Every time i come here i have great service and today stood out, A wonderful worker named Marleng ✨ tended to me today and gave me a 10/10 service. I say it to all my friends. I would rather buy a Jumbo peperoni and pay 35 bucks at Steve's than two large pizza at Daddy Jon's any day of the week. Not only is it cheaper, it's tastier, and the kids are amazed at how gigantic the box is!

Long time fan since my brother introduced me to this spot 10 years ago. The pizza has been loved and approved by my friends that are super picky about their NY style pizza spots haha. I always order one for the team whenever we have a successful day or just watching a game on TV. Thank you for always keeping high quality standard for many years. Always delicious and can count on Steve's Pizza!

Our favorite family pizza place. Real homemade pizza, and we like the entrees too. I can’t order from Steve’s without an eggplant parm. And I substitute the side of spaghetti noodles with broccoli to make it a little healthier. It’s a very casual atmosphere, come as you are. You order at the counter and the server brings your pizza and meals to the table. The ovens are always baking, so your order is usually ready pretty quickly. There’s TVs in every corner so you can watch the game. Know what? Leave Steve’s alone!! It’s already waaaay too busy, especially on Fridays after work. Okay, just kidding guys. I can’t selfishly keep it to the neighborhood. I want this place to be around forever. And they cater. We got a whole thing of meatballs for my kid’s birthday and they got snapped up fast.

Love their cheese pizza. I think it's very close to the NY pizza that I grew up eating. The slices are huge. If you're not careful, you could choke on the cheese because the pizza has a lot of cheese...yum😋

Very impressed. Our pizzeria that we ordered from closed (Ciros) and this establishment has become our go-to pizzeria. Their dough & mozzarella cheese is quality and pizzas are excellent. And their ordering & pickup is organized, accurate and fast. We are pleased with Steve’s and continue to give our local mom & pops the business. Forget the big-3 joints and pay to get great quality food at reasonable prices. Thanks and don’t change anything. Wayne

While visiting a friend in Miami, we both decided to stop in here. He has visited plenty of times. This was my first time here. It’s seldom you find a NY style pizza place in the southeast that actually is like pizza from NY. As a resident of Columbia SC I can only think of one place in my town. Steve’s is even better. The staff was friendly and were communicative. Had a few places to sit down inside and eat it. Pizza was ready plenty quickly. Will return next time I’m in town.

My friends recommended to try the slices and I had to give in. I came in and the atmosphere was great, I was helped out by a nice young lady marlen, very attentive and told me about the lunch special they have. The slices i received were huge and i was very content with how perfectly crispy they were!!! I recommend to try this place out if you’re a pizza lover! Will be coming soon 🎉👍🥰

Dined in today the cashier was patient as we looked at the menu,the prices are reasonable, the amount of food served is awesome and the quality and taste was delicious! The pizza maker brought out the pizza himself and I could tell he made with love. I even told him its amore after he came back and asked how it was! I most definitely will return soon. Overall I rate this place and it's staff clean, fast and friendly!

My family that lived in New York for over 10 years, convinced me to try this place, because it was the best New York style pizza anywhere in Florida and I have to agree, it was delicious 😋 they have tried multiple and have done the legwork so you don't have to! Service for take out is, quick and efficient! All measures are taken to make sure everything is safe, from no contact payments to safe delivery and cleanliness. I opted to pick up the 🍕 and had an opportunity to see the restaurant itself and was pleased with how clean it was and you could see everything! Service was fast and friendly! Definitely recommend it you are in the area!

Hands down the best Pizza place within my budget and range. Never disappoints. It is the benchmark that I hold other pizzeria to. Been going for over 3 decades. Everyone I bring there is blown away by the pizza.

The food is absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh. I can say they could do a little bit better on the customer service but overall the food and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing.

Awesome young crew they took the order very respectfully and cared to listen to all the customers! The owner is pretty cool to it’s always nice to see the Bosses of the store involved even if it’s baking, taking out the trash or just helping his employees. Loved the pizza just delicious I. Absolutely the best NY style pizza you will find in Miami. Started visiting location in 1997. I live about 45 minutes away and they are worth the drive. Customer service is always great , food cooked to perfection. The head cook knows what he is doing and does it with love and a huge smile. Thank you all Steve’s employee, will remain loyal forever.

