So quick! Fabulous customer service and amazing food!!

Visiting In-N-Out at the corner of Orangethorpe and Harbor right after their opening time is my go-to strategy to beat the usual crowds. This location, nestled amid a bustling plaza with Costco, Amazon Prime, and other quick-service spots, can make for a busy parking lot, but the payoff is worth it. On my latest visit, I opted for the drive-thru which, thanks to their efficient double-line system, moved quicker than you'd expect given the crowd. I skipped the drink and went straight for a Double Double Animal Style with Animal Style fries—both were stellar, maintaining the high quality I've come to expect from In-N-Out. The fries, in particular, were a perfect blend of crispy and cheesy with just the right touch of that signature "Animal" seasoning. Despite the challenging parking scenario, the quick service and unbeatable burger quality make this In-N-Out a solid choice for anyone in Fullerton looking for a quick, tasty meal. Just try to beat the peak times, or you might find yourself stuck in line longer than anticipated!

In-N-Out always hits the spot!! After a ball game or a hike a must-have!! Long lines (depending on the hour) but it's expected because it's just good food at a great price.

Drive-thru packed, but moved fast. Had a change in order when we got to the window, easily remedied by asking for the adjustments, speed was still fast. Liked the animal fries but they're kind of eh. I guess I've outgrown them. Would be better to add some ketchup and eat them like regular fries, with a burger. Ate them on their own without some ketchup, ended up eh. Still, prices have always been on the affordable side, portions aside. Satisfied enough, though. Plus the lettuce wrap for my BF was done nicely.

Visited from out of town and went through the drive through in this location. My family ordered 4 meals and milk shakes, and everyone liked it so much, we went back a few days later again. Both times the orders came out perfectly and freshly cooked. The drive through line looked very long both times, but it moved fast and the wait was not nearly as long as we had expected. I'd definitely recommend visiting this location.

The staff are professional and courteous. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent (10/10), but it does get quite crowded, so please be prepared for a possible wait. The staff are doing a wonderful job, but the restaurant does get very full.

We came to this particular one because getting in and out of there was a lot easier than the one in Buena Park. Also when we went it was quite larger. They weren't that busy when we first came, but after we ordered our food, they got busy, and this was on a Monday afternoon at about 3 pm. The service was quick and very friendly

It's in n out, a predictable and rigidity consistent great experience - literally every single time. Service is on par with a sit down steakhouse, vastly outclassing the entirety of the rest of the fast food industry by a mile. Food is always amazing and exactly what you're expecting - which is near perfection for the brand, and those troopers have dialed in a way to handle massive lines of cars and walk in customers with the efficiency that would rival machine automation. This is literally the only fast food restaurant I will ever go to and I'm always quietly impressed with how they never fail to live up to expectations in taste, quality, overall expe, and customer service.

Update: burger still good. Fries extra well done but damn tonight they were not easy on the salt 12am. Still good though.

In-N-Out, which I go to occasionally, is the best in many ways. However, if I have one request, I sometimes eat outside, and sometimes the stone tables are dirty. I know it's busy, but I hope they keep the tables and clean.

After living overseas for many years, every time we visit we have to go to In N Out. Simply the best!

Great location! I like how they took advantage of the big parking lot and extended the drive thru lanes to accommodate. We ate inside and customer service was amazing as always. Lots of seating inside and it’s one of the bigger locations I think. Great quality food, I think prices increased a little bit but I don’t mind.

Did you know In n Out sells hot chocolate..... WITH MARSHMALLOWS!?! Stop what you are doing and go get it! It is CHOCOLATEY- the stuff looks similar to black coffee. So good. Service at this location is above and beyond. It seemed like there were quite a few ahead of us to get their orders but we had our food in less than 5 min. The only thing I would say could have been done differently is the bun on my burger- it seemed a little more crumbly than usual- maybe a bit on the stale side. Burger itself was still top notch and i am always impressed that they never make a mistake. I have probably been to in n out 100 times in my lifetime but they NEVER have gotten my order wrong!

Really Great Burgers got a normal old cheese burger and a chocolate shake and it was so amazing that I went back for another very VERY highly recommend should try.

This In N Out is always busy. It is next to a Ross and other stores you can shop at before or after eating. The food is always consistently delicious and affordable. I have not had an issue with this location. The employees are nice. On this day (1/27/2026) there was an employee that was taking an extra step to open the door for people coming in or going out. He was consistently acknowledging everyone and making small talk. He was sweeping and came across as a happy person.

