We have visited this place twice and the food was nice, especially grilled dishes. What was outstanding were the cocktails and the staff. Despite not speaking much English they were truly helpful and attentive. We had pleasant experience and enjoyed the vibe of this restaurant a lot!

Very good cuisine

Prima volta, ma non ad un peruviano. Personale ( la cameriera) molte gentile, il cibo particolare ma si fa mangiare, le porzioni generose. I lati negativi sono: -I prezzi sono da ristorante del centro dì Milano, ma qui siamo in una zona brutta quindi non mi stupisco che sia sempre vuoto. - con delle cifre così non puoi portare prima gli antipasti e poi il coperto (tovagliette) Anche se all’aperto. - la musica dì sottofondo è più alta dei pensieri che hai in testa. Non penso che tornerò ed è un peccato.

Personale super gentile e cordiale, peccato che il mio ordine è arrivato troppo tardi e nella fretta di farmelo non era così gustoso. Spero vada meglio la prossima volta; prezzi sopra la media, ambiente carino

Pranzo 2 adulti e 2 bimbi piccoli Abbiamo ordinato del pollo 1 leche di tigre e chiesto se avessero un menù bimbi,ci è stato risposto di no ,suggerendoci di scegliere una pasta con crema e gamberi, arrivata la pasta scotta e collosa e gamberi crudi. Totale 99 euro Prezzi eccessivi per il tipo di locale La location è "decorata" con divano sul soppalco e le foto dei proprietari, il locale è piccolo e si attaccano gli odori. Inoltre calcolano un sovrapprezzo se chiedi di portare via il cibo avanzato.

Sono andata a mangiare l’aperitivo in questo ristorante, partendo dal presupposto da quanto promuovessero il loro basso prezzo . In un qualsiasi locale la formula aperitivo è il cocktail più il cibo a un “tot “ . Arrivando sul posto il prezzo era di 12€ scritto su una lavagnetta all’entrata. L’unica cosa possibilmente inattaccabile é che sui social presentasse solo per il mese di aprile . Il tavolo in cui mi trovavo era senz’altro numeroso e per un’occasione speciale da festeggiare , per cui c’è stato anche fatto notare che dovevamo dirlo quando abbiamo prenotato. Tra lasciando le lunghe attese che possono essere state suggestionate dal tavolo numeroso , c’è stato comunicato in fase d’ordine che il costo era 13 e non più 12€ + 1,50 € di servizio mai successo, trasformandolo alla modica cifra di 14,50€ ; con i tempi che corrono a Milano ormai l’aperitivo é difficile trovarlo conveniente ma fare pubblicità ingannevole con un prezzo e poi rivendertene un altro non si fa proprio , o per lo meno comunicarlo in cui possono essere applicati costi aggiuntivi , o specificarlo il reale costo. L’unica nota positiva erano i cocktail e il dj ma il cibo e i prezzi nel caso avessi voluto prendere qualcosa alla carta sono alti e non meritavano .

siamo andati domenica sera a pasqua, alcune pietanze non le avevano dicendo di averle finite (ho amici che hanno ristoranti e se manca qualcosa la vanno a comprare), eravamo in 7, e solo io non mi sono lamentata del mio ceviche che nella sua semplicità era buono anzi molto, ma i piatti come il lomo saltado, il combinado, il pesce fritto no, la carne era dura e bruciacchiata, il combinado era tanto salato. Poi se andavi in bagno c’era la spazzatura aperta e in bella vista c’era una prova di gravidanza, il pavimento era sporco e scivoloso. L’unica cosa positiva è stata che la musica era bassa quindi era facile parlare.

In my personal experience, it was not pleasant at all, since I had ordered a set menu and they only gave me the appetizer; the main course never arrived. The service was incredibly slow. The only redeeming quality was the waitress who gave me a cake as compensation, but she still made me pay for the appetizer even though she knew it was their mistake. They never offered a solution, and no one even apologized for what happened!