I made an order just 10 minutes before Steve’s pizza was scheduled to close. The employees and the girl on the phone were so kind and treated me no differently than if I would’ve ordered first thing in the morning. I was greeted with a warm welcome despite being “that guy” that places an order right before they close. Phenomenal customer service. What a great first experience. Shout out to Adam and Alexis for being so kind and getting me my late night craving!

They are great!! First time I went, we had the XXL Pizza and everyone was looking at me like what in the world are you doing with that lolol it was delicious and the family loved it! This time the pizza is the XL and Pepperoni! We are excited! Very nice people working there!

Steve's is great! That's coming from a Brooklyn native. The US1 location has great pizza. I hope one day that the Old Cutler location standards can match this location. For years, all it does is tarnish the Steve's brand. I always drive out of my way to get to the US1 location. The Express is really that bad. Keep up the great work!

I went to a family gathering and I am not sure if they picked up or had delivered pizza from Steve’s Pizza. We still talk about the pizza. We tried the everything meat pizza and it was a large slice that was fully loaded, and I thought was cooked perfect. Often pizza’s are overcooked, but not this one. I know Steve’s Pizza has been around for years and it has been many years that I have had their pizza, but that will not happen again. When I am ready to order a pizza I will plan my next order from Steve’s. What a great tasting pizza!

Steve's Pizza is great. There are a lot of pizza joints in S. Florida but only a few that are actually good. Steve's pizza slices reminds me of the pizza I used to eat in New York as a kid. Delivery wait time is usually 45 minutes - 1 hour but don't be surprised when they show up at your door sooner. I think they give the hour delivery time to give themselves a buffer because my pizza delivery time is usually 20-30 minutes. Love the old school pizza box!

Food is always amazing, but what truly makes the experience memorable is the service, it’s what keeps you wanting to come back. During my visit, there were two cashiers, Brian and Keyla, and they went above and beyond. They were not only attentive but also genuinely helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and friendliness stood out, and it was clear they were always on top of things. Great food combined with such excellent service is the perfect recipe for a place worth returning to!

First time eating/dining in here and the atmosphere was splendid. From the employees being polite and friendly to the delicious pizza. Definitely recommend here if you’re looking for a new pizza place!

We've been eating here for a while and I have to say the pizzas I ordered last night were extra yummy. Not sure if they changed something but they were really really good.

The pizza and the Greek salad was good. I’ve ordered from this place a number of times and many times they forget to put the correct salad dressing, or utensils and napkins as requested. So I went in person to pick up the pizza and salad to avoid this problem. Once again they did not put utensils or napkins and the wrong salad dressing. At least I was able to correct this since I was there in person. I understand they are busy, but it would be great if they would pay attention to these details. The salad is fresh and good which is why I am a repeat customer.

There store closes at 10pm not 10:30pm. I order at 9:55 thinking there were still open. But there tracking app "Slice" said they close at 10, so I couldn't track the order. They need to update the app/website to the hours they actually close (google says 10:30pm). If there website said they close at 10 I wouldn't have order, so i wont be that guy ordering last minute closing. Other than that, they have really good food, service, atmosphere! Would recommend

So I ordered a Sicilian pizza and received an undercooked round heavy doughed pizza. I’m no pizza maker but every time I have ordered Sicilian it’s been rectangular and the dough is baked.