Always busy, friendly atmosphere and great food

I was in the area for my wife’s cousin’s kid’s birthday party and wasn’t sure what I wanted, so we stopped at In-N-Out on S. Harbor Blvd. I went with a 3x3 hamburger, and having the patty mustard-fried gave it a little extra flavor. I also added grilled onions, but of course, no tomatoes or spread. Service is usually quick here whether you go inside or use the drive-thru. This time, my wife went in and picked up our food. We took it back to the car and ate while it was raining. The ambiance is what you would expect from any In-N-Out, decorated in red, white, and yellow throughout. There is plenty of parking, so that’s not an issue. Next time you’re in the area and feel like grabbing a quick bite, don’t hesitate to stop at this location you won’t regret it.

One of the more busiest In-N-Out Burgers you'll find. Food great tastes just like the other In-N-Out Burgers. Just be ready to wait a while unless as the drive thru lines can be really long here. But for a nice double double and some animal style fries, it's worth it always.

Ok, new sandwich alert! You have to logistically plan this one out. First, I went to Raising Canes for two slices toasted bread and cane sauce. Then I headed to In N Out and ordered the flying dutchman with a pack of spread. Put cane sauce on one slice & the spread on the other and place the flying dutchman in the middle. There were about 30 cars in the drive through so I chose to go inside. The restaurant was a bit dirty. However, the food was fantastic. The staff was friendly. I love in and out burger but I don't know if I would go back to this location.

In my opinion In-n-Out is the best burger place. Most of fast food places have slightly different taste store to store but not here. Even if customized burgers are ordered it is same everywhere. Never had any issues at In-n-Out and recommended to all!!

Prices are decent, and you get a good, clean burger. Probably the best burger around at its price point, truthfully. If I've one complaint, it's the menu's lack of variety. Menu consists of fries, burger, burger with cheese, bigger burger with cheese. Finally, though In-n-Out is rightfully popular, that popularity comes with a massive downside; wait times can be excessive if you come right at dinner time. I usually try to arrive before 5. By 6, you might wait a thirty to sixty minutes for your food. Good food? Yes. Worth waiting an hour? Not to me.

They are always good, it was extremely busy, the service was slow, fries were hot, burgers looked old by the time we got them, numbers called at in strange order, several had to wait in ??? Too long!

They put my food in a freaking box and didn't even bother to ask if it was for the car or to go. There was no one else in the car with me. Did they just assume I'm gonna eat all of that food by myself or what? Freaking ridiculous. 😒😒😒

Gotta say, same consistency you'd like, slightly harder to special order. Wanted a pretty simple alternate animal style burger, extra onions raw and grilled... try it, you'll thank me if you love onions. Then waited as they needed to decide if adding lettuce around the bun is a "side of toast" because to order lettuce around a burger is "protein style" which automatically means no buns. I get it, the computer ordering system kinda dictates what will happen. We all are facing life adapting to the computerized world, not the other way around. Ever try calling customer service in any large organization and get voice prompted to instant insanity? Yeah, so ended up with a wrapped burger, which isn't what I wanted, but was tasty anyway. So there you have it

This is indeed the quality you can taste and it was love at first bite! Tasty fries and the best burger (the meat is not over-processed). I just wish they could expand to Europe;)

No words to describe In N Out 😁. Everything about this burger joint is 5-star, but you have to find your way through complex maze of parking lot, long drive through lines, and people crossing parking lot haphazardly. If you do all that then you unlock the "In N Out" stage!!

Quite busy at 2 on a Saturday. Picked up a 75th anniversary shirt with my double double meal and strawberry shake. The burger was great as always, the fries have never been my favorite but with some seasoning they are much better. Sat inside because the line for the drive through lane was snaking through the parking lot.

As an ex In and Out employee I used to pride myself on the In and Out quality on all fronts. From employee communication and attitude, to dinning room cleanliness, to food quality... was all excellent. I've noticed a trend in the past 5 years of poorly trained employees that don't even pretend to be glad they have a job. At this location I rarely receive service from a partner that's able to focus and actually look at me in the eyes. I'd say about 25% of the time they actually greet you with a smile. About 50% of the time I receive a Thank you, have a nice day. The standards at In and Out used to be second to none. However, I can walk across the parking lot to Chick Filet and receive better customer service from a franchise chain store, which you never see. The quality of the food at this store, is great, just not the quality of training, accountability, or attitude. Everybody looks bummed out or annoyed. It doesn't make me feel welcome, it just makes me think I somehow ended up at a Taco Bell or Mc Donalds by accident.

