Come cliente del ristorante ho avuto la possibilita' di partecipare all' evento dell' accensione dell' Albero, presso l' Hotel Bulgari di Milano. Come tutti gli anni sempre un evento al top; il catering, il gruppo gospel e l' attenzione ai clienti da parte degli addetti dell hotel. Davvero Il meglio. Anche i partecipanti, tutte persone di classe. Un grande ringraziamento alla Sig.ra Anka per la sua disponibilita' e alla gentile Martina per il suo costante supporto nel corso dell' evento.

Un’esperienza indimenticabile… cibo completamente differente dalla massa, esaltazione dei vegetali, pane fatto in casa. Tutti i sensi in estasi. Unica pecca nella sede in duomo è l’ingresso che non è all’altezza dello chef. Il ristorante però nella sala grande ha una vista bellissima sulla piazza. Prezzi adeguati al livello. Sono tornata qualche giorno fa e … confermo tutto!! TOP !

Uno dei miei posti preferiti di Milano. La cotoletta ottima, il cibo è squisito grazie allo Chef Giorgio Fuda che rappresenta al meglio la filosofia dello Chef Niko Romito. Il servizio è attento e curato. Ciliegina sulla torta? La location

Sono stata a mangiare qui svariate volte ma non riesco a non prendere la cotoletta… è la più buona che voi possiate mai mangiare, fatta come da tradizione! Atmosfera romantica, molto piacevole e personale gentilissimo.. Vi consiglio di andare a cena in estate, l’esterno è unico! Non vi sembrerà neanche di essere in centro a Milano.

We had an amazing lunch and it all started with an amazing waitor who read us perfectly. Great food - Great bread - Great drinks, but the service was spot on and that makes it a real 5 star experience. Had the suckling pig, the risotto Milanese, the lasagne and the salad. Was offered a free snack and a free pastry at the end.

I celebrated my birthday last week at the niko romito restaurant, it was an excellent evening! The atmosphere is great and the restaurant is very nice. I'm a vegetarian and, following the advice of the chef, I tried the cauliflower pasta.. absolutely exceptional! one of the best dishes I have ever tried in my life! I had never tried a cauliflower with this flavor. The chef explained to us that it is marinated with secret ingredients that make it unique

Piatti assolutamente spaziali, attenzione alle materie prime lasciate anche un po' alla loro semplicità. Personale un po' disattento per il livello richiesto

l'atmosfera era fantastica ma il cibo era piuttosto standard. La cosa che preferivamo nel menu era il pane fresco e i cracker. Potete andarci per una serata piacevole, ma vi consiglio di non mantenere le vostre aspettative troppo alte.

Sono stato ieri per un aperitivo con amici ed è stato molto bello. Accoglienza top, aperitivo non male, drink list apprezzata. Consiglio di rivedere le persone scelte per accogliere i clienti.

The à la carte menu was exceptional, and during our dinner for two we enjoyed unique flavors with impeccable service. The only downside was the location of our table, a bit too close to the bar counter, which created a distracting flow of movement — not quite what you’d expect from a starred restaurant. Still, a solid experience overall and definitely worth repeating.

It is a see and be seen place, especially for Aperitivo on the terrace. Things get extremely busy but service remains good and focused. Don't go there for overpriced and mediocre but for a nice, sophisticated atmosphere with views across their gardens.....while enjoying the view try to ignore that probably 80% of female guests have been under the scalpel of a B-list plastic surgeon.

Location (outside) is great but food was just average. Bread was very good. Crab with caviar as a starter, small portion for EUR 80, taste was mediocre. Linguine with mussles also just mediocre. Was expecting way more! 3 star michelin??

This restaurant was highly recommended by friends, but it was a total disappointment. We thought we might arrive at the wrong restaurant. We tried the eggplants, the tuna, and the summer salad as appetizers. The food wasn't good at all 😳 the vegetable lasagna had a weird flavor. For the main course, we also ordered cod and returned it to the kitchen- it was bad, and the risotto which was only ok. The only thing we enjoyed was the bread that was so good and the coffee tiramisu 😅

Antipasto di vitello tonnato ok, spaghetti alle vongole troppo salati, quasi immangiabili. Maialino croccante troppo dolce, quasi stucchevole, il cameriere ha certamente ecceduto con la salsa che vi ha versato sopra e in generale non ci ha spiegato nulla di quello che vi fosse nel piatto nè come mangiarlo. Ci hanno lasciato il tavolo sporco di molliche di pane per tutta la durata del pasto. Location bella, che certamente campa ormai solo del suo nome. Cucina neanche mediocre, non torneremo più.

