If you are flying American and in Miami Airport go to D43 to Villa Italian restaurant. This is not your typical crappie Airport food. It is a good value for a good product. I am a spaghetti lover in the spaghetti is outstanding!

She then said “yes” prompting me to order, I placed my order and she shouted something in another language, I don’t know what she shouted. I got to the cashier and the cashier also barely spoke, moved around in a very less enthusiastic manner and it showed. She told me the total, I paid and then waited. The employees all speak the same language so you’ll see them shouting and laughing at each other which is great but this leaves the customers so confused. My order came like 15-20 Minutes later and it was nice. Price is a little high for me but the seating area was nice!

A lasanha tinha um bom sabor, mas o atendimento para explicar como se tratava o combo, foi o pior possível (olha que estávamos falando em inglês). Minha filha é celíaca e pediu para esquentar a comida que ela havia trazido de casa em embalagem adequada, tampada e simplesmente foi negado esse pedido com o microondas sendo visualizado por todos nós no balcão à nossa frente. Com muita insistência, pois ela ficaria sem alimentação e o local não possui refeições para alérgicos, a atendente virou toda comida dela em um pote de isopor (misturando tudo) e colocou alguns segundos no microondas que só amornou e ela acabou comendo dessa maneira mesmo. Penso que deveria ter um treinamento mais adequado para atendimento ao público, ainda mais se tratando de um aeroporto, que recebe pessoas de vários lugares e que precisam entender e serem entendidas em seus pedidos.

Pizza isn’t half bad but the wings were terrible and the staff communicated poorly and I had to repeat my order at least 10 times. I left feeling confused and disoriented. I don’t even want to come back and ask for a refund on the wings because of their inability to communicate the problems.

Food was cold, and workers were rude. The only good thing about this place was the nice old man offering napkins, water, and candy for customers.

Imagine you’re in your early twenties, partying hard. It’s 10pm, MAN we should order pizza! You order it, it’s alright but then everyone passes out and you leave it on the counter. The next morning comes, you’re hungry. You look at the pizza, you know you shouldn’t but you do it anyway. Throw it in the microwave and down the hatch it goes, it’s not great but it fills the void. This is exactly what villa pizza is like (the morning after leftover pizza) then it is thrown in some oven in a halfhearted attempt to warm it up. It is the absolute worst slice of pizza I have ever encountered. Beware!

I always thought Sbarro was bad until I tried this place. The attitude of the people is just horrendous. They should get a job where they can feel happier. The food was nasty and there were fruit flies. Paying almost $36 for this hurts. I do not recommend.

Came to get pizza with the family and I asked if they were gone bring out fresh pie out he said no it was 530pm and I asked are you about to close he said yes. Would recommend going somewhere else. 1/30/18 Update: Owner needs to focus less on online damage control emails, and more on the poor quality of food and service at their restaurants. Pizza crust was stale, tasted like cardboard. The food was old and was just reheated up. Payed $14 for a slice and a drink. Still have diarrhea problems 3 days later.

There were only 5 people in line in front of us and it to close to 35mins to be served. The staff did not speak very good English. Yes, I know not everyone speaks English, but this is in Miami. The food was cold the sodas were flat. If this place was located anywhere except an airport they would be out of business.

Meatballs and pizza are absolutely nasty, couldn't eat. The meatballs tasted spoiled. They microwaved the meatballs but staff said their food is fresh.
