Semplicemente pazzesco. Un luogo che riesce a rispettare in modo impeccabile la tradizione milanese, elevandola con innovazione, raffinatezza e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Il locale è elegante, pulitissimo e curato in ogni minimo particolare: perfetto sia per una cena romantica sia per una serata tra amici, ma anche per cene aziendali di livello. Enzo e tutto il suo staff sono straordinari: accoglienti, presenti, attenti senza mai essere invadenti. Ti fanno sentire davvero coccolato, seguito con professionalità e passione dall’inizio alla fine dell’esperienza. Il cibo è di una qualità eccezzionale. Consigliatissimo!

This was easily one of the best meals I've had since going to Italy. Not only was every member of staff so nice, helpful and attentive but the food was also incredible. They use amazing and fresh ingredients to cook incredible meals for an incredible price! They used saffron and bone marrow to perfectly compliment their dishes which was a very nice surprise. The homemade gnocchi was a standout and I highly highly recommend. Also a special mention that they fit us in (2 people) on a very busy night for them. If you don't have a reservation, go early and hopefully they can accommodate however I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure your spot. Do not miss out! This is a MUST eat at when you are in Milan!

So my wife and I found this on our way back to our hotel. We made a reservation for the next night at 7. OMG was this a great find. Service was impeccable and the food was beyond awesome. We had the risotto and the tagliatelle bolognese. Both were heavenly. One of the servers gave us a watermelon digestive which also was fantastic and truly appreciated. Great restaurant, a must try when in Milan.

A great place where mostly locals go. The food is simply delicious and service is excellent. They offer a glass of sparkling wine as a complimentary welcome drink followed by amuse bouche. The saffron risotto is spot on and the veal cutlet was perfect. It seems that steak tartare is very popular with the locals. To finish off they offered a complimentary liquors, with meloncello as one of my favorites. Great wine selection with reasonably priced wines. The place is a true gem.

A good find, sort of near the Centrale. A rustic feel inside, they make a lot of traditional Milanese foods. Only drawback is we were leaving the next day and couldn't try their other dishes. The highlight is the ossobuco risotto. The sauce is nice and thick, the meat tender, and the marrow (chef's kiss lol). Interestingly, we were going to order more food, but the waiter told us to hold off because the portions were large. Also, this place loves their booze, so they start you off with a free glass of Prosecco and finish with a trio of limoncello and meloncello and one other.

Beautiful venue. Service was good, we got complimentary prosecco on arrival. We went on a Monday evening at 9.30pm and it wasn't busy at all. Ordered the saffron risotto with veal (ossobuco? Trying to remember without checking) and mum had steak and enjoyed it. Had the smoked duck as a starter and that was the star for me, followed by the ossobuco. Loved the food and will go again. I wonder what the vibe is when it is busy,

Best meal I had in Italy. Food was great, wine was great, service was great, atmosphere was great. I had the risotto milanese with cheese from the wheel, the ossobucco, and the pannacota (best one Ive ever had). I will go back just to try some of the other dishes.

This was the only restaurant in our month in Europe that we ate at multiple times. It was absolutely amazing. The Risotto Milanase was perfect, the staff was tremendous (Shout out to Alejandro) and the atmosphere was perfect. My wife has not stopped talking about the Duck appetizer either. This place is on point.

Osteria Cornalia è un indirizzo valido per chi cerca cucina milanese di buona qualità in un contesto curato. Ho apprezzato molto i mondeghili, davvero ben fatti, e soprattutto il risotto mantecato nella forma di formaggio. Un po’ sotto le aspettative invece la cotoletta, che mi è sembrata un po’ piatta di gusto. Il locale è tradizionale ma con un tocco elegante, piacevole per una cena tranquilla. Servizio rapido e cordiale, cosa sempre gradita, soprattutto a Milano. Il conto è piuttosto alto per il tipo di cucina proposta, ma siamo comunque in linea con gli standard della città.

La cosa che subito si nota entrando nel locale, è la sensazione di calore. Ti senti immediatamente a casa, non per altro c’è un tipo di arredamento che ricorda un appartamento. I tappeti a volte presenti sotto i tavoli, mobili e candelabri, insieme alla bella accoglienza del personale sono tutti punti a favore. Ma parliamo del cibo: c’è una vastissima proposta di piatti e tutti interessanti (soprattutto tipici milanesi). Ho scelto tagliatelle con ragù bianco di coniglio e mi è piaciuto. Meraviglioso l’ antipasto con gnocco fritto e salumi, sia per la varietà di questi sia per l’abbondanza. Sconsiglio il tagliere grande anche se siete in 4-5. Perché vi potrebbe saziare molto prima delle altre portate. Il fritto inoltre buonissimo e non stucchevole. Concludo parlando dei prezzi, finalmente giusti e non troppo alti, ormai caratteristica di Milano. Tornerò 🔥

