We have been coming here for many years and always have an amazing time! The food and service is so good! Orlando and Sarah were the best and made our experience extra special. They had 4 pasta selections on special so I had to get the linguine which was to die for. Cant go wrong with the miso rolls and tuna tartare. We will be back!!

Looks can be deceiving.... The only reason I give the atmosphere a 4 star is because when I approached the outside it wasn't a very cozy/welcoming look. In fact, I asked my husband if he was sure he wanted to come here and he said "let's just do it". I'm glad he did because WOW! Inside was beautiful and the service and food were impeccable. Try it all because not one dish disappoints. From start to finish, this was GREAT dinner!

We looked this lovely restaurant up as we’re crazing Coconut Shrimp and it didn’t disappoint. Manual our waiter was very nice and very attentive … the Ceviche and Coconut Shrimp were the best. I really liked the music 🎶 playlist and nice interior design

Cool atmosphere, delish food, and exceptional service from Christian. Having an interactive server who is not only friendly, but walks you through the menu, making recommendations along the way, is exactly what we love when dining. He also came through for us with a great recommendation for after dinner drinks. Food highlights were the fish dip and octopus. If I'm being constructive, we almost didn’t come in because it looked closed from the outside. Glad we did!

Another fantastic visit to Stiltsville Fish bar! This is a must visit when in SOBE! We came in early this time and were able to enjoy their Happy Hour cuisine, as well as an incredible seafood dish: I highly recommend for anytime you are in the mood for fresh seafood.

Natalie is the friendliest hostess in town. She is so nice and welcoming and made the best recommendations! Food was delicious. The hog snapper is great!

Great service and food. Highly recommend oven grilled snapper and oysters. Not a big fan of Happy Dad beer nor the vessel that contains the beer. I associate fresh juice served in that jug so my brain doesn’t agree. Prefer either drinking out of a bottle!

Absolutely delicious. We had a very boozy brunch. The staff was so patient and lovely. We ordered tuna bowl, lobster roll, and some other stuff I forgot. It was all delicious. The outdoor side gets warm easily because of the sun. Watch out for smokers. A lot of the customers are smokers unfortunately so sit indoors if you want to avoid them.

Such yummy food. The cocktails are top notch. There were so many wonderful things to choose from so we ended up ordering lots of small plates to share. That shrimp po boy was divine and I’m still thinking about those perfect grits. We sat at the bar for happy hour and the bartender was great. He told me his name and I forgot it- dark haired guy with cool tattoos. Highly recommend.

Remi our waitress was wonderful! All the food was great except for the crispy rice in the tuna tartare was uncooked. Remi removed this from our bill and offered to bring us a new one. The deviled eggs, lobster Benedict, and shrimp and grits were cooked to perfection and tasted delicious!

Thanks to the Christina and the crew at Stiltsville my girlfriend and I had the best anniversary dinner anyone could ask for. We had the oysters and fish wings to start and then an entire Yellowtail Snapper roasted and deboned tableside. Everything was delicious and fresh , Christina was great when it came to recommending items and drinks and overall showing us a great night. We will be back to have the fish fried next time.

Good food and good vibes. We enjoyed our meal and specifically enjoyed the fish dip. If you're going to get an appetizer this is a must try. The cocktail list was unique and well put together. We were disappointed that these shrimp and grits we're out by the time we ordered but we still enjoyed our main entree which was the the miso scallops.

We loved our food. Great grouper dish and appetizers we order both the scampi and the other style grouper plus the oysters and good beers. Parking may be an issue as expected in the area. Atmosphere was ok.

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like people need to know about this place. Stiltsville is hands down my favorite spot in Miami. The food is always so fresh, the portions are generous, and for Miami prices, it’s one of the few places that truly delivers on every level. Every single person on staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Reni is one of the best servers. I’ve had her every single time I’ve been here, and she makes you feel like you’re at home. Also the bartender makes KILLER drinks. This isn’t me trying to hype up a place just for the sake of a review—it’s the truth. If you want fresh food, great energy, and a spot that never misses, Stiltsville is it.