Since they opened the other location, the Via Ricciarelli restaurant has declined significantly, especially in quality. Forty euros for a chicken where the pieces looked like they came from a set menu—the quality was nothing like it. To top it off, I got raw pieces inside. I've already vowed not to return for the à la carte lunch menu after such a bad experience. It means I'll have to find another Peruvian restaurant in the area. The owner should be more attentive and keep a closer eye on things, especially since he's the one who opened the doors for him.

I'm changing my rating because the quality and prices were only meant to attract customers. It's important to note that the price of the aperitif includes the cost of the cover. My review has reached 200,000 views, but this is false information I gave people. They only did it to attract customers for a couple of weeks and that's it. They expect to charge €10 for a cocktail, so to speak. I'd rather pay €8-10 in any Italian pub on Corso Vercelli. The area is neither nice nor safe. On several occasions, they've miscalculated the bill. With the aperitif, you can only choose three types of cocktails, one lemon flavor. I asked for an insignificant addition to a cocktail and was told I'd have to pay €3. Excellent promotions for aperitifs, the Marino menu is delicious. The cocktails are exceptional. The bartender was very helpful and kind. The manager was also very kind. The waitress wasn't very attentive, probably because it was so crowded.

Sono io l'altra cliente che mi hanno dato il frullato dell'altra persona senza cambiare la cannuccia. io mai avrò pensato che potevano fare questo servizio (pessimo frullato combinato che loro hanno inventato mango, maracuya, uva acqua e full zucchero praticamente era acqua e zucchero costava 7 euro ) al finale il cameriere voleva che paghi il frullato che non abbiamo bevuto, sono ladri fanno vergogna di rappresentare cibo PERUVIANO, un conto è che non ti piaccia un piatto ,un sapore, un'altra cosa è che ti danno il piatto di un'altra persona che già aveva bevuto. Non posso dare 0 di valutazione MAI PIU IN QUESTO "RISTORANTE".

Pollo alla brace non cotto bene sangue al interno al petto , le patatine fritte piene di olio gusto scadente sembravano essere state fritte per la seconda volta, arroz chaufa salatissimo e pieno di soia,la maionese che ci ha fatto venire la nausea. Servizio pessimo. Frullato bevuto riciclato ad altri clienti. Oggi sono andata a fare colazione e ho chiesto un frullato Jugo Especial che era fatto male perché quando l’ho assaggiatonon aveva il latte e sapeva solo di zucchero e acqua, quindi l’ho fatto cambiare e il mio l’hanno messo da parte, sono arrivati altri clienti che hanno ordinato lo stesso frullato ma senza latte e le hanno dato quello che avevo scartato, assaggiato e con la stessa cannuccia, quindi un prodotto già bevuto da me, gliel’ho fatto presente e sono stata trattata male dal cameriere/cassiere che pretendeva addirittura che gli pagassi 2 frullati non bevuti perché pure il secondo era indecente ed era solo latte e zucchero. Anche il servizio di consegna è pessimo in quanto mi è capitato che si facessero pagare 2 volte la consegna e senza soluzione!!! Chissà quante volte l’avranno fatto senza che me ne accorgessi. Se fosse stato possibile avrei dato 0 stelle.

Esperienza in parte negativa: Ho chiamato dicendo che sarei passato a prendere il pollo a la brasa d asporto, mi hanno detto 20 minuti all’ora stabilita all arrivo al locale ho atteso 50 minuti dentro il locale. Ho chiesto un riso chaufa e mi hanno chiesto 5 euro, ho chiesto l inka kola pagata normalmente con il pollo a la brasa ma mi hanno detto che era terminata e mi hanno rifilato una coca cola allo stesso prezzo, un altra cosa che mi ha lasciato disgustato e che mentre cucinava il cuoco mangiava e masticava ma si vede tutto dalla sala perché hanno un ampia vetrata a vista sulla cucina. Il pollo era buono e anche le salse ma per il resto non tornerei.