This is a phenomenal pizza with a horrendous service. Since we moved to the Palmetto Bay Area, Steve’s has been our favorite pizza shop. The pizza always takes a really long time to get delivered but we disregard that small issue for a pizza we love. I brag to friends, coworkers and family of how fortunate to have this pizza parlor close by. The caveat; Service is pretty horrible. We had family come over; kids and adults. We offered to treat them to pizza vs us going out to eat somewhere. An order was placed @ 6:30 pm and by 8 we were calling. We were assured the pizza was on the way. Waiting a little an hour is the norm but an hour and half, we assumed it must have been a busy night. Kids getting uneasy, family and friends saying how hungry they were, we decided to call again 8:30 pm. We were told sorry and they checked said the driver is on the way with the pizza. By 9:30 ( 3 hours later) I called for assistance and voicing our situation and frustration. It was beyond embarrassing too. We were told there was no order, that the order must have not gone through, to make a new order and that it will be around 45 mins to an hour to get delivered. This was the worst experience I’ve had in years. The second girl was like if it was no big deal and just to make the order or pretty much call back another time. Also, after spending near $100 we were told that we need to dispute the charge online with the app customer service. We had been charged yet never received any food. We had to take an hour to make a phone call the following day to resolve the situation. You have really tarnished the reputation of your restaurant within our home. There are places like Roma Pizzeria that may not have the popularity Steve’s does but they offer an amazing pizza and pretty fantastic customer service each time. Oh and pizza is delivered in 20-30 mins. We hope this experience doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Steve's pizza is a really great pizza spot, if you want to have a variety of choices they also sell sandwiches and other items. The people there are nice and ready to help. The only issue that we had was, that they didn't know what we ordered after they told us to have a seat, which added a bit more waiting time. But, once we got our order we were set to go and enjoy each slice. I had an italian sub and it was delicious. We will probably go there again since this is our spot for huge delicous pizzas, we have a big family and there's always enough.

I’m giving this review not to complain about the pizzeria’s food; as I have never eaten there. However, I drive for Uber and every time I have stepped foot in that restaurant, no matter if there are 8 people behind the counter or 1, Jacob is the only one who has ever acknowledged me! Kiddos to the young guy for being so attentive.

The pizza is great but the service just destroys this place. Had to wait like 7 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me while there were 3 or 4 workers in the back. It’s okay to wait if the food isn’t ready but someone should be in the front

Was on the way to Thad's when we found out they were closed. Been to Steve's in North Miami so gave this one a shot. It's a basic pizza joint. Order at counter, they bring out the pie and you're on your own. No tipping shame here which I like. We still tipped a couple of bucks. Pizza was a solid 7-8 on the 1-10 scale. Crust was crisp but not quite the NYC style I was hoping for. It was on the thick side. Why the 3 stars? They got an aggressive panhandler that sets up camp outside the store. They need to call the cops and get that guy removed.

I get a pizza here every week. Usually very good but yesterday they sold me a stale pizza. Maybe because it was early and they had one sitting around from last night. Whatever. It was bad. Gonna give some other places a try.

Went the first time with my family today, the moment I walked in it smelled like someone took a dump on the floor it had a terrible odor, tables were dirty, & staff didn’t use gloves. Very unsanitary

Our first time ordering from this location. The pizza was very thick. There was very, very, very little cheese and the crust was over an inch thick, meaning that the cheese/sauce did not go nearly close to the edge. I asked for extra garlic on the garlic rolls and there was barely any garlic. The rolls were also very soggy. I do not leave bad reviews, I simply just don't go back, but this one is worth noting.

An individual Stromboli is $7. I got a medium and this is what it look like for $25. Also ordered their cannolis. And the crust was a little burnt. The girl who answered the phone was good. However some of the other people usually have attitudes. Especially if you say something about their food.

If they cared about their reputation, they wouldn't allow a product like this out the door. The small cheese pizza was properly cooked and fresh. Ordered two pizza’s. Toppings were not spread out, just clusters of pepperoni thrown randomly on parts of the pizza . One half had all the mushrooms on top of each other whilst no mushrooms at all on the other half. Crust was thick and doughy, not even baked thoroughly. Not sure I would call it NY style pizza. Had Papa Johns NY style the other day, and that seems more authentic, thinner crust, more toppings evenly spread out, better taste and half the price.

The worst pizza yet. One half of the pizza was cooked the other half barely cooked. The bottom of the pizza was half black the other half barely cooked. Pizza dough was so thin you couldn't pick up a slice. Crust was flat to the edge. Sauce and cheese was a good three inches from the edge. Overall the pizza was extremely greasy. The wax paper in the box was saturated with grease as well as the box itself. There is a lack of consistency in the pizza making. Last week's pie order was perfect and delicious. Next time I'll just go to Publix and buy a frozen pizza.