A friend was craving seafood on our little weekend away in Miami. She found Stiltwater, and we decided to give it a whirl. The atmosphere was perfect: a little quaint, outdoor seating options, and lovely lights. Reni was our waitress and was attentive with nice suggestions and explanations of menu items. I tried the hogfish filet. It was very good with a nice crunchy breading. The mashed potatoes were also pretty tasty- very creamy and seasoned well. I need a lil green, so I ordered a side salad with their buttermilk ranch dressing. We all split the key lime pie and tried the corn cheesecake. The key lime pie was all that it needed to be: just the right about of tart, creamy, with textual contrast from the toasted coconut. The corn cheesecake was too odd for us lol. The taste wasn't bad, but we couldn't fully get into it. Overall, the restaurant was a great option for us.

The food was excellent. Our server Natalie was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions. The scampi was a highlight! The manager was so friendly and welcoming. We were visiting from out of town and will definitely be coming back every time we're in Miami.

I moved to Miami almost 3 years ago, and I have been going to Stiltsville since the very beginning of my arrival here. It has been wonderful every single time, and I usually go twice a year. However, my most recent visit was to be noted!! NEW SPECIALS, NEW FISHCARDS, and THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE SELECTION OF SEAFOOD IN THEIR ICE TUBS AT THE FRONT!! YALLLLLLL!! I soon found out from my server that there is indeed a new chef there and he really is doing the most, in the very best way. I’ve always loved this place on previous visits, and I always left more than happy, but honestly you can find whole snapper, salmon, or tuna on literally any other menu in this city. When I’m paying a decent amount for my meal, I like to be offered something no one else is offering on their menu. This is the reason I only frequented this location a few times a year, however that will change now! The service is wonderful, but I wanted to take the time to really call out the back of the house for testing themselves creatively for my enjoyment, and I’ve been talking about my experience non-stop ever since I left, and I will be recommending Stiltsville fish bar to anyone looking for a unique dinging experience. If you haven’t been, TRY IT, and if you have been and haven’t been recently, RUN BACK!! Trust me, you will be so happy you did.

Despite many places in Miami with high rating and not tasty food, this one was very delicious! Coconut shrimp - amazing! Octopus and corn grit very nice. Oysters are medium though, we haven’t yet found tasty ones in Miami. The big fish too share (roasted) was a bit long too wait , we ordered it about 9:30 and it was served about 10 pm (when restaurant was about to close , but they didn’t say a single word about we should be faster, we sit as we needed), but it was great! Sauces that come with fish are tasty as well. Highly recommended place, as service, interior and food are awesome.

Definitely going back! Fish wings was a super fun novelty, beer tasted a little off had a LA Tropical and it had an odd after taste, lines need to be cleaned on the tap in my experience. Other than that I had a very pleasant experience at the spot! Mixed drink was on point and really delicious. Definitely want to explore the menu some more! The ice bath with the fish in it was cool.

All I can say is YUM. The whole experience was wonderful, they squeezed us in and we got an amazing server (Jennifer) who made our whole meal into a local food experience! The flavors are unique, they have great local beer and it’s a nice pretty quiet getaway from the other side of Miami Beach! This should be a must stop if you’re coming to visit!

My son and I drove down from Jacksonville and had dinner here. We were absolutely not disappointed! I got the tripletail, and he got the grilled octopus. Outstanding! Our server Kevin was great with his recommendations and his personality. The general manager came over and introduced himself, as well. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Incredibly delicious fresh fish! We come here every year on our trip down from NYC. Very lovely atmosphere. They even prepared the fish we caught ourselves in the most delicious way (ceviche included), which is hard to find in Miami. Highly recommend ☺️

This was my first time at Stiltsville. I was part of a group of 10 and Kevin did a phenomenal job taking care of all of us! He has a warm, personable personality, was constantly on the ball, got all of our orders correct (including my ridiculous food allergies) and he checked in on us multiple time. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone…and even request to sit with Kevin! (Although I hear Dennis is great as well! 🙃🙂.)

