Locale molto curato, pulito e accogliente. Il personale molto attento e gentile. Cibo di ottima qualità.

Sono stata alla Trattoria Ponte Rosso sul Naviglio e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Il locale ha un’atmosfera accogliente e autentica, perfetta per chi cerca una cena tranquilla sulla riva del naviglio. Il cibo è buono, ben cucinato e con porzioni generose: si sente che dietro ai piatti c’è cura e passione. Anche il personale è stato molto gentile e a modo, sempre disponibile senza mai risultare invadente. Una bella scoperta, ci tornerò volentieri.

Il Ponte Rosso è un piccolo localino che si affaccia sul Naviglio dove il personale ti fa sentire coccolato appena ti siedi al tavolo. Con mia moglie abbiamo assaggiato un piatto di mondeghili (polpette di carne) come antipasto, risotto alla milanese e tortelloni ripieni di ossobuco di vitello come primi. Tutto veramente buono. Il dessert finale fatto in casa ha confermato il giudizio sulla cucina del locale. Cannolo siciliano scomposto e tiramisù della casa davvero buoni. Anche i vini della casa merlot e pinot grigio sono stati assai apprezzati. E con prezzi molto onesti. Simpatico e di comoagnia il gestore del locale. Da ritornarci.

We took advantage of the offer during lunch while walking along the Naviglio canal. From what we saw on the menu, the restaurant specialises in pasta and lunch dishes. Very good homemade tagliatelle with ragu alla Bolognese, as well as spaghetti alla carbonara. All our dishes were very well seasoned. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a quiet lunch. Moderate prices. Friendly and efficient service. The restaurant is not very large. It also offers very good local beer, unfortunately I don't remember the brand name :D

We enjoyed a long lunch of zucchini flowers, paccheri alla norma, cotoletta di vitello, followed by cassatina gelata. All dishes were excellent and we would gladly return to try other menu items. The wine list offers a good range and we took a bottle of the 2024 Vesevo falanghina.

We had a great time at Ponte Rosso. Food and service were great and it’s right on the canal. The beer was cold, the fruit was refreshing, and the pasta was great. We also had ham and caprese salad, which were also great. It was a very hot day but they have fans to keep you cool in the outdoor sitting area. Would definitely recommend!

This place is so great! Got the summer salad, the bolognese, the prawn risotto and the tiramisu. The Hugo cocktail is excellent and very fresh. The food was fantastic, the pasta was homemade and the food came out SO FAST. they kept the water coming and the service was outstanding. Get a table by the fan in the summer! They kindly kept serving after 3 pm!

1 Agosto pranzo in esterno Dalle 12:00 questa riva è in ombra e c’è una piacevole brezza il che rende molto rilassante sedersi nei tavoli esterni. Porzioni abbondanti e cibo gradevole, prezzi molto turistici ma adatto anche per un pranzo di lavoro. Personale un po’ inesperto: ero sempre io che dovevo chiamarli e non seguivano l’andamento dei tavoli, comunque cortesi.

Risotto alla milanese e cotoletta ottimi, certo i prezzi sono parecchio lievitati. Il servizio veloce e personale gentile.

Abbiamo pranzato qui qualche giorno fa. Devo dire buono, abbiamo scelto dei piatti tipici e non hanno deluso. Consiglio l'ossobuco con il risotto allo zafferano, piatto unico e non si sbaglia! Il posto è piccolo, ma intimo, consiglio di prenotare.

Lovely outdoor location right on the Navigli canal. We were browsing for a lunch spot and stopped here. I had the sea bass pasta, white wine, bubbly water and an espresso, my husband had the tagliatelle ragu, coke and a tiramisu. Joe doesn’t like lemon in his soda, but he knew it was a losing battle in Italy, but I asked for no lemon and the manager agreed that there would be no lemon and there wasn’t! It’s the little things like that and the English menu and the nice service. It was crowded and we were served quickly compared to other places on this trip. And we weren’t rushed to leave. The price was appropriate for a tourist venue. We enjoyed ourselves!

Visitando i Navigli ci fermiamo in questo locale , entriamo siamo in 4 e ci sistemano su un tavolo vicino all'entrata , non vi dico gli spifferi di aria fredda che ci arrivava , ordiniamo ... cibo nella media un risotto allo zafferano con l'osso buco ,2 costolette di vitello alla milanese con patate fritte e un po' di insalata ,una tagliata al pepe verde con rucola e grana (era una bistecca di manzo sottilissima tagliata a sfilacci) una.bottiglia di vino , 1l. acqua e 3 caffe, prezzo salatissimo .

Le proposte a menù interessanti. La qualità dei piatti non mi ha fatto saltare sulla sedia....diciamo normale.....che però diventa non sufficiente se poi spendo 50 euro. Si pranza a bordo naviglio e solo questo vale il prezzo ......ma solo questo.

Me and the Mrs went here today, service and food were ok, saffron risotto & pasta with mushrooms. Nice location, by the canal. However I just paid the bill and walked away, having not looked at it. The meals were lunchtime "specials" we just fancied a quick bite, so picked two dishes which are just 15 and 18 euros with a couple of cokes. It turns out the bill also included a cover charge @ 5 euros and 5 euros each for two cokes - I don't think I have paid a "cover charge" at a restaurant since 1985 .....and come on, a coke isn't 5 euros is it?

Nice and calm location. Service was ok. Just it was weird when the waiter ask if we pay cash or card, so he could figure out how to do the transaction. Food was fresh, but it missed love from the Chef. Gnocchi very soft and creamy, but with zero seasoning. Costoletta unfortunately cooked in oil, not butter as it should be, then plated with all oil dripping, plate arrived all dirty from it; not even the salad had a little oil or dressing. Risotto overcooked and under seasoned, very bad for Milan standard. The Restaurant has big potential but lack in details that are very basic. Dined in August 2025

Waiters are nice, but we waited so long for the plates to be served (around 45 minutes between EACH). The plates were quite good, but some of the prices for the quantity very expensive (25€ for the plate in the photo)

Food was good, service was terrible, value was average. We ordered risotto (don’t recommend), octopus (good but overpriced) and chicken (acceptable). Location is absolutely lovely overlooking the canal, quite romantic! Unfortunately the waiter was very rude. After we ordered, one guest asked for the toilet, he told us it’s not for you only customers, we said you just took our order, he then apologised and told us where it was. When serving us he had a bad attitude the whole time which left an unpleasant taste in our mouth. Overall I would say there’s a reason this place isn’t more highly rated and to go for one of the other many good restaurants around here.

For starters prosciutto didn’t have much taste and it wasn’t salty enough. The fried “crisp” what they call it was extremely greasy and the mozzarella was fine. The worst part was the main dish. Bolognese lasagna was absolutely horrible, no taste at all, no meat, no sauce, just sheets of pasta dough. I felt like I was eating plain pasta with a hint of what lasagna should taste like. I do not recommend as I could not finish the meal even though the portion is very small.