Did not taste like the Steve's Pizza I had years ago in Miami Beach or in North Miami. It's an ultra processed pizza, not authentic dough. It didn't look like NY pizza at all.

I’ve been going to Steve’s since I was in high school. That’s over 30 years now. Decided to treat the family today and I’m very disappointed to say that the quality just isn’t there anymore. I don’t know if they’ve changed management or what… but this an isn’t the Steve’s I once loved. I ordered takeout and the pizza came in a Munchys box. The pizza itself tasted synthetic… like the cheaped out on the ingredients. The cheese tasted like plastic, the sauce was gross and even the dough was not the same. Sorry, Steve’s… I don’t know what happened but don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from what I once considered one of the best spots in Palmetto Bay. I placed an order for two items through the Slice app, but they were never delivered. When I called at 4:59 PM for my 4:49 PM delivery, I was told the food had already been dropped off, yet the app showed no confirmation. Both the restaurant and Slice claimed the driver left the food at my door but provided no proof (no photo or delivery confirmation). What makes this even more frustrating is that my building requires a fob key to access common areas and apartments. Every other time I’ve ordered, the driver has called because they couldn’t get in, so how was this delivery supposedly completed without any issue? The restaurant even claimed the driver saw the door being opened, but my husband never heard a knock. If the driver was let in by another tenant and left the food at the wrong apartment, that’s a serious failure in delivery protocol. The worst part? Instead of making things right, whether by resending the order or issuing a refund, Steve’s Pizza refused to take responsibility. They avoided connecting me with a manager and simply insisted, “The order was delivered; that’s all we can do.” A basic rule of customer service is to approach issues with a positive attitude and find ways to resolve them, yet they failed completely. It’s disappointing enough that someone may have taken my order, but the real letdown is the lack of integrity from both Steve’s and Slice. Refusing to refund $39.12 for a pizza my two-year-old never got to eat speaks volumes about their professionalism. I’m giving two stars because the food itself is great, but the complete disregard for customer satisfaction overshadows the quality of the meal. I expected better.

Wrong order. Called them to let them know it was wrong. (I had waited over an hour for this food) When I spoke with them on the phone they told me I had to wait ANOTHER hour for the large pizza and wait for driver to give them the pizza i had gotten back. I ordered a large pizza. (Spent $50 on this order.) I said thats very inconsiderate. Spoke with manager he was extremely rude. He said his name is ALEX he wanted to give me a $10 refund. He was very rude on the phone. Extremely upset and this restaurant. Apparently when you order online they like to mess up peoples order. My family and I wont be ordering or buying pizza or anything else from this place ever again. Claimed he was the owner of Steves and when I asked if he was REALLY the owner he didn’t answer. Lol. Punk. Keep the $50.

Great pizza, good food, great quality. Come here often, for some reason the guy with the neck tattoo always has an issue. I walked in today and he's cursing/screaming at another older gentleman whose making pizza with him. Don't understand why we people can't be respectful with each other. I ordered two slices of cake, instead I got one slice separated into two slices...

I’ve been a customer for years, since my parents used to bring us here! The business has changed and it shows in the quality of service and food. I stopped in today to grab a slice. Purchased the 2 slice combo, couldn’t even bite into the slices. The crust was crispy through and through, crunchy! Not at all edible. The pizza was not fresh, definitely reheated with a little razzle dazzle. I know it was just 2 slices on this Thursday evening but geez. It’s hit or miss with this place and After a few incidents over the past years, they’ve lost a loyal customer with this one. Ill save my $ for some place better.

Horrible experience. Ordered a simple cheese pizza and an Italian sub for delivery at 6:17. Was informed by the slice app that it would be delivered by 7:17. Didn’t call the restaurant until 7:45 when pizza had not arrived. Rude staff member answered the phone and told me it was out for delivery and then was hung up on. I understand it is a busy day, but lying to your customers does not bode well for your business. After food had not arrived by 8:10, reached out via slice app and was given the run-around. Driver called at 8:22 and asked us to open gate. Our house does not have a gate. Rude staff member called back to ask us to open the gate and was told we did not have a gate and driver was at the wrong house. Driver arrived with cold pizza 8:47 pm. Asked for a refund but was denied. Will not order from this place again!