I had been trying to attend this place for a long time, finally I did...for happy hour in a feel like 118 degrees. I arrived early Sophia was my server bartender very polite and kind. I tried several items from the happy hour menu. I loved it all. Then Roberta took over again a sweet kind nice server bartender. Great experience, great food...great people!

Great food, drinks, and service! We ordered the oysters, coconut shrimp, fish dip, & whole crispy snapper, with a side of asparagus. Everything was fresh and tasted good. It’s about 10-14 mins from the strip, but worth the drive as the quality of food is much better than what is offered on the strip. They also have a nice happy hour, the “hotel nacional” was a nice refreshing cocktail.

With no doubt, the best restaurant i’ve been to. If you can definitely get the whole deep fried fish , you won’t regret it. All the items we ordered, were fantastic. Would fly to Miami for this restaurant for sure!!! The service was excellent as well, just top notch! Not only their fish is great, but the desserts are fantastic also!

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, so about 10 years. I’m surprised I haven’t wrote a review yet since I love coming here and doesn’t matter for brunch or for happy hour for lunch or for dinner and have daily specials, it’s just absolutely phenomenal every time. It’s one of the few places in Miami and actually Florida where you can find hogfish they have a crispy hog fish sandwich that is unbelievable! They have hogfish also grilled they have it fried for dinner, and also a hogfish ceviche and they have one of the most Amazing selections and probably one of the only places in the United States if not the world where you can get fish wings and I crave them quite often and do the friend I turn them on to. Our server Kristina was exceptional! Every time I go there, we are always given exceptional service. I tried to bring everyone that I can here when they come on vacation to Miami or locals It’s one of the only few places that you can get out of the keys that gives you that true Florida seafood experience! Love it here! Try the fish wings or the hogfish you won’t regret it!

Absolutely blown away by everything from the decor to the music to the service. Kevin was fantastic with recommendations and got us to try some stuff we weren’t even considering like the buffalo fish wings. The Buffalo sauce is made in house and was so good that I took some home in a bottle. Can’t even begin to describe how good this sauce was guys go there just for that and stay for the awesome fish selection and amazing drinks.

Update: Came here again, after a year. The food is still amazing! And ironically we had Kevin us. Amzing personality and friendly!!. See us again next year. This was our first time visiting— definitely happy we found here. The food was delicious!!! Full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The appetizers came out pretty fast, they were also amazing! We have eaten here probably 5 times since we moved to Miami. One of our favorite dishes is the whole fish. We've tried it both ways fried and baked. We prefer the baked. They also have an appetizer we love there tabasco clams. Drinks are always good here. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They have a small patio and there is a paid parking lot across the street.

This place is SO good. Best fish I’ve had in awhile! Orlando, our server, was super informative and such a great guy. He had great insight on the menu and made the evening that much better. Loved the food!! Presentation was great and I was impressed. They didn’t have any chicken on the Miami Spice menu but the fish sandwich was really goood!! Grabbed a quick lunch here and was completely satisfied. I tried the crab claws and the buffalo fish wings. I really enjoyed the sauce on the buffalo fish wings it was spicy but not overwhelming. I would definitely return. My waiter Reni was awesome and answered all the questions I had.

The staff took wonderful care of us on for our anniversary. We did the Sunset Sips which was a lot of fun. A casual setting to chat with the expert and try a little or a lot. Ha. Mixed with delicious bites from and off their menu, like cow heart, it was great. Then we stayed at the bar area to have a terrific mix of appetizers and salads, with the calamari and watermelon salad being outstanding. Had such a memorable time here. Food was sublime, we are still talking about it. Scallops and pork belly was perfectly cooked, as was the octopus. We stopped in on a whim and are so glad we found this gem! Natalie, our waitress extraordinaire, recommended the hog snapper and it was probably the most delicious fish we’ve eaten in the area. Watermelon salad and grits were delicious and 50% off wine bottles is an instant amazing afternoon. 10/10 recommend if you find yourself in Miami Beach!

