Had breakfast at Nico Quick Bite. Nothing special, good place to sit and have a conversation. Found it a bit pricey, £4.50 for a black tea was just unnecessary. Service was a mixed bag, one of the waitresses was kind and helpful while the other was so so. And the staff taking their smoking break right at the door of the restaurant and even attending to customers with their cigarette in between their fingers was really unpleasant to me.

Maybe we got lucky. I read several reviews mentioning poor service here, but in our experience that wasn’t the case, on the contrary, they were all nice. We went a few times, as it was close to our hotel; sometimes we had breakfast, once we had dinner. The food is good and it is very fairly priced considering you are close to Central Station in one of the most famous European cities. Service was always good, and they very funny too, we were often joking about me being an Inter fan and some of them being Milan fans. The night of Inter-Sampdoria we stopped for a pasta dish but then we had to ride the subway to San Siro and they were so helpful rushing our order so we could get to the stadium on time. Location is perfect if you stay near the central station. Honestly it was a good experience every time we went and we will go back on our next visit.

With our hotel on the same street, this place became right away our spot for our breakfast. They have a large outdoor seating area and a small bar inside; they also have a few tables on the second floor. Their selection of panini and sweets is not huge, however, everything was always very good. One day we decided to try them for dinner (where they offer instead a wide selection of food) and ordered pasta (I had the pasta with vodka sauce): we really enjoyed our dishes. The service was a little bit slow but the staff was always very friendly. Since the restaurant is located by the Main Station, full of travelers, we thought that their prices would be the typical high “tourist prices”, but instead they were very decent considering the location.

It is nearby the Milan Central station, almost 5 minutes by walk. The menu caters the needs of everyone with enough options for starters, pasta and main course. The spinach ricotta lasagna was the best one. Tiramisu was average,they can work upon it. Affordable place with nice ambiance with heating system for comfortable dining in winters. Staff was friendly and English speaking.

This is a good place to stop by for either a quick bite or to sit down and enjoy a nice lunch or dinner. They have quick bite as the name suggest but they also have the Rosh typical Italian menu for dinner sit down/ five in service. Their prices are reasonable and they have indoor and outdoor seating as well as covered/ enclosed outdoor seating. Really my only complaint is that the staff took their break and decided to go smoke right by the outdoor seating. That really ruined the experience. They could have at least gone a little further as to not be smoking right next to the tables. They also have very good pastries that are very reasonably priced as well. It is located across from the Central train station so it is easy to find and easy to get to.

Da un locale con questo nome ti aspetteresti di fare un pranzo veloce, purtroppo non è stato così per me: 20 minuti per avere un'insalata sono decisamente troppi per un locale in zona stazione. Del resto ho avuto l'impressione che si fossero persi il mio ordine, magari sono stato solo sfortunato. Per il resto è ok

Abbiamo fatto colazione in tre con due cappuccini discreti, un succo, un’acqua e tre croissant, secondo noi non particolarmente freschi: 26,50€ di conto. Decisamente spropositato per la qualità e il servizio. Per di più ci hanno chiesto due volte di andare a pagare subito come se avessero paura che scappassimo senza pagare. Non consigliato

As this cafe was next to my hotel, it was a daily visit for almost 1 week for my morning coffee. Service is fast and friendly. They serve a variety of pastry and breakfast. I only had cappuccino and chocolate croissant and they are of normal quality. However, this cafe is more spacious than other nearby cafes.

Called in here for a quick meal after a long day in Switzerland. Good service but the food was nothing special. It was just a convenient location near the station.

The breakfast is very good, sandwiches the best. Have tried - benedict - dont tied.. about nothink. For dinner - nevee again. pizza was disgusting, and pasta - its not pasta:( Only for breakfast.

Mentre stavo bevendo il mio caffè, il cameriere continuava a passare il mocio vicino ai miei piedi ( preferivo pulisse all'orario di chiusura). Inoltre nonostante c'era poco gente metteva fretta, continuava a ritirare le cose dal mio tavolo.

Suggerisco vivamente di sostituire i menù arancioni plastificati perché sono illeggibili (sconsiglierei quel corsivo troppo elegante che non concilia la lettura) e per di più anche rovinati (contribuiscono a dare l'impressione di frettolosità, anche se si tratta solo di un dato estetico). Servizio rapido e personale cordiale, ma per il pagamento i turisti che avevo vicino hanno potuto pagare comodamente seduti al tavolo, mentre io sono dovuta andare fino in cassa... Chiaramente per utenti disabili salire le scale a chiocciola per andare nell'unico bagno presente non deve essere entusiasmante, quindi invito i gestori a rivedere l'accessibilità del loro locale, essendo per ora del tutto mancante, a meno che il malcapitato in questione non scelga di consumare fuori dal locale (in tal caso, non sarebbe giusto né molto positivo per l'immagine generale del posto). Cibo discreto, tuttavia leggermente costoso: forse i prezzi sopra la media si spiegano con l'esigenza di mantenere la climatizzazione, non solo interna ma anche esterna. Nel complesso, il locale può scegliere di accontentarsi della mediocrità oppure di affinare i punti di debolezza e diventare una tappa centrale in zona Centrale!

Troppo costoso (anche per Milano) per la qualità e quantità offerta. 16 euro per 2 cappuccini, 1 brioche e 1 spremuta d'arancia al tavolo. I prezzi sono esposti, ma in maniera quasi invisibile sopra la cassa. Sconsiglio.

