Come ogni volta siamo stati benissimo, questa volta abbiamo scelto di mangiare piatti principalmente Russi e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti, tutti ottimi e saporiti (da notare che la mia compagna è Russa!!!) ed il personale come sempre era molto gentile e professionale. Shisha all’altezza delle aspettative e drinks ottimi.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The borscht was incredibly delicious — rich, flavorful, and especially perfect with sour cream and the little bites of salo. I also tried the Herring Under a Fur Coat salad, which was wonderfully balanced and full of flavor. The music playing that evening created such a warm and atmospheric vibe that it truly reminded me of home. Thank you so much for this unforgettable night!

Really chill place. The vibe is nice and the hookah was actually really good,smooth and lasted a while. Staff were cool and didn’t hover, which I appreciate. Music was so good. Prices are reasonable too. Would definitely come back.

I am a customer of this coffee shop, I go regularly go For hookah, juices and sometimes food The food is good sometimes it’s out of stock but I had an encounter with the Shisha because When I pay a higher price for a hookah than in other cafes in Milan, I expect better service. When You ask for charcoal that has not been changed since it was first placed. you’ll be ignored ,This situation has become recurring.. ————- Thank you I visited again and service was better I really appreciate how they care for customers reviews and try to improve things it’s much appreciated

Food - ♥️ really tasty and fresh.High quality. Hookah: tasty. + hookah man very attentive to customer’s preferences. Cocktails: plenty of author’s cocktails (try “Bodhi” and “Ud-Gin”) + key classic ones. Pricy? I would not say so. Of course it is not cheap, but it is worth it! Atmosphere: all good. Just may be a little bit more of warm light for the early evening part (before DJ comes) could make it more cozy. To sum up: see you soon, dear Smoke One team 😎

Wow what a place! Easily the best hookah bar in Milan. The service was amazing and staff were very helpful and accommodating. I had 2 Shishas the first was double apple 🍎🍏 which was great. The 2nd one was recommended to me it was full of flavour and smooth. I highly recommend this place thank me later 👍👍 thank you guys.

Good choice of tobacco, some of the light ones was good and they have darkside and few tangiers flavours. Hookah was good, fast, changed coals if you ask the staff, wine Montepulciano as always, the cheapest one from the Red ones but really good, and chocolate fondee was fabulous. Staff speaks english and russian. Cool place.

The Shisha is really good food was good but the service is very bad and very slow I ordered 5 dishes only the soup came after half an hour and the rest came very late too after it when a restaurant is famous they should fix the service so it will be optimal .. and the staff are very kind and so friendly just please fix the service and thank you

Probably the best you're gonna get in Milan (or even the whole of Italy from what I hear) when it comes to hookah/shisha. That is honestly the sole reason why I'm giving 4 stars. Other than that, the wait was long. The tobacco choices pretty meh (at least they've got dark tobacco). The drink (long island iced tea) was strong though!

Nice location but Fridays and Saturdays they do not let you split the bills which would be really a plus. I personally did not like my cocktail. Much too sweet. The prices were also a little weird. The beer was almost as expensive as the cocktails. The waiters were quite cool but the girl working here seemed to have a bad day.

È la seconda volta che capito in questo posticino.. la prima volta non è andata benissimo, ma discreta. Questa seconda volta imbarazzante. Prenotiamo per 6/7 persone e io arrivo in ritardo dato che ho avuto difficoltà con il parcheggio e vedo che le 5 persone che aspettavano me e l’altra persona ( per un tot di 7) era già stati accomodati ad un tavolo dove in 5 stavano già in difficoltà. Ho chiesto di cambiarci il tavolo ed è stata soddisfatta questa richiesta. Al nuovo tavolo c’è un centrotavola enorme che impedisce di vedere le persone che hai di fronte, ho dovuto chiedere di rimuoverlo. L’obiettivo della serata era far assaggiare alcuni amici la cucina russa e già che la scelta non è vastissima perché effettivamente il ristorante non è proprio un ristorante ( classica formula alla russa, abbinata alla shisha) e letteralmente la metà dei prodotti non c’erano più perché finiti. La cameriera prendeva l’ordine a 2 persone e poi andava via per poi tornare e prenderne altri due e così via fino a tre volte. Comunque nonostante la scarsità dei prodotti hanno ordinato quello che c’era e per accorpare un pochino hanno aggiunto un club sandwich che era terribile. Il cibo russo portato da dividere sembra essere piaciuto ai miei amici invece. Il sottoscritto invece, non soddisfatto degli altri piatti russi ha richiesto un burrata e un piatto di pasta all’arrabbiata, e poi quello arrabbiato ero io. Mentre tutti mangiavano a me la burrata non è mai arrivata ed è arriva molto dopo insieme alla pasta ( scotta) e la burrata era appoggiata su quintali di rucola, brutto da vedere e non molto commestibile. La mia amica ha richiesto del pane ci sono voluti 7 minuti per portarlo. Abbiamo chiesto dei fresh alla mela ci hanno detto che è impossibile farli perché la cucina è piena. L’acqua ordinata non è mai arrivata. I sirniki ( dolci alla ricotta) era buoni, ma insieme loro abbiamo ordinato dei tè caldi, mai arrivati. Staff poco accorto e poco welcoming, stanno davanti all’ingresso in 7, quasi spaventando i clienti, parlano tutti tra di loro la loro lingua così non capisci di che si tratta e non ti senti coinvolto nell’ambiente. Insomma pessima esperienza, non ci tornerò mai più e non ci porterò più gli ospiti che spessissimo mi capita di ricevere e colleghi internazionali.

Ambiente pessimo, auto del titolare parcheggiata davanti il locale a chiudere la strada pubblica alla "boss", quindi impossibile circolare, un pessimo Gin tonic 20 euro , locale pieno di soli uomini ed anche di bassissimo livello. Altamente sconsigliato, con 2 euro in più prendi lo stesso drink ma al Bvulgari, 5 stelle lusso e nessun maranza tra i piedi, allego carta del bvulgari per gli scettici.
