Classic BWW (as far as beer selection, food, and sports) but with a local bar heart. This is more of a locals bar than your typical traveler bdubs. You'll meet your neighbor here and there's a good chance you'll see them the next time you stop in, because what else in south OC is open until 11pm during the week and midnight in the weekends?! Lots of great specials on food and drinks. Great happy hour. Great service. Try it out, you'll like it. Sandy, the bartender is a gem!
Great employees. Good food. Love the mild hot wings.
So we love watching the college football games here. Deanne is awesome even though she works more at the Aliso Viejo location. She makes all of her customers feel like regulars (or family). We love coming here and we love the employees. Thanks Team. L
I have to tell you. Isaiah is one of the best bartender/server/buses that I’ve ever experienced. He is super attentive and can handle a busy crowd. We enjoy coming here to watch college football. Even though it’s very busy, he always is able to spend just the right amount of time chatting with each table while keeping track of everyone in the restaurant.
yes, this location is in a dying mall. but: the food is just like any other BWW, the emptier atmosphere is actually pretty nice, and the staff are pleasant. no complaints here!

So came here for happy hour and started off well, got seated quickly and server carded me so that was nice. Ordered soft tacos with side of fries and a tall beer for $10. For reference, a Big Mac Combo is $12.39. Can’t go wrong right? Beer was good, fries were good, but the 3 tacos didn’t taste like tacos and were so salted up that I’m sure my blood pressure was going crazy. Finished eating and continued to work on my laptop. Server checked in once but as things got busier with the dinner crowd, she didn’t check back in for an hour and finally I made intense eye contact and she asked me if I needed anything. Just the bill. They were understaffed I guess. My fault for getting tacos at a wings joint. I’ve had wings and nachos here before and those are usually a 4 out of 5.

Big and empty at Friday lunch. One employee manning door, bar, and serving customers. Didn't have much trouble doing so as place was nearly vacant. Boneless "wings" are basically nugget sized. No knives offered or needed as these are max 2 bites each. Honey garlic sauce didn't taste of honey or garlic.

Very disappointed with our visit. Our server wasn't the friendliest and literally rushed off every single time, so we couldn't ask for anything we needed. Our salads took a while to come and only came after our main food. Not only did the salads come late, but our salad dressings were messed up, but she kept insisting that *it was* the correct dressing, which it was not. We also never got our garlic toast that was supposed to come with our salad. We had to ask about it and they said it would be out in 30 seconds since they were grilling it (was way longer than 30 seconds, more like 15 minutes), but we finished our meal by the time it came. The garlic toast wasn't even worth the wait. It literally tasted like microwaved white bread with oil on it. The food is mediocre at best. It was also very dark inside, not a great atmosphere. Overall, not a great experience at all.

Not worth visiting… very small tiny wings, order 20 and not enough for 2… tastes average. Poor service, long waiting time, high price check overall. For the price you would expect much better service and much more food on the table.
Lunch hour and a ghost town. The bartender (Tinjaca) had zero personality and behaved positively unhappy/wore her feelings on her sleeve. Unfriendly at a minimum which is the antithesis of good service or a reason to come back. Thereafter, no Sauvignon Blanc. Needless to say this won’t happen again and I’ll campaign to ensure my friends don’t waste their time.
It's the worst service 40 minutes for 15 Boneless and 5 tenders to those of mango habanero it seems that they were playing attached images this food is disgusting it's the worst service I've had the staff only spends it talking instead of serving customers if they want to ruin their dinner go to that place and you'll see that you will leave regrets
Don't spend money here! Waited 30 minutes for only a wrap, when I woke with the manager, she argued with me. Bad food, terrible service attitude. I'm never coming back.

The slowest service ever. Extremely rude management. If you wanna wait for 45 minutes for a drink and then over an hour for food then come here but if you don’t bring your id when you are 68 years old then good luck.
Their happy hour food and drinks are actually a pretty good deal and that’s what has kept our large group to come back every couple of months. But the service at Mission Viejo is absolutely the slowest servers every single time. Management is the worst.
Always been a good experience but today we were told no more beer. We've always had 3 tall blue moon beer but today the "Manager" said we can't buy anymore understood but 1st off the lady receptionist took like1 hour to get us a drink on top of that there wasn'just 2 of us we had friends show up afterwards but they denied drinks to our friends too. We paid our bill and that was the end of the night. We fet it was a raisist problem we will most likely be going to the other buffalo wild wings. Not coming back to this location to be dealing with sandy any more. Looking forward to the other locations as well as customer service.
Maybe it was the 40 minutes that it took to make the salad or the service that was so slow. Perhaps it was the fact that the salad wasn’t mixed or that we were ignored the entire time and they never refilled our drinks until it was clear we were about to leave. If you end up here because there are no other options, I recommend you leave. I left here feeling unwelcome, unsatisfied, and disappointed of the quality of every aspect of this restaurant. I wish I could get the time back and decide to eat at a gas station for my birthday. To Corporate: please close this location or burn it to the ground or send in a priest. This is a high traffic location that is ruining your brand.
9:00pm 1/10/26 Came in its pretty much empty and itz a 15min wait on top of that the white female seem like she didnt wanna work and also the white bold dude they need new pal willing to work especially coming with a family of 9
Only 2 waiters and 0 bartenders on Finals Game Day. It took 30 minutes before someone came to take our order.
Came for the UFC fight, payed for the minimum $25 per person amount. 1. They sat us at a table that was so dirty the hostess just picked up the dirty straw +trash, but didn't wipe anything down. 2. As soon as I sat on the booth it literally slid off haha! 3. The PPV fights were only on one tv for an HOUR before they turned it on other tvs. 4. There was no sound the whole night, and the manager was irritated and rude to people who asked for it. 5. They also had the nerve to say they are supposed to charge a cover charge for our 1 year old! The only thing good about our experience was our waitress Tatiana. She was very friendly and responsive!
