmosphere, delicious aromas, and friendly service. Today, they gave me an éclair that smelled like a refrigerator, even though the ones on display looked beautiful and fresh, and the tea was made with a tea bag. And all this for $16. What did I do to deserve this kind of experience?

We ordered cappuccinos to go and got mostly milk with a splash of coffee. Asked to remake it, but they just gave us the same thing again in a smaller portion — not a real cappuccino at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
I wanted to buy a croissant as on the pics(7-10 month ago), but see my pic now. It's almond croissant without sugar powder and probably with regular flour. Did this bistro change the cook? I didn't buy because croissant looks like from regular supermarket. Even croissant from Starbucks looks more attractive.
I come to this café occasionally, so this situation was especially disappointing. I was sitting quietly at an outdoor table with a baby in a stroller, waiting for my wife. The café was completely empty at the time. I honestly said I wasn’t ordering anything at that moment and was asked to leave — no problem. The issue was the behavior of the male server: rude, aggressive, and commanding, as if he was trying to provoke a conflict. Speaking this way to someone calmly sitting with a child is unacceptable. This review is for the owners. You should pay attention to how your staff communicates and reconsider your approach to customer service. This is not about rules — it’s about basic human respect. Behavior like this leaves a bad impression and drives people away.