Ok we didn’t expect it to be this expensive. The menu says €2.5 for cappuccino and also for a croissant. But when the bill came, we were shocked to pay €7 per person for this. I mean I understand that we seat inside and etc. that’s why we are okay to pay €5 for a breakfast but now €2 extra… of course we can pay but when it came unexpectedly it’s not good. The coffee is ok, the croissant is good. But come one at least tell us on the menu or something. Not impressed

It's a cheap place next to the Just Hotel and I'd glanced at their menu a few times so thought I'd give them a try. They have several tables out front, but these tend to be populated with smokers so I ate inside where it was quite empty. I had a tomato pasta dish, which turned out to be penne with bacon but there wasn't a great deal of sauce (and even less bacon) and I expected a bit more to the sauce - onions, peppers, etc. The "mixed salad" amounted to a cut tomato mixed atop a pile of lettuce leaves - no olives, cucumber, peppers etc... it wasn't much of a salad. For what I had, it was a cheap eat. Not a particularly inspiring or relaxing place, and it didn't really feel as though they particularly cared about the diner, so will return if I'm at a loose end and want a cheap bite, but it's nothing great.

Senza parole si pensano di essere un bar da stella Michelin, 5 stelle o in una ubicazione speciale, pessimo cappuccino, Café che non so se chiamarlo tale, vista garage, un cannolo mignon con pistacchio colere chimica pura!!! anche il coraggio di far pagare ciò, prezzi stellari, a voi il giudizio sconsigliatissimo..... Se avete mai desiderato un'esperienza che vi faccia rimpiangere di avere papille gustative, questo bar-ristorante è la scelta perfetta. Entrare è come fare un tuffo in un incubo culinario dal quale non vedrete l'ora di fuggire. Appena varcata la soglia, sono stato accolto da un odore che oscillava tra il pesce andato a male e la muffa dimenticata. I tavoli, presumibilmente "puliti", presentavano macchie appiccicose di dubbia provenienza e briciole risalenti all'era geologica precedente. Ho avuto l'impressione che l'ultimo addetto alle pulizie avesse abbandonato la nave anni fa. Il menù sembrava un elenco di piatti concepiti per offendere il palato. Ho osato ordinare un' "insalata di mare", che si è rivelata essere un ammasso informe di creature marine pallide e dall'aspetto sofferente, immerse in un liquido lattiginoso dal sapore indefinito. L'unico elemento riconoscibile era un gamberetto solitario che mi fissava con aria di rimprovero. I camerieri sembravano reclutati direttamente da un casting di "Zombie: The Next Generation". Sguardi spenti, movimenti lenti e una totale incapacità di simulare un interesse anche minimo nei confronti dei clienti. Ogni richiesta era accolta con sbuffi e occhi alzati al cielo, come se il mio desiderio di ordinare fosse un'offesa personale. Se pensate che il resto del locale sia un problema, aspettate di vedere il bagno. Un antro di disperazione dove l'odore di ammoniaca compete con quello di chiuso e umidità. La carta igienica sembrava essere stata usata come tela per un'opera d'arte astratta di dubbia interpretazione, e il lavandino... beh, diciamo solo che ho preferito non toccarlo. In conclusione, questo bar-ristorante è un'esperienza da evitare a tutti i costi. A meno che non siate appassionati di sfide estreme per il vostro sistema digestivo e non abbiate un debole per l'igiene precaria, vi consiglio vivamente di cercare un altro posto dove placare la vostra fame. La vostra salute (mentale e fisica) vi ringrazierà.

Prima di pagare attenzione allo scontrino. La signora (anche se siete da soli) non ha problemi a battere 2 caffe invece che uno con la brioche. Tanto chi se ne accorge? (con i prezzi di Milan)

We came here last year and the food was tastety and impressive so we came here again this year. But for this time.. 1. We order spaghetti seafood but I think it’s burnt and we can even smell the burnt from the kitchen. Can’t believe they still served us that. And seems like all the seafood ingredients are from instant i.e not the fresh one which is the worst seafood spaghetti we ever had. 2. A single portion of cake (which we didnt order) was added to the bill. We just notice when we were out of the restaurant and back to the hotel. Not sure if they did that becuz we are foreigners or it is what they normally do. Anyway they must not do that in any cases.

i’m trying to be objectives. look at the pictures below. Please avoid carbonara ! the worst carbonara i had in my life and italy trip. The egg forms crumbs , cheese is not evenly spread, the bacon tastes like a cheap bacon, noodles is hard. Completely wasted my money, i couldn’t finish it at all. For restaurant owner , please improve your carbonara. Otherwise, pizza is also below average.

A dinning place with a good appearance outlook but doesn’t tally with their quality of food and services provided. Their Pizza was supermarket type pizza that they just microwave and serve. I had my pizza that was not hot and fresh at all. Spaghetti served were disappointing that were unevenly cooked with a flat taste…I definitely can cook better.. We were served by a male waiter with a serious attitude issue and were not patient with out request for additional plate.

This cafe was few steps away from our stay that’s why we decided to try it. Turned out didn’t worth the whole experience. The moment we entered, no body welcomed us and when I started to ask some questions about some specific orders and the way of ordering the guy in front was answering with very rude way like he didn’t want to talk!!! After ordering, the food was plain and wasn’t tasty at all. One star only for the good cappuccino. There are better choices in the area.

Asked the steaks to be medium, have a look at the photos and judge yourselves if they are medium… The salads on the plates were also pretty sad. The old-style steak tasted like cardboard. Literally. Not kidding. We had already waited a good 45 minutes for the food so sending it back wasn’t really an option. The coffee was good though. Come for the coffee, not the food.
