Grazie ad Instagram li ho ritrovati. Oggi è stato un piacere pranzare in questo ristorante, offre un’interpretazione del sushi davvero unica! Materie prime di ottima qualità, abbinamenti interessanti, e soprattutto un grande plauso ai proprietari che non sono i soliti che si siedono in cassa, ma che prestano cura ai tavoli, regalano sorrisi e propongono i piatti prestando molta attenzione ai gusti dei clienti. Uno di loro è stato anche carinissimo con la mia bambina ed è stato bello all’uscita sentirle dire “Mamma qui torniamo. Mi è piaciuto tutto, hai visto quante cozze mi ha portato? Quel signore era proprio simpatico”. Sarà un piacere non perdervi più di vista!

Non è la prima volta che vado da Giappugliese e ogni volta conferma le aspettative. La qualità è sempre alta e la combinazione tra cucina giapponese e pugliese è originale ma ben equilibrata. Il pesce è fresco, i piatti sono curati nei dettagli e si percepisce attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime. Anche il servizio è sempre gentile e professionale, cosa che fa davvero la differenza. Se continuo a tornarci un motivo c’è. Consigliato.

Ci sono stato ormai diverse volte ed è sempre eccezionale. La formula è molto creativa, un ottimo mix tra piatti pugliesi e giappugliesi, tutto davvero buono. Si può decidere se scegliere dal menù quello che si vuole, o far fare a loro una sorta di "degustazione" di un po' di tutto, eventualmente integrando/ripetendo dei oiatti. Sono sempre stati tutti molto molto cordiali e disponibili, abbiamo passato delle bellissime serate. Sempre una conferma, ci tornerò senz'altro

Mia madre era originaria del Gargano e assaggiare il loro purè di fave e cicoria e i loro troccoli al sugo di braciola mi ha riportato ai sapori della mia infanzia, per cui do una menzione d'onore ai piatti pugliesi. Gradevole anche la rivisitazione di riso patate e cozze, trasformato in un ridotto cremoso e delicato ,anche se mi sarebbe piaciuto mangiare lo sformato tradizionale. Originale e buona anche la parte fusion, ottime le tartare e i carpacci.

Was super surprised at how good this restaurant was. Not only was the mixture of Italian and Japanese very interesting, it was the warm and welcoming staff that made the experience. This is definitely the best sushi place in Milan, and we've eaten in a lot of sushi places!

I recommend for groups and informal meals. You can eat Japanese, Pugliese or a fusion of both. I advice you asking if you want some rest between dishes since they generally overlap at the table, as in most "All you can eat" style restaurants. Cozy atmosphere, often crowded but nevertheless a wonderful experience for the taste of the food. The view on the open kitchen is a plus and I really enjoyed it.

The concept is original, If you don’t like sushi you can eat fine Italian food. The place is clean and the seafood is absolutely fresh. I find the price coherent with the offer. I enjoyed my lunch here. The only thing I don’t really appreciate is the atmosphere which is too informal but all in all the food is amazing. Perfect for groups!

Tutto lo staff è stato gentile dall’accoglienza sino alla fine della cena. Il posto è situato poco distante dai maggiori mezzi di trasporto e tram e quindi facile da raggiungere. L’ambiente è carino, con una cucina a vista magnifica. Il cibo buono e particolare, io personalmente ho mangiato cose che in un sushi non avevo mai provato! Anche i primi piatti sembravano buoni, anche se non ho avuto modo di provarli. Consiglio solo di avere un menú dove si possa ordinare direttamente da lì, velocizzando tutto il processo della cucina.

Such a pity to give only 2 stars for the food. As a Sushi lover, I'm confused to see the sushi with normal rice(not sushi rice, it's over cooked and they all sticked together), and even more confused about the fact that it's still warm! The Cozze and polipo are not fresh. The service is slow cuz there's only one staff taking order, he is very kind and fast enough but the restaurant is too big for only one staff. The music is part of the environment, I'd say that the music is not adapt to this kind of food and atmosfere.

Food was surprisingly and exceptionally good. I have enjoyed the freshness of the food, taste and variety. Fusion between Pugliese and Japanese cuisines was unexpectedly mouth watering. However the service left a lot to be desired, and I am not talking about the lovely waitresses who were very professional. Im talking about the portly caricature of a mafia boss who spends the whole evening shovelling whole lobster in the face of the unsuspecting clients. In fact I would single out the male waiters as the most unprofessional of the waiting staff. Definitely worth a visit for the food alone.

Particular sushi place, with a mix of Italian and Japanese tradition. The all you can eat dinner costs around 30€, kind of expensive but you can take whatever you want. The food is delicious, the waiters are super gentle and nice, and they also provide a free starter at the beginning :) definitely to try if you want something very particular and tasty!

Bel ristorante e pulito Servizio cortese e rapido. Il cibo invece non mi ha convinto. Sapori poco marcati e poco gustosi. Meglio o solo giapponese o solo pugliese.

Il locale è carino con cucina a vista, chi serve un po' troppo invadente la decisione su cosa mangiare come antipasto la devono prendere i commensali. Il cibo è buono, pesce fresco, sushi molto buono fatto bene non scelta infinita ma buono. Sui secondi pugliesi invece siamo rimasti delusi per la qualità e su come erano cucinati. Prezzo giusto per l'ottima qualità del pesce. 35 euro totali. Occhio al conto potreste trovare cose aggiunte in più controllate prima di pagare.