Every now and than you have to treat yourself and this restaurant was definitely worth it! I took my girlfriend here for a late birthday date because of the great reviews and being seafood lovers we had to try! The service and food was amazing! FYI it's not cheap so be prepared to spend some coins especially if you get the whole fish. We had the hogtail snapper, lemon grass fries and grilled asparagus with 2 adult beverages total cost $288.00 with tip for 2 people. We will definitely be back!

Although I’m a regular at Stiltsville I had my best experience today at brunch. Reni was extremely knowledgeable & personable and was able to answer all of my questions about the menu without hesitation. The food never disappoints but today’s meal was particularly superb. The fish wings are one of my favorite menu items and I’ve had them several times but for some reason today’s catch was out of this world. And the fact that Reni was able to explain the why’s and how’s made it that much better of an experience. The conch fritters were phenomenal; not some nonsense cornmeal with a splash of conch, but conch you could taste! My husband and I come here all the time but we brought a first timer with us and were so happy to share this experience with them. We will obviously continue to visit but are so glad we turned someone else onto this place.

Great little spot with delicious seafood. We could tell the minute we walked in it wasn’t just another touristy spot but a real place with soul. We had the stone crab claws, Parker house rolls with miso butter & yummy, balanced cocktails to start. I ordered the mango salad and fish wings and my husband had the golden tile fish entree. We shared the key lime tart for dessert. Our server Kevin was great, and all the food was delicious! We had almost opted not to take the 30 minute drive down from our resort to Stiltsville, but I’m glad we did!

I enjoyed happy hour out on the patio with the seashells and comfortable seating. My oysters was very good. I received a cite small bottle of hot sauce and it really spiced things up. Great atmosphere in a great menu. The staff was able to fit us in even when our Uber had been running late to our scheduled reservation, which was very appreciated. The server was very friendly however we noticed once we placed our meal order that things took a long time resulting in us having a dinner that went from 745 to 10 o’clock. We ordered rock crab claws, pan seared hogfish, and a half chicken with banana bread, pudding for dessert. The hogfish was quite salty and possibly overcooked as there is no moisture to it. The fried chicken, rock crab claws and the dessert were all fantastic. Our biggest complaint was the amount of time It took us to have what seemed as a simple dinner.

More than we could have asked for, the food here was fantastic! Devoured our starters... conch fritters, crab cake sliders and coconut shrimp! Then, the main dishes... scallops & pork belly with sweet potato puree, fish tails & fries, and lobster handkerchief pasta! Fresh, clean and full of flavor, each dish was mouth-watering and memorable! Service and location on-point, as well! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great seafood in Miami!!

Estuve hace poco con mis sobrinos para el brunch y realmente la pasamos increíble, el ambiente, la atención y en especial la comida nos encantó, los platillos que pedimos visualmente nos apetecían mucho y se ve el profesionalismo del chef de que con algo tan simple se vea tan atractivo y sea tan exquisito, ya había tenido la oportunidad de frecuentar este lugar, pero se ve que han mejorado en muchos aspectos en particular su presentación y sabor. Volveré con el fin de probar los demás platos del menú. 10/10

We came on a whim ,on a rainy day, and let me tell you we were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was quaint ,and a little wet upon entering , but had a very cozy ,inviting atmosphere. The host swiftly seated us, while handing us an array of menus. The restaurant was participating in the miami spice promotion and we opted in. We had the ceviche (to die for) and conch fritters as appetizers, grilled and fried snapper as entrees and chocolate brownie and key lime pie as dessert. Everything was well executed and flavorful. The icing on top was our server NATALIE ! She was attentive, patient and had a wonderful personality. Between the great service and amazing food we would definitely recommend Stiltsville.

First and foremost, the service and atmosphere were both excellent! We started with the smoked white fish dip & deviled eggs with trout caviar and conch fritters, all three excellent. Next we had the mango salad with Mahi Mahi, good flavor but unfortunately overcooked, the same with the grilled octopus (overcooked). The watermelon salad was delicious. The highlight of the evening was the key lime pie... outstanding. We will definitely return for another visit. When you go, definitely ask for Christen. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, and very accommodating!