Siamo andati a mangiare a pranzo. Causa acevichada: L'impasto della causa era evidentemente sbagliato, di un colore traslucido e di sapore anonimo. Io ho ordinato anche la chuleta con i fagioli. Quest'ultimi erano bruciati e crudi. Terribile!. La carne troppo secca. Il riso senza sapore. L'attenzione del personale comunque è stata gradita e il locale, come sempre, tenuto bene. Ma purtroppo mi sa, non ci torneremo più.

Chiamato prima per prenotare un tavolo e non c’era posto se non fuori, allora prenoto fuori Arrivata al posto, la prenotazione non l’avevano segnata ma per fortuna c’era posto, ci sediamo e ordiniamo l’aperitivo che non è mai arrivato e inoltre i drink erano sbagliati. Quando ormai avevamo deciso di andare via dopo 1h e 20 mnt di attesa, senza aver mangiato ovviamente. Consiglio: bisogna sapere quante persone riuscirete a gestire e non accettare sempre più persone, pessima gestione del personale. Anche se i vostri piatti possano essere buoni perde qualità col servizio.

Per norteño GARBAGNATE Sono stata lì con mia mamma, ristorante vuoto (due tavoli oltre a noi), ci fanno accomodare sedie sporche e piene di briociole. E vabbè..pulisco la sedia e mi accomodo. Ordiniamo.. arriva il piatto con lenticchie. Chiamo la ragazza che mi ha risposto male quando le ho detto che non potevo mangiare lenticchie per problemi miei di salute e lei mi risponde che mi aveva detto che c’erano le lenticchie e non più le verdure, io le dico guarda scusami ma non avevo capito non capisco perfettamente lo spagnolo, lei continua a rispondermi in spagnolo dicendo che lei era stata chiara ecc.. con un modo molto arrogante. Al che per non continuare a dibattere le dico che non fa niente che mi sarei arrangiata. Sarebbe stato comodo per la posizione ed il menù sembrava invitante.. però cucina, pulizia ed educazione lasciano a desiderare.

Horrible experience: I ordered a whole chicken through Deliveroo for €40 including delivery. The bakery called me saying they would handle the delivery and that he would send me all the details via WhatsApp. The guy texted me back saying the total was €50: €45 for the chicken and €5 for delivery. Completely unprofessional, they don't honor the prices and they try to rip me off! Never again 🙅

What kind of crap do they have for customer service? I just ordered through Glovo, 2 spoonfuls and grilled chicken with chaufa and how is it possible that hard rice arrives without soy sauce, literally unpainted with no other rice, 10 to 12 french fries and a piece of meat the size of a pigeon? Aside from the tiny tupperware they use for their deliveries? Are we playing at being a cat? Their status is getting worse every time. Their schedule is understandable and just because it's "late" doesn't mean they have a schedule. It means that they must be giving their customers such a disgusting quantity and quality. According to their social media, they have great and the best quality, misleading advertising!!!!!

Today we tried El Norteño restaurant on Via Ricciarelli. It's a small place with few tables and an outdoor area. I want to give a fair assessment: 1. Structurally, it's a humble place, with a small but functional corner bar, and walls decorated with few objects. 2. The tables have white tablecloths with paper napkins. Our table had a stain when we arrived. 3. After ordering, the food arrived an hour later. This can happen on a holiday, and we understood. 4. The aspect we feel most compelled to comment on is the quality of the food. In our opinion, no dish met our expectations. The rice was overcooked, and there was little variety of seafood (the seafood platter was mostly fried squid). We sent one dish back; the flavor was off. 5. Regarding the price, it was about average. We give a negative assessment. The price is very high for what you get. The portions are very small. A beer costs €5, and a Coca-Cola costs €7. When prices are high but the experience is worthwhile, it's acceptable. This is absolutely not the case here. The only positive point is the waiters, who were very kind, polite, and helpful.
