Pizza delivery time was quick but my pizza was messed up. I ordered a hand tossed and a 1/4 of my pizzas crust was so thin it was basically flat bread.

Night shift drivers love to complain about the amount tipped. I tipped $4 because thats all i had on me and was bitched at about how if its under 5 dollars i shouldnt tip at all because it makes them look bad, i explained its all i had on me and argued with the man to get my pizza. This time i did not tip as that was not the first time they complained i was tipping too little and the driver would not give me my food until i tipped repeating himself to tip him. It seems to be the same man each time with holding my food and saying i need to tip more.

Apparently they had a system failure for phone and internet. It wasn't their fault. The pizza was below standards and not one one I would want to eat again. I've had better. The place was well lit and clean.

Apparently they had a system failure for phone and internet. It wasn't their fault. The pizza was below standards and not one one I would want to eat again. I've had better. The place was well lit and clean.

It’s been a while since we’ve ordered Domino’s and I forgot why but I went ahead and ordered tonight and I remembered. $30 to have a large single topping pizza delivered with a five dollar delivery fee and tip for the driver, which seems redundant. If the delivery driver is not getting the delivery fee, then that means that the pizza was $22 and that’s just freaking insane. But dang we’re hungry and there’s no food in the house so I had to pull the trigger, but I guess I won’t be ordering Domino’s for a long time again till I forget how expensive it is.

We ordered the meatzza and added green bell peppers. But received a pizza with olives and jalapeños which I do not like at all. We also ordered buffalo wings. The wings barely had any sauce on them. So disappointed.

This is terrible. The only domino's in the city of Houston i recommend NOT to eat at. I live near & never have they satisfied me once. Management need to step in.

I paid ahead of time which came out to be 70$ but with discounts came out 60$ (65$ with tax) I ordered at 12 PM and got there early however, when I got my order, I did not even get my main dish, the large pizza and breadsticks, I went and then told them I was missing both and they did give me a pizza and breadsticks, I got home and open the boxes to realize, the order I placed advance were all filled with pork and mushroom, and not just pepperoni on my pizza stuffed crust, but also HAM. I explicitly stated no much rooms and no pork (as you can see in the screenshots). I was disgusted and checked my jalapeño stuffed cheese bread to realize it is ALSO stuffed with bacon when specifically said to NOT include bacon. I understand things are premade, however, don’t include an option to have things customized if the staff cannot customized it. I called them twice because of shock on both items, the second call about the stuffed cheese bread they say is not on the system because I didn’t pay for it, however, I did pay with it with my discount, so I don’t find it fair I used a discount and got NOTHING in return because I cannot eat pork. I may as well be suspicious on the pizza as well, for all I know it may have had pork if I didn’t correct it. I shouldn’t have to place on order advance, pay for it all, go pick it up and be disappointed. I went to this location because of its high rating and yelp reviews. Saying I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

Terrible Experience with Customer Service and Product Quality I've been a regular customer of Domino's for years, ordering carry-out and always enjoying the pizzas. However, my latest experience was nothing short of a disaster and has made me question the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. *** The Burned Pizza Incident *** My initial order included two pizzas, one of which was customized. When I opened the boxes at home, one pizza was completely burned and inedible. Understandably, my starving son refused to eat it. I immediately called the store to rectify the issue. They agreed to remake both pizzas, and I drove back to the store, expecting a swift resolution. *** Confusion and Poor Service *** Upon my return, I waited for over 10 minutes only to find out that they hadn't even started making the replacement pizzas. Worse, the staff seemed confused about my custom order. When the issue of the burned pizza was brought up, I was offered a flimsy excuse instead of an apology. *** Unprofessional Attitude *** What further aggravated the situation was the staff member's blatant lack of concern. Even after messing up my order twice, there was no apology or attempt to make it right. In fact, she displayed a noticeably bad attitude while remaking the pizza. To my astonishment, she turned out to be the manager. *** Final Thoughts *** For a brand that spends billions on advertising, it's disheartening to see such a lack of investment in customer service training. A simple mistake could have been easily forgiven, but the complete lack of accountability and rudeness I experienced is unacceptable. Until I see improvements in staff behavior and service quality, I cannot recommend this Domino's location to anyone. I sincerely hope the regional manager takes a look at this review and takes appropriate action.

Employees works at night shift they are very rude with bad attitude, I do not recommend this location.

Very rude customer service from a gentleman over the phone during the night shift. I placed a big order with this location (I never order here) in advance for a company party. I was expected to pick the order up today but I have been out sick with the flu so my colleagues did their due diligence for me. I never received a picture of my receipt from them so I politely asked over the phone if it was possible that I can have my receipt sent to me via email. he acted like he wanted to assist at first after he told me to come get it. I told him I have the flu and I live 30 min away. He then got very rude and told me to ask the person who came to pick up the pizza for the receipt. He is busy in the middle of a dinner rush. I need to call back. I advised him i am out sick with the flu once again and I have no contact with the person that went to pick up the pizza. I then asked could he please kindly call me back or take down my number when he isn’t busy anymore I would appreciate that since I am the customer. He continues to say how he understood what I would I was saying, but I need to wait. I never gave him any hostile energy. I was very mild mannered over the phone so I don’t understand why he escalated so quickly with his tone. I wasn’t being rude or anything. I just politely asked for a receipt because I was told that I would get one in the beginning when the order was placed. I don’t understand what the problem is, but this is not my home Domino’s and I will never order from this Domino’s again just because of service. I am very big on customer service because I work in a customer service environment

Ordered from a location 4 minutes away and got told my tip wasn’t enough and was “disrespectful”. I also did not receive the soda i paid for and I wanted that damn Pibb. Wanted me to tip more for not even my entire order smh.

I had the worst experience with this location I order takeout, and when I got there, they could not find my pizza. it took them a long time to realize that they have given my pizza to someone else so they told me they're gonna have to make me a new one this process took 20 minutes and at the end instead of apologizing and trying to make the customer happy and accommodate me she's offering me 10% discount and I've got really upset. I ordered a pizza for my sick child because that's all she wanted to eat. And when I asked to see the manager the person at the Register told me she is the manager, and she had the worst attitude instead of having sympathy for my situation So I walked away without taking the pizza home to my child and I never go by that location