Dopo tanti mesi di attesa siamo riusciti a provare questo ristorante. Devo dire che avevo grandi aspettative visto che non c'è niente del genere in giro a milano. Lo staff è veramente gentile e ci hanno anche consigliato un vino buonissimo. I piatti pugliesi non li conosco bene però a parere mio erano buoni. Per quanto riguarda il sushi, purtroppo, le aspettative non sono state raggiunte; però è da apprezzare l'originalità e la fusione delle due cucine. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non regge ma allo stesso tempo capisco anche il prezzo alto per la presenza dei primi e secondi piatti. L'ambiente (come design) non è curatissimo e non sembra molto un ristorante giapponese ma come dicevo prima c'è di mezzo anche la cucina italiana. Però è comunque un ristorante che consiglierei!

Sono stata in questo ristorante svariate volte, e ci sono tornata questo sabato a pranzo, eravamo in 2. Tutto sommato il pranzo è andato bene, ma ci sono delle cose che riguarderei. Partiamo dalle note dolenti : 1) Se state andando per lo sconto The Fork sappiate che non vale per AYCE , ma solo per menù alla carta (è segnalato su the fork ma puó sfuggire). 2) il sito recita (per il menù pranzo) “AYCE LIGHT da €19 dal mercoledì al venerdì Il sabato invece al costo di €25” ma a noi hanno fatto pagare comunque 35 (32+3 di coperto, prezzo del menu della cena), non so se l’errore è stato fatto dal servizio o il sito web non è aggiornato, comunque non è stato corretto. 3) servizio: il personale è cortese, il problema secondo me è la modalità delle ordinazioni. Apprezzo la volontà di mantenere un servizio alla “vecchia maniera” dove si ordina al cameriere, ma per un ayce in centro a Milano il sabato non è a mio parere funzionale e ne risente il servizio. Sarebbe comodo utilizzare il tablet o il qr code sul cellulare per velocizzare le ordinazioni, soprattutto perche si tratta di porzione numerose e piccole. Il cibo: Tutta La parte che comprende il “Cibo pugliese” è stata ottima, consiglio i fiori di zucca fritti e le bombette, eccezionali davvero. Tartare e sashimi ottimi, sia nella preparazione sia nella qualità stessa sul salmone. Non abbiamo apprezzato però la parte “giapponese”: uramaki “special” non troppo azzeccati, abbinamenti simpatici ma non efficaci, pezzi di sushi buoni ma non all altezza del prezzo. Esperienza originale ma rivedrei alcune cose.

My daughter and I went out for dinner and ended up not enjoying it. We had sushi, but there wasn't much variety on the menu and it was expensive. They charge €6 just for the use of cutlery, which I don't understand, and they told me that to pay by card I had to get up and go to the bar.

A disappointing experience. Based on the reviews we expected the food to be much tastier than it was. I think if you want to eat a lot, it’s value for money but if you prefer taste over volume you’d better reconsider. We ended up paying more than 120 euro for 3 persons which is more than when we order sushi at a normal restaurant. Not only the bill but even the beer was supersized. So it’s not by definition a bad choice , just wasn’t for us. I must say that the service is most friendly and quick.

We went there for a dinner on Saturday. We didn’t like the vibe and overall experience. One of the main reason is because they have 2 turns for dinner one at 19:45 and the other almost 21:30 and we were in the first slot, so it was not enjoyable dinner that we could talk, eat, and enjoy. You should just finish fast and go cuz another group is arriving! Also the service was not so good, I asked water at the moment I arrived and after 15 min finally they brought it. The idea of mixing Japanese cuisine with Puglia’s one is nice so the menu was interesting but the quality of dishes were very normal. We paid almost 40€ each for all you can eat and drinks which are not included. Tbh I won’t go back there and not suggest it to my friends, unless you are just curious.

The palce is what it is. An all-you-can-eat. Therefore do not expect any fine dining experience or any attention from the waiters. Upfront I have to say that the concept (mixing sushi with cuisine from Apulia) is interesting and the food is good. However I have a problem with all the rest. You sit down and the first thing that happens is that the waiter comes and tell us they they usually start with a round of random appetizers and that they also have some "special fish platter" that is "not on the menu". The "not on the menu" part means that you would have to pay extra to get it. But that wasn't clear at all, they were clearly trying to scam us. Then the food started arriving. And kept on coming without any possibility to choose or ask for something. We weren't allowed to order anything for an hour and then just at the end someone stoppet to take the orders. So basically we didn't choose anything. We ate a lot, but at the end of the night we spent 45€ and we ate what they wanted us to. Which, to me, seems unreasonable and not worth the experience we had.

"Terribile" 1/6 Appena arrivati sono stati gentili. Ci hanno proposto degli antipasti ed erano anche buoni. Dopo aver ordinato qualcosa, hanno deciso di non calcolarci più, forse sperando che con il passare del tempo ci sentivamo sazi. Ordinavamo e portavano sempre piatti in meno. Eravamo in 4 compreso un bambino di 7anni. Al pagamento il proprietario ha detto che al bambino aveva fatto il menù bambino, ma così non è stato ed è stato 45 euro anche per il suo menù. 4 menù all you can eat, 1bottiglia di vino normalissima, 1 coca cola e 3 caffè 45 euro a testa. Mai più!