This place use to be good years, ago. I’m not sure if they changed owners or different cooks. Pizza was too thick, not enough sauce, uneven, the crust on the pizza was way too big, dry, and I asked for well done and there was no crunch. It was one of the worst pizzas I have had sorry to say. So disappointed. Nothing like NY pizza. Best pizza so far has been in Kendall at All star pizza.

Way to ruin a Valentines Day! Had surgery last week and didn’t feel like dinning out or cooking. Placed an order with Uber Eats around 7:00 PM. We were expecting delays considering the holiday. Our order was scheduled to arrive around 8:55. At 9:00 we received a notice that the order was delayed. Then at 9:10 Uber requested a new driver, then another, and another. Finally at 9:15, Steve’s called to inform me that a driver took the order from the restaurant without confirming. The order was now lost and they needed me to cancel it because they couldn’t figure out which driver took it and that’s the only way I would recieve a full refund and then hung up. I called back to speak to one of the owners and I got Alex. I explained to him what just happened and his response to me was, who is going to pay me for the new order. No offer to remake the order and have us pick it up, ask if there was anything they could do to make this right, it was only about the money.

I’ve been a regular customer for a while. I order at least one pizza a week for delivery. Today, the order never came. I called the store, and after repeating the info a couple toimes, I was told the pizza was at the store waiting for pickup. I told them I paid a delivery fee and a tip. They said nothing about making the order good. Sounded as if they wanted me to go and pick up my cold pizza, so I asked for a refund. I was told I’d have to get that from Slice, the online order and delivery service. Slice apologized and didn’t charge my card. I’ll miss those pizzas because they were my favorite, but I won’t pay for something from a place that doesn’t even attempt to correct their own mistake.

My order took almost two hours to arrive. I called to follow up on my order and was told delivery was on the way, “ almost there”. Arrived 40 minutes after that. To then realize they sent 2 of my 3 pizzas ordered. Worst part is the manager on the phone was very rude and unapologetic said “i’ll get it there when I can”. NEVER AGAIN

Avoid at All Costs! I placed an order through Slice for Steve’s Pizza, and it was supposed to be delivered at 3:44 PM. By 4:32 PM, there was still no food, even though the restaurant is only two blocks away from my business, clearly visible in a shopping center. When I called to cancel due to the unacceptable delay, I was told I had to go through Slice—another nightmare since they provide no real customer support. The excuse from the restaurant? That the driver "called" when my business has big glass windows and doors WIDE OPEN. No delivery was attempted, no real effort was made. Since getting a refund was basically impossible, I had to tell them to just send my order anyway. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Between Steve’s Pizza and Slice, this was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere that actually cares about their customers!

We have been going to Steve’s for nearly 30 years now. Lifetime resident of Palmetto Bay. My experience with the management last Friday evening was so difficult that we will not be returning. After waiting for over 45 minutes for my pick up order (medium pizza and garlic rolls) and after asking twice if my order was on the stove waiting, I eventually asked for my money back so that I could leave. Initially, I asked the order manager one time if the pizza I saw come out was mine and he became frustrated and told me “I will call you when your order is ready.” Guess I should have never asked, because he never called me even though it turned out that my order was in fact done and sitting on the top of the oven after waiting another 15 minutes. When the cashier started to give me my cash back, the “manager” came out and very frustratingly gave me the cash while the order manger showed him that my pizza was in fact sitting on top of the oven. He tried to give me the pizza instead of giving me my refund (even though the garlic rolls were not even with it) and I said “no thanks. I believe the order manger has an issue and is playing a game” The manger just said “after 30 years of coming here you won’t come back just because of that?” There was no effort to make the issue right at all. He just let me leave. Oh well! There are other pizza places.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I placed an order for 3 meal at 11:05am and received the food at 2:29pm, I called the restaurant twice and not even an apology, the manager just said we're busy. I guess to the manager on duty our business is not important. The only thing he said when the food gets there tell him to take back and I'll refund the money.

