Food is an experience ! A nice warm gesture adds allot to the taste . There are people who cook and there are cookers who cook with love . We arrived at the closing time form a long drive tired with kids . The staff were so nice to us , helped us find our camper site and offered diner after closing hours. The pizza was made with natural dough , you could see how the crust is sooo puffy 😻

I went for lunch for a first communion. The menu consisted of a generous appetizer, a risotto, a pasta dish, a meat-based main course, and desserts. I found everything delicious, especially the desserts. The service was attentive and friendly, and the location is in keeping with the rustic feel of the place.

A family evening at Osteria Rio del Sole in Albairate, in the province of Milan. There's ample parking outside and plenty of greenery with a playground for the little ones. We chose the spring menu, which included several appetizer courses, two excellent first courses, asparagus and bark carbonara risotto with creamed eggplant, tomatoes, pine nuts, mint bread, and stracciatella. For our second course, we had grilled Irish beef fillet with potatoes, and to finish, a delicious selection of desserts. The price and service were excellent.

A well-maintained place, delicious food, and attentive, friendly staff. We went on Sunday, and they were offering a tasting menu—everything was incredibly good! From the appetizers with cold cuts, to the first courses, to the dessert. They also make truly excellent pizza; I've had it on a previous occasion.

Excellent food, perfect service with friendly and professional staff, and the place is also welcoming and well-kept. They gave us a complimentary salami, and for an appetizer we decided to try the fried gnocco and a pizza with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella! 😋 Delicious dough! For our second course, we chose the cutlet, both the elephant ear and the thick cutlet were excellent! The ossobuco was incredibly tender and well-seasoned; I would have simply served it with warm mashed potatoes instead of cold; the contrast was off. The desserts were worthy, especially the banana fries! The tiramisu could have been improved; it was just a little dry... Otherwise, a truly excellent discovery! We'll gladly return, both for the pizza and to try other dishes; the first courses were delicious!

We were here in May and returned yesterday for the Ferragosto barbecue! Only "exceptional" ones, booking is super easy via WhatsApp, and they respond almost instantly to any request, available for all needs! The food is wonderful; we tried both the tasting menu in May and the tasting menu with barbecue yesterday. The food is plentiful, excellent quality, and incredibly reasonably priced considering the quantity and, above all, the deliciousness! The selection of appetizers, cured meats, cheeses, and giardiniera were excellent! The meat was exceptional, perfectly grilled and made to order, and the first courses were also delicious... the dessert selection was wow; I recommend adding the gnocco fritto for €1 per person! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful, just a few kilometers from Milan yet secluded in a delightful, quiet, and characteristic village! We'll definitely be back!

On the recommendation of friends who are already customers, we came to try Osteria Rio del Sole, located in a large, quiet, and green area. Ample free parking is available. The restaurant is very charming, spacious, and airy, with very high ceilings to accommodate an upper floor with additional tables. On the lower floor, there are two rooms with tables, one of which is on a closed veranda, but which can certainly be opened during warmer periods. The staff were warmly welcoming, smiling, and helpful. Throughout the service, we were served by Andrea, who demonstrated excellent knowledge of the menu and wine selection. The daily set menu was more than generous, with a large number of dishes, including vegetarian options. A small tip: given the large number of dishes, the arrival of the dishes should be slower, allowing for more time to eat rather than having to hold them in your hands. The selection and combination of ingredients were very good, and proved to be of excellent quality and preparation. From the cold cuts to the entrees and finally the meats, everything was very much appreciated! The quality-quantity-price ratio is fair. Just keep an eye on the receipt, because during peak times, small errors can occur, which were recognized and corrected. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great family lunch at Rio del Sole. All the dishes are very well prepared, thought through and with fantastic flavors! The tagliatelle with osso buco ragù and saffron were definitely the highlight! Incredible for real! Good wine and great craft beers selection as well. The service is kind and professional. Great quality/price ratio. 100% worth a small detour if you're in one of the closest cities!

Ho fatto un aperi cena, devo dire che gli ingredienti utilizzati,visto il contesto,mi hanno soddisfatto,per quanto riguarda "i piatti" per l'aperitivo,li ho trovati carini anche nella presentazione. Il piccolo piattino con fico caramellato con ricotta di pecora molto buono. Il personale é gentile e presente in sala,rimane attento al cliente. Carta dei vini per cui ne vale davvero la pena soffermarsi per la scelta di un buon calice. La struttura ha del potenziale, ma ho trovato un po di trascuratezza nell'ambiente circostante: le sedie d'acciaio lasciate impilate sul patio esterno, e il parchetto con i giochi per i bambini non é praticamente curato (né il verde, né i giochi). La location vanta una bella posizione nelle campagne. Ci tornerò per cenare e per assaggiare gli altri piatti proposti.

We consumed cold cuts and cheeses on the cutting board accompanied by giardiniera, gnocco fritto and mondeghili. Rosé wine in bulk and for dessert tiramisu and millefoglie. I would say everything overall good and in a nice welcoming context. Very helpful and kind staff! Ample parking, better to book. Try the pizzas and traditional cuisine. Recommended experience!

Ieri sera abbiamo fatto una cena con amici in questa osteria, avevamo aspettative forse troppo alte però non soddisfatte in pieno. Antipasti molto buoni, i primi invece ed anche l’hamburger non sono piaciuti molto a nessuno. Sapori che non combinavano al meglio insieme. La cheesecake invece molto buona. Piccola critica: abbiamo chiesto alla prima cameriera in che olio fossero fritte le cose ma è tornata con una risposta a metà che non toglieva dubbi, quindi la persona non ha potuto mangiare l’antipasto fino a quando abbiamo chiesto ad un’altra.

Dopo cinque pranzi/cene eccellenti , purtroppo sabato scorso sono uscito dal locale deluso. I simpatici ragazzi che servono ai tavoli con descrizioni dettagliate dei piatti serviti, probabilmente saranno stati stanchi o insoddisfatti ; rapidissimi e superficiali nelle descrizioni con sorrisi appannati. Siamo giunti al nostro tavolo dove era già presente una fetta di gorgonzola ad aspettarci. Gli antipasti, che in passato ho gustato avidamente, mi hanno lasciato perplesso, il risotto , a mio parere, troppo dolce e il piatto di penne con castagne , zucca e lardo aveva un retrogusto di “grasso animale” caldo che mi ha disgustato (lo stesso per i miei compagni di tavola). Conferma positiva per i dolci , ottimi. Il vino della casa , come in passato, solo rosato frizzante , niente rosso a differenza di altri ristoranti della zona. Il locale era strapieno e ipotizzo che la ridotta qualità globale possa esserne una conseguenza. Conto medio , 45 Euro a testa , menù degustazione senza secondi. Credo che non tornerò, in zona ho frequentato osterie con un miglior rapporto qualità prezzo.

I'd been there with my family before during the summer, and thanks to the outdoor seating, we didn't have a bad time. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different on Epiphany Day: so many people crowded inside, and the tables were practically crammed together. The acoustics were disastrous, to the point of being unable to hear the person next to me. The food and service need updating; three stars only because I can't give them two and a half.

Very beautiful and well-kept place! We had lunch with the tasting menu where you can see the use of excellent raw materials... both the first courses, however, according to the entire table, were really poor. A sore point was the service where the very young people strung together a long series of errors... sometimes through their own fault, other times the kitchen's, and above all because they were left to work without the supervision of a manager. There was also a small mix-up during lunch that was promptly repaired with a kind gesture by the owner. For the type of place and price range, however, a small step forward is needed.
