Excellent service. The food was delicious, the waiters were exceptional, and Mina was very friendly. It has a family-friendly atmosphere and is perfect for a great coffee. I recommend the hazelnut latte.
The place is lovely, very clean, and the food is a 10 out of 10. The manager in the morning is incredibly friendly and has a fantastic attitude. My girlfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and we loved it; we'll be back soon.
During my stroll around Parque de los Venados and Pabellón del Valle, I stumbled upon this cozy little eatery. It's ideal for breakfast or enjoying a delicious sweet crepe (the Philadelphia cream cheese crepe with strawberry jelly is excellent), and their taro is undoubtedly some of the best I've ever tasted. The service is friendly and efficient. The place is beautiful and spacious, though keep in mind that most of the tables are on the terrace; perfect for a warm morning. I was craving the chilaquiles, so I'll be back soon for them! Highly recommended for a great brunch.
A very cozy café. I even got to see them decorating the place. It's a little away from the main avenues (about two blocks), which makes it ideal for chatting for a while. The drinks were delicious and very reasonably priced. I can't comment on the food since I didn't order anything, but I highly recommend the Taro frappé.
Nice place to enjoy breakfast. The mocha is delicious. I ordered scrambled eggs; they were tasty, but next time I'll order the three-egg option so I'm not hungry. The bread is also very good. They accept cards, it's pet-friendly, has a restroom, and breakfast includes fruit and coffee. You can upgrade your coffee to something else on the menu for a small additional fee.
I really enjoy coming to this cafe. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is attentive; they make you feel pampered. Every time I come here, I order an organic matcha, and today's has a bunny on it 😍. I recommend the green enchiladas, the sweet salad with goat cheese, and the 5-chocolate German cake ❤️ 10/10
Excellent service, it's the perfect balance of quality and price. Pleasant atmosphere, amazing music, top-notch service; delicious food. I don't even know what to recommend with so many delicious things on the menu, but I'd go with the red Swiss rolls, the club sandwich, and the Xáloh salad. Pfffffffff, definitely going to be one of my favorite places 😎😍
The staff is incredibly friendly, always in a good mood, and very attentive to serving you as quickly as possible. They're always busy, but we've never had to wait for a table or our food. You can call ahead and order for pickup; they're very punctual with the agreed-upon time. I've tried the set menu and the sandwiches. The set menu includes an appetizer, a main course, two glasses of flavored water, and a small dessert. The sandwiches can be made with a bagel, baguette, or sliced bread. Everything I've tried has been excellent; for the area, it's a great value for the price.
Excellent service!! And I loved the chocolate milkshake. awesome ambience.
Very Good
I visited this café in the evening. As for the drinks, I tried two versions of mocha: the house special (with dark chocolate) and the regular one. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The dark chocolate mocha lacked the depth and intensity of cocoa I was expecting, and the regular mocha wasn't particularly noteworthy either. On the plus side, the German chocolate cake was delicious, although quite sweet, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer more delicate desserts. My impression is that perhaps their strength lies in a full breakfast, accompanied by a simpler beverage. The atmosphere in the evening is pleasant.
The food was good except for the eggshell residue left on the omelet... you have to be careful with that. I imagine it was because they had a lot of diners and the kitchen couldn't keep up. Regarding the service, it was a bit slow, but they finally delivered. A waiter, who wears a lot of earrings, apparently didn't have a good attitude. He threw some things behind the cashier and was somewhat rude to his coworkers... maybe it was because there were so many diners, or maybe he was having arguments with his coworkers. Regarding the atmosphere, witnessing these arguments between the waiters isn't pleasant, and where they throw leftover food instead of putting it in the bin, it leaves a stain on the wall. I imagine the waiter wasn't careful. Regarding the price, it seems good for what it is: 286 pesos for two breakfast packages with a good portion. I would give it a second chance and improve its rating on a second visit.
We'd been wanting to come to this place for a while; it's always so busy, and we hadn't had the chance yet. We finally came, and there are a lot of things that need improvement. We ordered chilaquiles—mine were "divorced"—and my companion wanted a special order of "divorced" chilaquiles with both beans and mole. They told us it wasn't possible due to "bad customer experiences," which I didn't really understand. In the end, they only got the mole ones, which were just okay, very basic, and nothing special. Then, as usual, like in many places, the green salsa on the "divorced" chilaquiles was very acidic, the red salsa was very watered down and bland, and the tortilla chips were from a bag! Please don't do that!! What's so hard about frying fresh tortillas? The chicken was more like it had been put through a food processor than shredded. The menu says it's 80 grams of chicken, but it's not; it's probably 40 or 50 grams. The same goes for the other protein, which was chorizo; it wasn't the amount listed on the menu. The plates were all splattered. I mean, these are details to keep in mind. The good things were the coffee and the cheese in the chilaquiles. The service was friendly, but several minutes can pass before they clear your plate. In conclusion, I don't think I'll be back. My expectations were different, and I left disappointed. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I address you with all due respect, without needing to use sarcasm, because it speaks volumes about the level of arrogance one can reach. Just remember that when we seem to have success in the stock market, the fall is all the more painful. But getting to the point, I don't think the pretentious comment about my palate was necessary. We don't have the pleasure of knowing each other, nor do we know the path we've traveled. These reviews are about helping people find options without wasting their money. It's simple: if I wanted haute cuisine, I know you're not an option. I knew what you were selling, and however simple it may be, at least it should be well made. If you tell me you're a small place, all the better. You don't need industrialized products; on the contrary, because that detracts from your final product. It should be artisanal. If you're looking to eat good chilaquiles, the least you expect is that they're made with fresh tortillas, fried in-house, without pretensions, just that they're delicious, handmade, and just remember that we We owe it to our customers, and if it's within our power to bring a smile to their faces and try to please them so they leave happy, we do it, or at least try to. Anyway, I wish them success, and we'll keep going. 😉
