It’s a Cosy place with very friendly staff. We arrived at a Friday night to our lodging next door where our host missed to provide access code. The owner/hostess kindly offered us a table to sit while waiting and brought chicken nuggets and juice for the kids well past their working hours. They made a big difference.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, sin embargo el servicio es horrible, la señora que atiende te hace caras. Yo primero llegué con una amiga, después nos alcanzaron 6 personas más (eso no lo teníamos planeado), cuando llegaron nuestros amigos, la señora hizo caras porque mencionó que no le avisamos que iba a llegar más gente, cabe mencionar que tenía mesas vacías, nos dijo que nos iba a acomodar una mesa grande y cuando una amiga se quiso sentar, le dijo que todavía no terminaba que le diera permiso. Al tomar la orden se porto muy grosera, dijo que ya estaba cerrada la cocina pero si vendía papas a la francesa y boneless, lo cual es ilógico porque su carta decía que tenías que consumir alimentos para consumir cerveza. Creo que al ser un negocio, si ves que llega más gente a consumirte, el trato debería ser más amable, ya que es un ingreso para ti, pero fue lo contrario, parecía que ella nos estaba haciendo un favor. Al final decidimos solo comprar una ronda de cervezas y mejor irnos a un lugar donde nos sintieramos más a gusto. Si tuvieran ese sentido de servicio y atención al cliente, sería todo un éxito su negocio.

The food was excellent, but they brought us a menu with prices which they said weren't up to date. When the bill arrived, everything cost double. It was clearly our mistake for not asking the price of each item, but this place definitely charges more if you're a tourist.

It's cheap for the area, and the service from the waiters is good, but here's the thing that made it a bad experience. I asked the owner or manager for a song (they play them on a speaker using a cell phone). She explained that it wasn't allowed, but they ended up playing my song anyway, and my friends and I were enjoying ourselves. Before we left, I wanted to request another song, and the manager got indignant. She got angry and said it wasn't allowed, that we were taking advantage. I was honestly surprised by her reaction. It seemed like I was being disrespectful, and it's the first bar I've been to where they get offended over a song. I hope they understand that a reputation is built thanks to the customers, but oh well. If you're going to drink, it's only for drinks, NOT SONGS. As far as I understood, it's a family bar 🤣 but oh well.
