I went through the drive through and the staff was exceedingly patient, explaining to options for food and making sure it was correct. These days to have staff show such kindness with how hard they work and dealing with customers, is such a gift! I believe her name is Manpreet! The onion rings were the best I have had in years. Piping hot and delicious. Their chicken nuggets are so perfectly cooked. Just what I needed at the end of a long day! Thank you!

I’ve been to many fried chicken spots, but Popeyes continues to stand out every single time. The chicken is always perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and packed with that signature bold flavor you just can’t find anywhere else. Their sides are just as impressive — from the fluffy biscuits to the perfectly seasoned fries, everything feels fresh and made with care. The service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. If you’re craving comfort food done right, Popeyes is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I am SO glad that my family and I stopped by this Popeyes for lunch! We had been driving for a while, and the kids were hungry, so we came here. Staff at the place were very polite and respectful, and helped us enjoy our time here even more. The food was so fresh and crunchy, and we didn't have to wait so long for our orders, which looked very appetizing, and the place looked spotless! 10/10 experience, definitely going here again!

I love coming to Midland Popeyes. My husband and I do lawn care and we often stop for lunch. We have developed great rapport with many employees and are often greeted with friendly smiles upon entering. The food is fresh, and hot. The orders are always accurate, which is a rare thing in this town. Great place yo eat, woukd always recommend.

Only rated 5 stars so this will be seen. Terrible. Why would you put the tops and bottoms of the tomatoes on people burgers? Not just one but both Nobody want to eat that. Maybe talk to staff about quality. Especially for the price.

Love the cajun fries, poutine & popcorn shrimp... not a fan of their sandwiches, the batter taste like it's cooked with the fish sandwiches. The blackened cauliflower bites are decent

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a regular fries as my side. When I got home to open my meal, my fries looked like half were missing. I would consider this a small order of fries (maybe) For the price of the fries I would consider this a huge disappointment. Do better please.

If you like to pluck the feathers of the chicken before you eat it, this is the spot. no ketchup, no salt peper. after reading the reviews, I feel really discriminated against, got dirty looks, and sead. Have a good day, and nothing won't be returning.

Went through drive thru, got our food quickly, but my chicken was cold. Like cold to the touch. Fries were on top and hot and fresh but by the time I got to the chicken we were too far to turn around and go back. Too expensive for that. Probably wont be back

Ordered the 2 wing sides 2 drink special. Got home the 2 side fries were not in the bag and the Sprite drink was watered down. Very poor service

October 27 9:45 pm The food was very good we love eating at popeyes and it is always an enjoyable experience with delicious food and picking out new things from the menu. Me and my girl friend had an issue with being locked out of the supposedly open restaurant. Even when asking politely after pulling on a locked door. An employee opened the door to say the lobby was closed. She then told us to go through the drive through. We weren't looking to dine in tonight we just wanted to pick up our online order, but it was still frustrating. We took a video of the locked door so that we could again leave a review since it has been a continuous problem. After our first review the doors had been unlocked until tonight. We don't want anything from this we only want for the location owner to be made aware and to not be loosing out on business because of the employees who are supposed to represent this company. We don't want this experience to ruin our enjoyment we get from coming to popeyes together and having your food often. I do understand that you have to clean and get things done so that you can close the store as employees but I am sure that having two customers in your dining area eating will not impact this. But it does impact our experience at your store and of our day. We are employees to and enjoying this time we have together after work. If your dining area closes at 11. Then it closes at 11.

They continue every night to lock their doors around 10:30 when I have asked and checked the website the hours are open until 2am. But most of the time they have the doors locked because they are too Lazy, and don’t want to deal with customers dining in. Even when calling or trying to open the door they told us to go through drive through. When I have asked before they themselves told me they are open untill 2 am. I’m sure that the parent owner of this location would love to know that they are turning away customers despite the advertised hours simply because they don’t want to service them. I simply wanted to sit down and eat to talk with company after a long day at one of the only places open in the area, when I was refused. This is an edit on October 27 at 9:45 pm I had the same issue again tonight. We tried discussing it with the employees a male and a female they again refused to let us sit in the dining area. They proceeded to lie about their hours. We asked does the franchise owner know that you are closing the doors early? He proceeded to say “yes, we do this every night, we close the dining area one hour early (10) to clean the lobby because no one comes.” Yes no one comes because you lock the doors. I know from working in franchises that is absolutely untrue you are not allowed at all to close the doors before the set time. I understand cleaning has to be done but customers are priority. We have taken video and will post on social media and will be sending it to your email.

This Popeyes is Brutal. 6 people working at this location. 730pm, no customers in the store or drive thru. I made a $100 purchase and my entire order was incorrect. The staff literally were standing around talking and not doing anything. I don't understand how the whole thing was wrong. I ordered all tenders and literally got wings and breasts. Order mashed potatoes and gravy, just got four big things of gravy. They said no managers were in but two managers were in at this time. No cares for being correct or accurate. I get things happen but the entire order is unacceptable. Train your people better. Do better as owners.
