We arrived from the station really late and needed a quick lunch so thought fast food would do it but this could not have been slower. There were about 40 people in line and one person serving. We did use the machine ordering but I think there were also very limited people in the kitchen too. Tasty enough but didn’t meet the convenience brief

Disappointing KFC experience, to say the least Looked fine from outside, a nice two-level property but the interior layout is a mess especially upstairs Lower-level seating feels random Upper-level seating is overstuffed and cramped, even considering busy day. Had me feeling claustrophobic when I was just trying to enjoy my chicken Food was fine, though North American tourists used to delicious KFC fries, beware, these fries ain’t good. Chicken was on the drier side, so mileage may vary depending on preference Washroom was clean, which can’t be easy given the amount of people traffic in this area. But only one hand soap dispenser and not in the middle of the two sinks, so have to reach across a sink to get soap if on wrong side. Not a good time Weirdly, no station for drink lids and straws? One big plus: free refills!

My friend and I went to KFC for dinner on 2026.01.01 at 8:00 PM, my bag was stolen. At that time, we asked for help from KFC Staff special KFC Manger, but they did not help us in any way. However, they should ensure the safety of their customers, but this restaurant did not do so. Therefore, I kindly request you all not to go to this restaurant, because there is no safety for customers. (Since my passport, TRC and all my cards are in the bag, I asked the managers to help me, but they did not care about it, I think they must be helping the robbery)

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I paid almost €10, and when I politely asked if the food was halal, the cashier told me it was not. Then she called another staff member, who shouted at me, insisting it was not halal and refusing to refund my money. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, the overall condition of the store was very poor, which made the experience even worse. I am extremely disappointed and expect this matter to be addressed.

Very disappointing experience. The staff didn’t speak any English and, instead of trying to help, they were rude and unprofessional. Customer service was terrible, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Definitely not recommended.

Filthy, bad attitude staff. Told to buy before being able to go to toilet. I have auto immune so I have to wash hands before food. Broken lift, as disabled person told to go upstairs to toilet as they didn’t want to bother unlocking disabled toilet. When they did the toilet seat was a danger and falling off. The dryer had exposed wires.

I realized that there were plenty of insects inside of the restaurant. Tables are dirty, toilets are dirty and I can not imagine how they are cooking what we are eating all!!

DON''T GO IN HERE , One of the worst KFC food I have ever eaten. We were starving and ordered 3 burger meals along with a bucket of Chicken original recipe. First of all, the staff on the casa was trying to trick that card is not working and I should pay cash. Tourist trap again. The fountain pepsi on the top floor was tasting just like sugar syrup, no fizz as they must be low on gas in that machine. The place looked quite dirty and a sticky floor. Now comes the food , The fried chicken original recipe was just bad , full of oil and soggy outer layer. We were so disappointed with the food. There are other outlets of KFC and Mc Donald's try them out they might be better.

This KFC store is one of the worse i have been. It is very dirty and the personel never smiles or says a nice word. The food is mediocre and some pieces are dry. Almost everything inside is dirty, old, shabby, and some times destroyed like the sofa at the picture, but still left like that for the clients to use. I also saw cracks on the windows. The worse thing is when i went upstairs at the first floor to sit and eat and couldn't even breath due to the very intensive and strong smell of piss coming from the toilets and was spread out to the whole 1st floor. If you can avoid this place.
