The atmosphere, the friendly staff, amazing place which make you feel in India. The butter chicken was a bit salty but for the rest, the stuffed paratha and the garlic cheese naan perfectly done.

The service was a bit of a rollercoaster. It took the staff a while to take our order, which was slightly frustrating, but once the order was in, the delivery of the dishes was impressively swift. Their attentiveness improved as the meal went on, and they were polite and accommodating throughout. The cozy atmosphere added a nice touch, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal, even if it lacked a distinct charm. Shri Ganesh is a reliable spot for a comforting Indian meal, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark for a truly standout dining experience.

The flavors at this Indian restaurant were great, especially the Masala tea which was truly authentic and brought back memories of home! The staff was very hospitable. While it wasn't quite good with ambience which looks dated and dull green color, I'd definitely recommend it.

We arrived a bit early, before the restaurant started...While we were waiting we saw all the servers, chefs and helpers praying to the indian gods before starting work. It seemed so unique and nice! The food is a bit spicy even if you tell them to not put spice for kids, so I really recommend this restaurant for spice lovers. Overall the restaurant gives you very happy warm, indian house type vibes. Really heart warming indeed!! :)

I live in London which has many great Indian food. For this restaurant I think it’s the average level compare to London ones. If you love spicy food, do tell the waiter to make it spicy for you, as the restaurant adjusted to the Italian standard of spiciness. It’s nice if you carve for Indian food in Milan.

One of the best Indian restaurants in town. Bit on the pricey side though, for what I would call small portions. The atmosphere is great, lots of decorations that you'd expect your grandma to have (that's not a bad thing, means it's authentic) and the staff are really friendly. It can get busy, so maybe make a reservation.

"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, only to have our order mixed up—and no apology from the staff. The servers seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. Not coming back."

Don't come here alone. You'll be ignored royally (maybe that's also cause I'm an Indian, the staff ignores indian folks, also mentioned in some reviews) . Waited for one hour for the table and half hour for service just because I came alone. Everyone behind and ahead of me were given the table before. Just tell people you won't serve instead of making them wait for one and a half hour.

The food is good but portion super small. The service is TERRIBLE. We WAITED 30 minutes on the table JUST TO ORDER food. We paid 20 euro each just for a rice + curry for each person 🙃 plus waiting so long. Definitely will NOT COME BACK again.