Un’osteria posizionata appena alle spalle di piazza Gae Aulenti in Milano, ambiente discreto e arredato con molto gusto, il ragazzo che ci ha servito al tavolo si è rivelato molto cordiale e professionale nell’’illustrarci i piatti del giorno fuori dalla carta . Lo chef ci ha ha accolti con un arancino di riso alla zafferano , a mio avviso un po’ asciuttino, posizionato su un letto di fieno, una cosa carina ma credo inutile , sono della convinzione che tutto quello posizionato nel piatto debba essere gustato .Come antipasto abbiamo preso dei taglieri di salumi, molto buoni e di ottima qualità accompagnati da una buona porzione di gnocco fritto. Passiamo al primo, la scelta è caduta su un risotto mantecato in una forma di grana, buonissimo non pesante , leggero e molto saporito, vederlo materialmente messo in opera è stata una bellissima esperienza che consiglio a tutti di provare almeno una volta nella propria vita. Siamo stati a pranzo il 5 gennaio 2026 dc, quattro adulti e un bambino: era affollato, e la musica diffusa era a volume troppo alto. A parte questo, l'esperienza è stata più che positiva: vari tipi di risotti, spettacolare il risotto alla milanese con pistilli (che in realtà non aggiungono nulla al sapore dello zafferano già presente) e mantecato in una forma di grana padano. Anche il risotto di Lombardia e Piemonte, con salsiccia cruda, era buonissimo. Le porzioni non erano né abbondanti né scarse. Ottimi l’asino con polenta, la costoletta orecchie d’elefante e la costoletta impanata e fritta nel burro. Il vino era ottimo, un Bonarda Oltrepo Pavese da 29 euro, gusto morbido e dolce al punto giusto. In conclusione: prezzi un po’ alti (un primo oltre i 20 euro per me è caro) ma consiglio assolutamente questo locale. Forse “osteria” lo era una volta, ora è un ristorante elegante dove si mangia e si beve bene.

È stata un'ottima pausa pranzo. Il servizio è cordiale e veloce. I prezzi sono contenuti e le porzioni generose. Il mio filetto di black Angus era cotto alla perfezione.

Vegetarian perspective Stopped in for lunch without a reservation. Didn't realize the place would fill up, seems like a popular place for business lunches. They said we could have a table, but a reservation was coming in in one hour. That was plenty so we took it. The lunch menu is definitely cheaper, but also smaller and only had like one vegetarian option. I got that and was impressed with the portion size. Everything came out very quickly. We were in and out in less than 45min which surprised us, but nice enough stop during the day.

It is a good place to taste Lombardy's food and atmosphere and find uncommon meat. The cotoletta was too dry and without salt which they didn't provide at the table, the risotto was too cheesy. Pasta with tomatoes and duck carpaccio were excellent. Price is a little high and so was the temperature of the place.

Devo purtroppo dissociarmi dalle recensioni super entusiastiche che, lette, mi hanno portato “di corsa” in questo locale. Se per osteria intendiamo ancora un luogo semplice, focalizzato sull'ospitalità e sul vino, beh, la denominazione (ma come ormai di tanti locali in Italia) è intanto decisamente fuorviante, in quanto trattasi di un ristorante classico con ambiente di una certa eleganza. Da “osteria” vorrebbe però essere l’atmosfera che il personale, giovane, gentile, cerca di imprimere, ovvero informale. Si resta però a metà del guado, tra il “lei e il tu” senza spiccare in professionalità. Ci sono errori gestionali, come servire al tavolo a fianco un amouse-bouche di benvenuto…che nessuno proporrà a te. O al termine della cena chiedere “se si può offrire un amaro o un caffè”…per poi trovarlo sul conto. Al calice, solo due (!) proposte di vino. Detto questo, le proposte culinarie sono numerose e valide, i piatti sono buoni e il rapporto qualità prezzo dei piatti è in linea.

Il posto è carino e il servizio piacevole. Non conosco i prezzi medi di Milano ma in questo ristorante ho mangiato in modo mediocre ad un prezzo alto. Es. Cotoletta alla milanese con l'osso con qualche patata 29€. Completamente totalmente insipida, e con una panatura strana e non so cosa abbiano usato per la frittura ma a me non sembrava burro. Sono abbastanza sicura fosse olio vegetale. Però ti portano entree e, almeno a pranzo, non paghi il coperto. Non ci ritornerei ma lo staff è stato cordiale e professionale.

The experience left mixed feelings. The ossobuco was genuinely excellent—perfectly cooked and full of depth. The fiori di zucca, however, lost almost all their character. The batter was so thick that clear marks from the fryer were still visible. Despite a good filling, the dominant flavour was simply fried flour (see photo). The risotto alla milanese carried the expected saffron notes, but it clearly arrived after sitting for too long. The top layer had turned dense and clumpy, as shown in the photo. The red wine, theoretically a good choice, was served well above its optimal temperature. I mentioned it was too warm, but the replacement bottle was equally overheated. Meanwhile, the dining room was filled with tourists filming the theatrical moment when certain dishes were finished inside huge wheels of cheese—a tourists’ paradise.

We spent the New Year evening here. We had the Capodanno menu. The food lacked seasoning and it looked like it was precooked. The choice for the menu was also not very inspired, for example for secondi we had half plate of gnocchi and half of risotto. The two were too heavy together. I think the place is a tourist trap. I give points for the service as the people serving were nice.

Di osteria solo il nome. Per trenta euro ho preso due pezzi di formaggio di dubbia qualità e tre pezzi di patate in croce. Le porzioni in generale da rivedere specie sulle verdure che non costano niente. Servizio vergognoso con continui errori, sia nel portare le pietanze che nel conto. Mai più metterò piede in questo posto.

The service was ok. The offered me a complementary Prosecco. It took a very long time to get my food, even though it was very empty when I ordered. It got busy in the end and took me 20mins to get my leftovers and pay. The risotto was extremely over powering and had an after taste of old tap water. The Cotoletta Vitello was vey bland but the potatoes were ok. And they had a very good wine list.
