I come to the dennys In milpitas often. Every server i get is always nice & helpful. I usually dont do reviews but today I decided to do one. I got mayolo as my server today. As always, he's always nice, refilling my cup of coffee. Asking me if I need anything else. Overall just a really good guy with good service.
It was great. Slow because it was the day after thanks giving. Stop by for a fast meal after a busy day at the Great Mall. Boy took us 3 hours to get out of just the mall parking lot. Dammmm 🤔
I Came in for a late night after work dine-in at Denny’s Milpitas. As soon as I walk inside the store a server name Enrique greeted me and sat me down right away. He ask me what I like to eat burgers, steak , or breakfast menu. I told him I wanna to eat some breakfast menu so he introduced me to some great breakfast 5 slams starting at 5 dollars. I order the everyday value slam and the portion is perfect. The food itself taste good and it came out pretty fast. I would definitely come back again for another late night adventure at Dennys.

Hi my name is Danny Juvera. I am a fragrant customer here at the Denny's in Milpitas CA . Everyone is wonderful here. All the staff but one in particular stands out the most is you guys have a service person that serves me with utmost professionalism and excellent service. Her name is Maria, this whole establishment here is beyond clean. I come here at least two times a week for the past 5 to 6 years. And again I would like to say my service here and the food is fantastic. I gave it beyond five stars and two thumbs up for Maria. The lady that serves my food to me brings the food to me. By chance, we came across Denny’s in Milpitas, California and what we experienced there was nothing short of extraordinary. While the food was good, it was the hospitality that truly left us speechless. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. And then came Francisco, our server, a man who has redefined the very meaning of exceptional service. Francisco wasn’t just attentive; he was profoundly gracious, courteous, kind, and incredibly professional. Every detail mattered to him, every request was anticipated before we even made it, and his genuine concern for our comfort turned a simple late night meal into a memorable dining experience. If there were an award for “Server of the Decade” or better yet, “Server of the Century” Francisco would win it without a question. His level of dedication and hospitality surpasses not only expectations but even some of the finest dining establishments in San Jose. ⭐ Francisco, you are a shining example of true service excellence. Denny’s is incredibly fortunate to have someone like you representing them. You turned an ordinary stop into an extraordinary memory. BRAVO FOR FRANCISCO
So far, our experience was great. My family went there on a Thursday night around 9 pm. Not very crowded. Service was good, although a little more smile and enthusiasm would help me give it 5 stars. Food was great and generously served. Overall experience was great. Unlike when we went here 2 years ago with a larger group and the service was not very pleasant. But currently, they have new servers and they seem okay.👍🏼
We come every Saturday and have a fantastic experience at Denny’s! The staff is always very welcoming but Mayolo is the #1 waiter and very attentive from the moment we walked in. The menu had something for everyone—classic breakfast favorites, hearty lunch options, and satisfying dinner plates. I ordered the Grand Slam, and everything was cooked perfectly—fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and eggs just the way I like them. The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, making it a great spot for any time of day. Prices were very reasonable, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. If you’re looking for a reliable place with comforting food and great service, Denny’s is always a solid choice. We always back!
We would like to thank you so much Denny’s Milpitas for the warm welcoming we receive every Sunday from the staff and most especially from the Mayolo, the Manager. He makes sure that we receive the food we ordered ant the right time even though we know that there are lots of customers on site. Food are fresh, delicious, and the best part is the place is very comfortable for us to meet with the big group. This place is commendable!

Mayolo is the man with a servant’s heart. We always feel special with full great service in this place. The best place to gathering with big group. Very accommodating. He is very flexible with whatever’s way we want the meal be served. This is our favorite place.
I came in at approximately 1240am. It is now 1:45 and I'm just eating. I'm not going to complain about my wait time today as my food was extremely fresh. I ordered the bourbon burger with fries and onion rings. I'm satisfied.

This Denny's is bigger than other local areas in San Jose Ca. I call in ahead of time to see there wait time and I was notified that there was no wait time... When we arrive we got seated right away. The wait time for our food was not long, but according to other guest who were there earlier it did took them longer... there was a confusion with in the kitchen... from what i heard there was only one chef cooking for the whole restaurant which it was impressive. The food was great I had no complains same taste as other Denny's. Your typical breakfast, food had the right amount of spices, fries where nicely cook and fluffy. Our waiter wasn't as attentive but I don't mind because I can eat and have a peaceful conversation without being bother. Overall I will be going to this location more often, its not crowded and like how spacious it is... hopefully next time there's more than one cook.

This is a good restaurant with good food although it's a little pricey. However, they don't answer their phones. It's programmed to ring 3 times and drop. Finally after 4 months I can write my review and it was not a nice experience from mayolo! Me and my husband went for breakfast before my surgery. The food had no flavor but we were okay with that. Once we got our receipt we noticed we were charged 2x and told mayolo which he proceeded to say that’s how the computer enters the food and the total. we showed him where it was charged 2x and he proceed to look into his pockets and said I can pay the $2dollars with a laughing smirk. which we said it was fine we will pay for whatever was on the receipt after he proceed to give us the receipt he walked away so fast and told another worker (“NO TRAEN DINERO”) which means the don’t have money! I was glad my husband didn’t turn around and said something just because I was already nervous because of my surgery! But will never go back if he is still conserving his job after all these bad reviews about him.
Went there with my family of 6 and waited over an hour for our food. They prioritized other families and left our table waiting. Rarly checked in on us. When we finally got our food it was bland and not hot. I asked them for a discount and they laughed. Then they had the audacity to ask why we left 10 minutes after receiving our food. Definitely will not be going back.
Never made a review while at the restaurant but Oh boy this place is TERRIBLE. The place is empty and we are currently experiencing a 25+ Wait time. To make matters worse they use a ROBOT waiter to take food. I'm 3 steps away. I even ordered a simple burger and they couldn't do that.
After order and we were about to pay I notice that in the receipt they charge me twice for pumpkin pecan pancakes so I told the gentleman who was at the register who was the person that help us to order and he said that’s how the system does it and it wasn’t him so I decided to just pay and after paying he pull money out of his pocket and said that’s he can give me the 2 dollars and said not to worry about and as we were leaving he turned around and told another employee in Spanish and with a tone on voice (no trae dinero)!!! Witch it mean he don’t have money!!! And I’m Mexican so I understood that I could have turned around and I said something but I decided not to. I and I believe he was the manager. "My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Denny's location. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, but no one came to our table to offer water or take our order for over 10 minutes, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. After we finally placed our order for a simple breakfast of pancakes and an omelet, we waited an additional 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Our children were getting restless, and even after asking the waitress twice for an update, we were told the food was still being prepared. When I approached the manager to express my concerns about the excessive wait time, his response was unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. Instead of apologizing for the delay, he began shouting at me and canceled our order. He then proceeded to tell us to leave the restaurant. The lack of basic courtesy and the aggressive way this situation was handled by the manager was shocking. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and the manager's behavior was completely unprofessional. We will not be returning to this restaurant."
