This restaurant is a hit or miss to be honest. I grab food here once in a while. I get chicken and Broccoli most the time. Sometimes it’s really good! Sometimes it doesn’t taste fresh. The rice tastes stale sometimes. So hit or miss.

I've never had an issue with this place until the last 2 weeks. A week ago, I ordered egg rolls, chicken low mein and Kung pao shrimp. The egg rolls and low kein were hood. The Kung paper shrimp was good until you ate the peanuts.. they were stale and a little rancid. Come today, I figured I'd give them another try and order chicken low mein, shrimp fried rice and boneless spare ribs. The rice was a little stalw tasting. The chicken low mean was fine, but they gave me beef low mein instead of spate ribs. Called up and they said just come down. After driving all the way home, didn't feel like going back out.. maybe later?? And the thing is the person who took my order told me what was in the bag when ready. Always double check. But due to some of the food not tasting fresh, I will not go there again. As a matter of fact, I'll be making a report to the health department. Especially after reading other reviews for same issues.

I haven't lived in CT for nearly 20 years. Yet, for some reason these people call me constantly. I still have an 860 area code number. "Wrong number", you say? Well, you may be right- hell, you're almost certainly right- I definitely didn't order sub-par food from a completely different state. That doesn't stop them though. Try to explain it to them? Nah, doesn't matter. They hang up and call again, blowing up my phone anyway. And I mean they *blow up* my phone. I get dozens of calls. Ignore it, dismiss the call, block the number, doesn't matter. They call from a different number. Landline numbers, cell numbers, they all seem to swarm when they either A) misread the number on the order or B) clearly get a random number on an order. No clue why mine is popular, but these folks clearly don't care. All this said; I won't ever bother giving this operation my business the next time I'm back around my old home area in CT. I would rather eat dirt than give a business that is so slipshod that it can't figure out what is going on my money. In case you're reading: Chuan Chen, you're being reported to the FTC for harassment and unsolicited calls. Cheers.

Price wasn’t bad size of food wasn’t bad taste and quality zero ordered pork fried rice only had two pieces of pork nothing else no vegetables two pieces of pork with yellow rice unbelievable they suggest listed as yellow rice

I just ordered chicken chow mein and literally threw the whole meal away. This was the worst Chinese food I ever ordered. The chicken was slimy and white and chow mein was literally a bunch of cabbage and carrots in a clear flavorless sauce. The egg roll wasn’t even good I’m so disappointed. Will not order here again

my sister and I ordered take out last night and got the orange chicken and chicken curry. my sister got sick this morning and vomited all over her car while driving to work. do NOT order the chicken curry unless you want stomach problems for hours. do not recommend. why would you give bad food to people? 😡🤢

We got beef and broccoli and cashew chicken that both had a fishy taste. I thought they tasted gross and couldn't eat them. I emailed the restaurant with no response. Luckily we also had dumplings and egg rolls which were good, especially the dumpling sauce. Won't be ordering from there again.

I ordered food yesterday for lunch for my partner and I in Middletown. It was the worst Chinese food ever had in my life. It went right through us. The eggrolls must’ve been a week old the chicken was slimy. I don’t even think it was cooked properly. It was disgusting.

I stopped by one night on my way home from work order my usual General Chicken with Shrimp fried rice and Broccoli and standing at the counter watching 👀 the cook and he didn't put Broccoli into my Shrimp fried rice so I asked the lady was that my order she said No. Then she walks over after touching the keys on the Cash register and touching the phone keys grabbed Broccoli with her hands ✋️ didn't wash takes Broccoli and put it in my rice I walked out and said Hell No I'm not eating food from there ever again. I told her to keep that food I not paying for that No way!!!

Never had issues with this restaurant until the last month. Their pork fried rice isn't the real thing like how it used to be & food quality has gone down hill. My last order was delivery, took over an hour to come and I had to call twice. Will never eat here again.

Pick this place is you love disgusting food, and bad customer service. Ordered at 4 and they did not bring me my food until 6...I am not even slightly exaggerating. Called 3 times and they just kept saying its on the way. Owner/manager was more incompetent that his employees. I was better off driving to China for actual good food at that point. When the food came it was disgusting. And freezing cold. Want to know who can make terrible rice? Fortune Wok. They had chunks of soggy ice berg lettuce in the rice. Ice berg lettuce and rice should never be friends. All in all it was a terrible experience and eat here if you hate yourself. My cat also hated it.