Good food however this time they put too much salt in the burger. Restaurant is clean and have good street view.

Not a whataburger but good service like always

Id say for the last couple months this locations drive through service and control has been horrid. 4 straight trips now I have been in line for at least 10 minutes before another car pulls up to the lane next to me and gets serviced before me. It has never happens but this last time two cars managed to get serviced before me even though I pulled up before them. The two lines, one attendee isn’t working. I’d rather just all order through the window if they can’t keep track of who comes in what order.

This guys are incredible successful, to be honest, I don’t understand why, the burgers are just ok, there are plenty of good places which are way better than them, I don’t know how the process the fries, but it doesn’t taste natural, in fact I know they are, but anyways I don’t like them period.

I am someone who loves In-N-Out Burger, so I usually feel very excited whenever I go there. However, today my excitement disappeared because of the attitude of the employee who took my order at the drive-thru. While taking my order, he looked like he didn’t want to work, and his manners were not very good. It made me think that better employee training may be needed.

I've never had a bad experience at In-N-Out Burger in the 47 years I've been eating their burgers until I visited this particular In-N-Out. I've eaten at over a dozen different In-N-Out restaurants over the years, and this is the first one where the service was SO BAD it was INSULTING. The burger was okay, but the bad attitude from the cashier on the drive-through window destroyed my meal experience. I was a tad early for lunch, not crazy early, but a tad early, around 11:00am. From the attitude and behavior of the staff, you'd think I had just dumped the contents of a porta-potty into their cars, but I did not do such a thing. i just ordered a Double-Double and fries. That was my big misdeed. i've learned my lesson: never eat at this In-N-Out again. And so I shan't.

The 2 stars is only for the food. Once you place your order, it takes a while for you to get your food. Not sure why so many people love In n Out, the burgers are not that great as well as the fries. This was my 3rd time trying In n Out. The customer service in this place/location is EXCELLENT (5 stars to them) !!! That's probably the only reason why I would go back to this place ... But In n Out is not for me, the food is not great in general !!!

The food was great . Service was Awful They made us wait 29 min they served people order that were after us . We ask if our order was ready. They keep saying your food coming . They keep serving people after me . I will not return to this In N Out. When we got our order the girl just put our order mad and left. Service was awful.

Great food staff need more training in speed and friendliness all staff seem cold none welcoming food orders came out almost 30 mins after ordering. I ordered 1 meal with extra sandwich and others in our group order separately yet a order behind me ordered 8 meals and yet my meal wasn't ready needs more Inprovement on organizing and prioritizing orders when letting employees know they kept insisting they were working on it yet orders behind kept getting taken out before ours then when the employee making our order was asked about it we can clearly see she was having a attitude as a customer it makes me feel like how can I trust what there making for us if she can't keep up with orders then they should have switched her out and put a employee who can keep up and have her moved to something like frys others in out group got their food befor us when we finally got our our family & friends were finished but finally to leave on a lil positive note there is just one employee I would give Great customer service in all of this and it would be the girl who took the orders had a wonderful personality over all I rate this experience a one star for dine in this was not a in n out i will be returning to i can't rate drive thru but dine in wouldn't recommend it's a mess not organized

Waited 30 min for a #1 and #2 with animal styles fries. The animal fries took 30 min to make while my burgers sat on the counter. I bit my burger and it’s cold. I don’t wanna go back and spend another 30 minutes waiting for my order. Shawna at the front had zero customer service skills and was annoyed at everyone who ordered. Except her friends who got their order within 5 minutes. If you don’t like serving people get a different job. Go elsewhere or don’t go on a SAT night. Because your order will have an extended wait time and will most likely be wrong. 😑

Twice now I've ordered curbside delivery and had them just ignore me sitting there for 15 minutes. Both times other cars came and went. This last time they didn't even give me the full order. And told me I'd have to drive back to get it fixed. The food was already cold at that point and the drinks were watered down because all the ice melted. I haven't ordered curbside at other Habits, but the food is usually good.

Blocking traffic and the amount of pollution created by all these idling cars. I love in n out, but you guys need to expand. Double the size of your restaurant. Charge more, don't shrink the products....

Disappointed by the size of burger here after taking it to go from a meeting, then drove home to find it so thin. Also, did not want to drive back onto the freeway to this location, so called customer support only for them to spell my name and email address incorrectly. I plan to stop eating at In-N-Out.