Delusione totale. Un ristorante di uno chef stellato in un hotel 5 stelle DEVE almeno offrire un servizio impeccabile. Il tavolino, da 2, si trovava nella sala del bar, un ambiente cosi rumoroso che era quasi impossibile anche solo parlare tra noi. Zero privacy, il tavolo vicino era a meno di 30 cm, durante la cena si sono aggiunte 2 persone che con maleducazione assoluta si sono seduti accanto alla mia ragazza. I camerieri tra la prima e le seconda portata non hanno ripulito il tavolo dalle briciole del pane (non siamo alla trattoria della sora lella ma in un ristorante di lusso), tavolo peraltro senza tovaglia, come fossimo ad un aperitivo e non ad una cena. Il cibo, ma questo puo' essere un gusto, non e' stato assolutamente di nostro gradimento (polpette e cavolfiore gratinato immangiabili) Comunque la delusione e' stato il servizio (e l'ambiente) assolutamente non all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle. Non ci torneremo.

Non vale assolutamente la nomea cibo e ambiente musica insopportabile camerieri che toccano con le mani il tovagliolo .. siamo in un 3 stelle o cosa

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to on my entire life. From food to service to management where would I start from? As soon as we arrived, the waited for the waitress to take our order for more than 25 minutes. Then 20 minutes after order was taken, the waitress came again and asked what was out order because she forgot! After a long wait we received our starters which were inedible at all. We were hoping that the main dishes (which we never received) will make it up. We waited for 1 and half hour and we kept asking the waitress and every time she replies “2 minutes”. The manager, despite all the above being said, didnt bother coming and apologizing. Not to mention when we said we had enough and we ordered the check from the manager personally, he replied with an attitude which showed that he doesn't care about what happened. Our experience with the manager explained a lot about the mess happening at this restaurant which is a shame to be at a well known luxury hotel like bulgari.

On 21/01/2023 Saturday evening me and my friend visited Niko Romito restaurant at Bulgari Hotel Milano where unfortunately a bad customer service experience tainted the whole evening. Everything was fine until the bill came. The server couldn’t get our credit cards go through Apple Pay, and she didn't seem to know why. She had a bad attitude and said that she was happily going to take care of the situation. We had absolutely no problem with our bank accounts since all our payments during the trip in Milan were done by using Apple Pay. Unfortunately for us, we had left our wallets at the hotel because we intended to continue our night and didn't want to carry them around. Afterwards we were asked to go to the reception of the hotel where the problem persisted. After that the manager who had been observing, stepped in. The restaurant was empty and we were literally the only ones left waiting for a solution to be found. She didn't apologise and didn't accept a bank transfer on the spot, which I suggested as a quick solution. Instead she told me that one of the two should stay at the restaurant and the other should take a taxi to the hotel and return with cash. What kind of manager would ask something like that? I immediately refused because something like that would mean I would have to pay for the taxi which would cost for a problem that was clearly theirs. I asked the hotel to make a transfer for me, so I would be happy to go and bring the cash. She didn't accept that either. They left us waiting for almost another hour at the table without giving us any solution to the problem. The situation had really become very uncomfortable and it had already ruined the whole night for us since it was getting very late. The manager appeared at the end with fifty Euros in her hand telling us that she would take a taxi and come with us to our hotel to collect the cash. And so it happened, we left all together, we went to our hotel room with the taxi, I dropped her the cash and she left. The issue had been resolved. It was truly one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences I have ever encountered. Of course, we were not in the mood to continue our night after we waited for 3 hours while they had us trapped in the restaurant waiting for them to find a solution to their problem. It was obvious to me that the restaurant did not accept Apple Pay from the beginning since their machines were quite outdated and we had noticed during the dinner that another table faced the same problem, which the manager did not admit. If you want to consider yourself one of the top end restaurants you should also have professional and experienced people to service your guests respectfully whatever the problem is. The way the problem was dealt was unacceptable. The food was satisfying but my experience won't allow me to visit Romito restaurant ever again.