It’s concerning that I paid almost 15 dollars for a spoiled spaghetti, if you’re going to sell something so awful might as well take it off the menu . My advice would be to re take cooking classes , sauce was watery , spaghetti disgusting. I’m not even going to ask for my money back just because i thought the whole plate in the trash were it probably belongs .

Great service and usually great food. However, on 3/22/25, the pizza seemed undercooked—something was off. I’ve ordered from here five or more times before and never had this issue. Unfortunately, after eating, my husband, my 2-year-old, and I all experienced stomach aches and diarrhea. As a pregnant woman, food safety is extremely important to me, and I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. When I brought up the issue, the pizza was simply reheated rather than properly remade. The problem wasn’t resolved. Please ensure better temperature control and food safety practices—this is about people’s health.

Awful dine in experience. The manager cant stop yelling at his employees. Threatening of firing them and calling them stupid. Also just loud, obnoxious and not in character with the Steve pizza chain. I felt bad eating in here with my partner and they shouldn't have a dine in option in the first place. Also random office door open for no reason

Alex the manager didn’t feel like this was a good enough reason to give me another pizza on them. I ordered delivery online and was told when I got there (yes I ended up having to leave and go to the location) that I would have to contact their advertised app if I wanted my money back if I wasn’t willing to wait another 30 minutes for a pizza. I am a regular patron of this place however this is my first time ordering delivery. When I sent them a picture of the mess I was delivered I was told “mistakes happen” and they “are not perfect.” Absolutely dissatisfied with their service.

We visited Steve’s Pizza, and let me be absolutely clear: we are never going back. The experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. We ordered a salad, only to be served wilted, spoiled lettuce that should never be allowed out of a kitchen. Then came the pizza, which arrived wrong—not once, but twice. We sent it back the first time, and unbelievably, it came out wrong again. What made everything worse was the service, if you can even call it that. Zero effort, zero professionalism. Not a single apology, not even basic courtesy. And despite all the mistakes, we weren’t refunded a cent. We paid full price for an experience that was nothing short of a financial loss. Their prices are outrageously high for the poor quality they serve. Honestly, this is the worst restaurant we have ever set foot in. The standard is not just low, it’s below zero.

Rude! Staff have no customer skills. Overpriced! Boycotted this place and planning to notify my whole family. This Steve Pizza location gives "Steves Pizza" a bad name. You are treated in this place like if Steve Pizza is doing you a favor by stepping into this place. No manners, NO FRIENDLINESS! Just look at the reviews, not 1 compensation for overcooked pizza! Do not go to this place.

Steve’s was good at one point. Being from NY it was the closest thing to it but fell off tremendously. Ordered today and it solidified my decision of not going back. The pizza tasted like it came from Little Caesars. Crust was thick, sauce was nasty and not to mention, the white pizza ordered in addition, had close to no ricotta!!!!! What a waste! Do not recommend…Sorry Steve, won’t be going back.

This place is awful. At my job, my colleagues and I always order from here. We ordered food at 11 am, right when they opened, and we received the food two hours later. We called the manager, or whoever he claimed to be, because his attitude was horrendous, a really bad attitude, since it had been more than two hours and the food still hadn't arrived. The only response we got was that they were busy because of Christmas, not even an apology. I absolutely do not recommend this place unless you want to eat three hours later.

Found a long black hair baked into my pizza, and the only thing the restaurant offered was a credit for a future order — no refund. Honestly, who wants to keep eating after pulling that out of the cheese? No one in the kitchen was wearing hair or face nets, which makes me worry how often this happens. Really disappointing and unsanitary experience.

If you want to order pizza and have your order right. Don’t go here. The pizza itself is great. The getting orders right , not so much

Pedi 1 pedazo de Pizza de las que ya están listas al ver qué pasó un tiempo pregunte y el preparador de las Pizza me dijo que tenía que esperar por que el tenia 4 pedidos antes de entregarme el, le dije que como era posible si al estar lista la pizza solamente era cortar y entregar, compre antes en esta tienda y no era así la dinámica era rápido y los empleados amables no puede ser que para entregar 1 pedazo de pizza lista tengas que esperar 15min o más NO recomiendo que nadie compre en este lugar. Ahórrense las disculpas y busquen otro tipo de personal para atender este pequeño negocio mal administrado
