I know this place still from my student days some 10 years ago and it remained fabulous all this time - for its quality of focaccias and even more, the quality of service - extreme level of dedication, enthusiasm and kindness of Federico and his colleague. I usually don't make any reviews but Federico and his place cannot remain unpraised, they deserve 5+ stars.

A very cute little place that makes delicious focaccia with so many tasty ingredients to choose from! We tried the focaccia with stracchino cheese, which was amazing, and two stuffed focaccias, both well-seasoned and very popular! Federico was very helpful and kind, even recommending pairings :) They've been there for several years and are very popular with the university community and those who frequent the Teatro degli Arcimboldi, which is across the street, as evidenced by the beautiful photos on the walls. We were delighted to discover it recently, being new to the area. They also make custom trays, and we'll definitely be taking advantage of that. We've found a go-to place for excellent products, a wide selection, and fair prices. 🥰 During this difficult time for everyone, this could be a great idea for a quick and tasty snack to go or take advantage of their delivery services. I highly recommend it! 😋

Prices are too much expensive. Focaccias was good but not exceptional. Had really much better and bigger in Antico Vinaio for exactly the same price. Pizza bit difficult to judge as toppings on pizza were good quality but the dough was weird and wet, almost like soaked in water Also the iceTea was 3.50 for a small bottle But the service was very pleasant;)

Total disappointment!! I found this place through Maps. I work in the area, and to try new places, I did some research. I read (FALSE!!) mostly positive reviews, and I convinced myself to go. It's a tiny place with a single window. I order: the last piece of "Ligurian" focaccia left: a piece of cardboard, softer and tastier! It was an extremely old focaccia (today is Monday, October 20th), definitely leftovers from Saturday: dry and tasted like paper. If you're honest, you'd throw it away, not give it to customers, and not leave it for sale because you can't sell it as if it were OK!!!; A piece of olive focaccia: This one, on the other hand, is one of the lowest quality and has a terrible flavor. This one is also unsellable; Lastly, I order the red focaccia: This one is also unpresentable: the dough is stale, and the tomato is sour and unimaginable. Not even a hint of Ligurian focaccia!! Unacceptable! I'll never set foot in there again!

I'll leave it up to you to judge! The fundamental principle of civil judgement is not having the perpetrator do the judging of its offence. Thanks to the development that technology has brought to people, they are now in power to exert the freedom of speech and of expression. Reviews on google map respect these principles. In the last 24 hours before coming at this place, for some reason the only one opened that day, I didn’t have access to food. In addition to this, I respect bread and food religiously. Throwing it or treating it poorly is never a choice for me. For this reason, I never confront people in the food industry because I strongly believe that karma is a wise lady returning the favor in a more refined way. From the distribution of the frequency of this place is clear that loyal customers are not the target group. Im a foreigner in Italy, speaking well many languages simultaneously. I acknowledged the laud courtesy (given 5 stars). However, is exactly in that passive aggressiveness, where the distinction with respect stands, one a civil obligation and the latter earned.