Service was greay didn't really care for the fish. I love really seasoned food I'm from new Orleans and I felt the fist was seasoned My crab cake and cold saw was good just really small crabcake I wanted more lol The Grits was really good and boyfriend enjoyed his drinks We didn't like the buffalo fish wings

I loved my server Orlando who made some nice suggestions and has a great spirit! I loved the crab cake! Very tasty and fresh! I also had the octopus and chocolate cobbler. The octopus a a bit tough but the sauce and plantains were nice. For the cobbler, I think it lacks texture. It is too soft. I loved the gelato that came with it. You should try some of their whole fresh fish. I shall try next time.

Walked in on Thursday night for dinner, place was quite empty. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were served promptly. The appetizers were amazing. The only let down was the pork belly which was burnt so bad that we struggled to eat! Other than that all the other seafood dishes were amazing. quiet and chill ambiance. They have a great happy hour offer and the weekend bottomless brunch

I dropped the ball on taking photos of the food! Definitely more of an upscale seafood restaurant, the prices do reflect that as well. We got the octopus dish, deviled eggs, scallops and pork belly, and fish dip. The food was delicious but in my opinion not enough quantity wise lol my friend and I got two appetizers and each an entree and it was not much to fill us up, we def could have ordered more but decided not to. We were not impressed with their cocktails though lol I will say I do regret not ordering a whole fish so if I do decide to come back I heard the whole fishes are really good. As for the service? It was fantastic. Atmosphere was very nice; loved the aesthetic for the restaurant but alas it’s not the most important part.

Nice location ~ very small cozy setting. There’s no parking so be ready to pay to valet, park on street for pay or pay to park in the few spaces on their parking lot. That parking for $31 for two hours. The food was decent. The fish/flounder could use more seasoning for $40. The best dishes was conch fritters , fish wings and their grits ( creamy with corn so comforting). The crab cakes had potential but they were cold because they sit them on top of cold cole slaw (they need to not do that)! Less is more. $25 for a crab cake.I expect it to be hot and just crab! The slaw can be on the side! Service was great. I was disappointed because we traveled there for the whole fish and made reservations. They ran out of large whole fish (the highlight of their location)

We went for "Miami Spice". The conch fritters we had as appetizers were excellent. Mocktail was ok but definitely not worth having again. My entrée was chicken and waffles. It was disgusting. The chicken wasn't fully cooked and even smelled raw. It wasn't seasoned either. The waffles smelled like raw batter. Dessert was ok, nothing too exciting. I should probably give them another chance and try something like a seafood dish from the regular menu because although the food was disappointing, the vibe and staff were great.

Stiltsville Fish Bar is one of my favorites and I’ve been here multiple times. Their atmosphere is awesome and their servers are really nice. Went here for my birthday and they had extended their Miami Spice menu which had a few unique items that weren’t on their normal house menu. After ordering one of the unique items (shrimp dip) we were told that unfortunately it wasn’t ready and we had to choose from 3 of the other remaining items which also happened to be on the happy hour menu. We opted for a second course of octopus and another unique new item - their mussel dish and we were so disappointed to see that 12 mussels came on the plate for an entree. I’ve never left here hungry, but tonight we did. Perhaps we should have ordered off the regular menu. The value for the $60 pp prefix was 2x more the cost had we just ordered happy hour apps and their normal (fairly priced) entrees vs getting half portions hoping to try some new menu items. Huge birthday bummer. We asked for our dessert to go because we just felt ripped off at that point.

The appetizers were amazing. I really liked the fish dip. This one was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I also ordered the surf and turf burger, and it was an absolute disappointment for me. The pattie was good, but the lobster was flavorless. Also, another person on my ordered the same and shared the exact same opinion. Not recommended. Tried the octopus, and it was very good. Winner definitely was the fried chicken.

I don't know why people are raving about this place. The food was so bland. I was very excited to try the food here because of the reviews. Two good points I want to make before I say the bad. One the atmosphere was nice and two the service was not bad at all. This review is because my tastebuds were so dissapointed. We had a whole snapper and it had no seasoning at all, and well overpriced. ($37/lb) We also had a watermelon salad that I thought would be special, but no. Overall I gave the food a 1 because it was a complete waste of $135 at this place.
