The first thing first the staff was amazing, friendly, informative and helpful, giving us really good recommendations based on our appotite! They were doing a perfect job ! About the food and atmosphere ;we got really high quality steaks, perfect cut, and the side dish was enough for 2 (size) and really good! The side-bread had a good quality! Also the table was perfectly designed for our need!the place is nicely decorated and have separated rooms which are really clean and cozy! Definitely worth the money and time one pays! We had a perfect experience ! Easy access to the metro stations
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best steak experiences of my life This restaurant is truly exceptional. Beyond their perfectly grilled L-bone (sirloin) made from outstanding Sashi beef, the entire experience was unforgettable. The staff were remarkably knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly patient. They took the time to explain every beef cut in detail, as well as guide us through their wine selection with genuine passion. They made our date night exciting, comfortable, and memorable. Their professionalism and dedication to their craft really stand out. I will never forget the quality of the food and the excellence of their service. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a perfect steak and a truly warm dining experience.
We stumbled across by wandering in the area. They were super friendly for a walk-in couple at 8pm. The waiters were all super friendly, informative and English or Italian was not a problem. Also the chef is keeping an eye on the tables from the kitchen. We were welcomed with a nice welcome bite on the house. We had a starter and main course. All great and service runs very smooth. After which we were offered more dessert bites to close our dinner. Amazing! Will definitely come back.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Find for Our Last Night in Milan What a great discovery! Dry Aged in the Genova area of Milan is rightly featured in the Michelin Guide 2025. The beautifully lit exterior draws you into a stylish, modern interior. We were lucky to be seated near the open kitchen, where we could watch the chefs cut and prepare the steaks — a real treat for any meat lover. We ordered two tasting menus between the three of us: the Discovery for fillet lovers and the 100 Aged for rib-eye enthusiasts. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The rib-eye was even cut, weighed, and shown to us before being perfectly cooked and carved. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. A wonderful dining experience — highly recommended for a special occasion or your final night in Milan.
I came here, alone, on my last night in Milan because I enjoy a tasting menu and I had eaten so much pasta and pizza on my trip here that I needed something a bit different! (The pasta and pizza was all fantastic mind you). First of all - the staff were great. The atmosphere was lovely - I had a seat looking through to the kitchen, which I love. I had the wagyu experience, as I've not had wagyu before (knowingly) and it sounded fun. Price was right. The menu was heavily Japanese inspired. First up, an amuse bouche. a delightful mouthful to kick off the meal. Then was a waygu tartare, with black truffle. The truffle was very delicate (tuson summer truffle apparently) and there was no overpowering 'fake' truffle flavour added. The meat was buttery and delicious, as was the egg yoke sauce. My only comment (and this is probably very subjective) is that it could have been seasoned a little more. Tasty regardless. Next, a wagyu potato croquette. Crispy on the outside, wrapped in a shiso leaf, soft in the middle, and on a sweet soy glaze. This would probably have been just as nice without any meat inside (in fact, the glaze was quite strong - in a good way - and probably overpowered most of the meat flavour). Could have eaten lots anyway. Then a risotto with cubes of wagyu, cooked on one side, raw on the other. The risotto was good. I think i've had better during my time here, but that not to say it was bad at all - i've had some excellent risotto! The meat was delicious. The main course was steak and soy vegetables - julienned vegetables cooked in a soy dressing. The steak was as all the other pieces of meat were. Soft, rich, tasty. Again - I think it could have done with a bit more seasoning, but the soy from the vegetables made up for that. Desert was vanilla ice cream with matcha powder. Can you go wrong with ice cream ever? No. and this wasn't an exception. Also presented was a coffee pana cotta, a chocolate truffle and a pastry i forget the name of. I detest coffee and yet i could have eaten this panna cotta 7 times over. The other items were similarly delicious. I was quite full by this point but _somehow_ managed to fit them in ;) I forgot to mention the bread. Italians have a magical knack for flour based products. I've had very little bread here that hasn't been excellent. Again, no exception. And the bread sticks were wonderfully thin crispy wafers that wouldn't look out of place in a flower arrangement, but were much better in my mouth. The meal was capped off with a digestivo.
They are working for that star and giving a great show of it. The food was delicious and complex. They played it beautifully and showed they were a master with meat, vegetables, and the delicate pastries and desserts offered. The amuse bouche entered and I immediately knew that I was in for a good meal. My colleague mentioned that they have never cared about “good” food, just wanted to get by. After that one bite they acknowledged that this restaurant may convince them that “good food” is worth it. Truly outstanding. Great job chef! The host was kind and fit us in even though we were late for our reservation (protests stopping the tram). The waiter took the standoffish approach to our care. He was attentive, but brash. I think if his approach to service shifted, the meal I had would have been star worthy.
The best beef steak and especially the mashed potatoes, we have no idea why the chief can make the mashed potatoes so tasty. This is a place I love and I have recommended to my friends, and next week if we have chance we will come back to enjoy the meal again. Thank you! And also the service are good and sincere. They even offer us more dessert to try and recommend suitable red wine to me. Everything was pefect.
Have the tasting menu. Have the tasting menu. Have the tasting menu. They put out incredible dishes from beginning to end. Even their bread is wonderful. We did the Wagyu experience, and I still cannot stop thinking about it. Flavors were chosen perfectly. It was almost like a hybrid Asian-Italian food journey. Aside from the food, we received a warm welcome as soon as we stepped through the doors. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable, yet the staff were attentive, making sure everything was to our liking. It’s obvious they regarded our experience with importance. BTW, the portofino gin was perfect! One of the best G&T’s I’ve ever had.
If we could give this a 6 star 🌟 it would be! The food is amazing and the service is impeccable! The attention to details for both the food and service was impressive. We wish we had more stomach space for more of the food! Clean and funky setup interiors as well for the dining experience. Great last meal for us in Milan before we end our vacation!
An amazing and unique restaurant. We felt welcomed immediately. The food was outstanding, delivered in an exciting and wonderful way and tasted every bit as fantastic as it looked! We had the 100% Dry Aged tasting menu and every course was delivered with style and precision. The staff were knowledgeable and engaging. If you love to order meat and want to go where they specialise in offering this, then I would highly recommend Dry Aged! You will absolutely love it!
Great service. Great food. And great atmosphere. Will definitely dine here again! Side dishes were appropriately sized and the treat at the end was a lovely surprise.

My wife and I had an early dinner here on Friday. A warm greeting and we were quickly seated. The amuse bouche was tasty. We were entertained by the ridiculously long breadsticks. We had the "Discovery" menu and I took a wine pairing. The beef carpaccio was underwhelming. It lacked any flavor at all but the tagliatelle was the best dish we had while in Milan. The filet mignon was well-cooked but lacked seasoning which was compensated by the oversalted spinach. The starter and main needed more balance but overall we enjoyed our experience. The service was exceptional.
I booked Dry Aged and was really happy with the decision. Both our steaks were excellent and the chef would bring us out some other items for us to try. Everything tasted great and it was definite…
I honestly was expecting so much more, considering they were recommended by top chefs. The food was mainly… bland. It wasn’t bad, it was just missing. For the appetiser - the tartare was too chunky and was lacking any salt, pepper or oil. 3 pieces of tiny red pickled onion weren’t enough for the whole piece. Croquettes didn’t have any taste until you’ve topped them fully with soy sauce. The tagliatelle with slow cooked ragu was okay, but the milanese style risotto didn’t have anything to it. The best part were the desserts - they were actually tasty. Considering the amount of food you’re getting compared to the price you’re paying - I don’t recommend this place for meals mentioned above. The service staff however was very friendly and educated on their ingredients.
