Really nice little restaurant. The proprietor explained every dish to us and the food was excellent (perhaps if we'd asked for a doggie bag then we could have managed dessert). Highly recommended.

Went here for dinner and it was really delicious and not busy at all. Although the menu was all in Italian, they explained all of the dishes to us and answered any questions. Three of us had Peposo and absolutely loved it.

We where in need (yes in need) of some good food and found DOT Chianti... Amazing, freash, authentic, are a few of the words to describe the food and location. The owner was amazing!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

The reviews aren't wrong. Very friendly staff. Menu is handwritten I'm Italian but the waiter took the time to walk me through every item. And the food was even better. The carpaccio was perfectly paired with olive oil and fresh pepper. The kabob was not you normal kabob but perfectly seasoned and accompanied with a sauce and soft cream/cheese. Can't wait to return

Dinner at DOT Chianti with 2 friends: Drinks: interesting and very tasty wines! only negative is that water is served in 0.5 L plastic bottles only (high price + bad for the environment) Food: excellent; recommend the carpaccio as starter and the slow cooked boar as main; also the octupus salad was awesome Service: very nice waiter with good recommendations; service is a bit slow though Location: nice location, nothing special but lots of space between tables which is not always the case in italy Price: very reasonable - 90 euros for 3 people, had 2 starters, 3 mains, 2 desserts, 3 glasses of wine Resume: Excellent food and a great value deal! I will come back!

We had an amazing experience there. The service was simply great and the food was delicious. Amongst the great dishes we had, I preferred the beef cheeks. The meat was manirated for quite some time resulting in it melting in your mouth. I would suggest to try to make reservations. There are not many tables but the place is very cozy and charming.

If you wish to have the true Tuscan food experience at a fair price this is your restaurant. Excellent ingredients, excellent dishes, excellent wine (also reasonably priced), warm hospitality from truly Tuscan hosts. I am looking forward to eating here again!!!

Very small and genuine Italian restaurant. Personnel is extremely service minded translating the whole menu for us. Food was good and excellent. The good was the kebab with potato and the excellent was the pasta. Don't know if we were unlucky but the waiting for food was over 1 hour, felt like they missed one person in the staff today. I would really recommend to go here still.
