Opinions de Denny's Mission Viejo
Had a quick bite to eat here. The service was very friendly and timely. I ordered the All American Slam. The food came to us nicely prepared and hot. The restaurant was very clean
Tonight we had Alan as our server. He was on top of things we didn't have to wait along time for him to greet us or take our food order. The manger was helping out as well. Making sure the tables were taken care of. The place was clean a d the food came out hot.
Service was super friendly and the food was pretty good. It's a comfortable & clean diner and we'd be back for sure if we ever pass by with our late night hunger.
I’ve been going to Denny’s for breakfast since I was a kid. They have the best hashbrowns.
It was very busy so I took a seat at the counter. The service was flawless despite the business. Prices are fair, menu is rich, service is quick, portions are generous, they fill your coffee without you ask for it. Great breakfast.
Great little place for fast and affordable and sit down meals. Something for everyone too. Breakfast is served all day long!!! The kids l9ve it and always find something they like. Yum!!! The special cinnamon roll pancakes were stellar!!!
Always excellent food and service. Plus it's such a friendly atmosphere, you can just hangout if you've got no place to go. Im from South Carolina and I had a bad experience with a hotel one time; ended up having to wait for 5 hours and Dennys made me feel right at home with such caring and humble hospitality. Thank you Dennys!
This place is great- always accommodating. Ask for Victor - he is the manager and really does amazing. I ordered the Chicken Addiction bowl. It was amazing. Victor made sure I was satisfied. Great Dennys!
This Dennys is always up for providing thorough service. For phone in orders, they always make sure your order is right, and all the extra things, like plastic utensils, napkins, are well staffed, or if they are not, the customer doesn't suffer for it ... they never leave the customers waiting, have excellent phone response, know their complete menu too! (It is an odd thing to promote in a review, but not all Dennys can master the art of making the customer feel good, and not to blame for their chronic staffing issues. The Dennys in Foothill Ranch didn't answer their phone for more then 45 minutes, argued that they didn't have grilled cheese sandwiches?? all the while making you feel like you are holding up the line when trying to show the sandwich on their menu). But this store has it together and makes sure you're treated right! You all are doing an awesome job!
This place is large, clean, great service, large portions that look better than pics on menus and the service staff rocks very friendly and on top of everything the cooks are amazing they take great care in preparing all meals and everything tastes great! Prices are more than reasonable. Two can eat for under $30 including extras and drinks. We eat at least one meal here a day. Every time we come we are seated right away. It's always up beat and positive here. Everyone is HAPPY. Love this Dennys!!!
Great customer service. Very friendly. Fast service. Good breakfast especially for the money. Our granddaughter loved the pancakes, she ate 4. We had the omlette which was stuffed full of ingredients. Definitely would come back again when in the area visiting. The manager is an incredible guy, very friendly and welcoming and appreciative of his customers.
The staff is friendly and do their best to serve you as soon as possible. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was tasty. The Santa Fe skillet was hot just how like it. My glass of water was always full and my coffee was too. I’ve been coming here for years. Hopefully it will go back to 24 hours seven days a week like in the old days just for when I may need to satisfy 3 AM pancake craving.
One of the best Denny's I've been to. Super friendly, prompt service. Nailed my order (crispy turkey bacon substitute). Kept our drinks full. The manager got out and helped the servers too. Awesome french toast (melting butter on Texas toast). This is how you run a business. Alan and his manager (Eduardo) are awesome! Thank you gentlemen.
Very neat & clean, even the dividers were sparkling. Great service & polite. We had coffee & desert while killing some time before going to family Christmas Eve. Glad they were open 😊
Good food, good price and great service.
It's at Denny's, but not like every Denny's. It has some of the cool throwback vibe of the '60s, great service, and it seemed like the food was better than at other locations. Really convenient location, reliable fare, and professional friendly service.
Very helpful and patient staff. Food came quickly. I didn't know but we could order to go and it came hot and delicious. Perfect choice
Good food - Denny's is a go-to place for when I just want some decent food. The location is very convenient, the service is quick, and their hours means you can go there almost anytime.
It’s funny how steaks work.. but the host, and the waiter were well beyond what you’d expect. Out of probably all Dennys. I’d say I was in and out within 25 minutes. Steak Broccoli, and potatoes. Both the Host, and Waiter streamlined along with some of the best service in this industry. 👏🏻
Our waiter had multiple tables and still got our order out quick and correct. They even gave my wife a spoon.
Terrific location that happily served our large party of 10 at 10pm. Nachos were delicious Steak omelette as well Service was great and deeply appreciate everyone for the food and service.
Great Breakfast! Eggs, sausage, ham, hash brown, avocado, pancakes and my favorite Crispy bacon yummy!👌 the crispiness.
The restaurant and the staff there were great. My wife and I were looking for a place where we could play a board game for several hours and nobody bothered us and we had a good time.
Service was very good. Nice staff, quick service. Prices were reasonable and portions were surprisingly large. We had leftovers! Nice atmosphere and they accept AARP discount cards. Will eat here again.
Fit slams are great here and service is great! Ivonne helped me and she was so nice and attentive.
Great breakfast, pancakes always fluffy, they serve you fresh coffee and continuously refilled your cup as needed. Servers always friendly and making eye contact and using good manners . Great job Denny's!
Excellent Service , we’re been here twice we came from Victorville and we like to stop here , IZZY the manager make us feel very welcomed He is very polite , and costumer service is awesome also Dénia our waitress was very helpful
We came in the afternoon today around 4pm and we got greeted by our server Juan. He took our drinks and order very quickly and food came out fast and delicious. I will make sure to ask for him next time we visit Dennys. Thanks again👏
Not too many places to have Christmas dinner. I have always liked Dennys even though I have spent lots of money on high-end dinners in my lifetime. It's Dennys not The Chart House in Dana Point. I tipped my waitress a $100 bill for working on Christmas. I added 25% to my credit card at the register.
Stopped in for breakfast today and was greeted by Juan. Juan took me to a nice cozy booth and took my drink order of a cup of coffee and OJ. Juan was pleasant, professional and attentive. Juan came back with my drinks and took my breakfast order. Shortly thereafter my food arrived. The Denver omelet with roasted red potatoes was excellent and Juan stoppped by a few times to check on my dining experience as well as top off my coffee. A very nice breakfast dining experience and Juan provided excellent customer service. Recommended
This is my go to Denny’s for late night or Sunday morning after a night out. They have a huge menu, service is usually pretty solid even when it’s busy and and prices are reasonable. For breakfast I recommend one of their slams and for lunch or dinner you have too many options to recommend just one. They have plenty of parking and are open late if not 24 hours.
Very clean place after the remodeling, had a bad experience previous to the change. Sometimes you have to give a chance due to management change. My server German very attentive refilled my coffee got my order in a timely manner. Food was good.
It's Denny's..., that being said, it's one of the best Denny's I've been to. Service was fast, at 10 PM the always difficult eggs OE (over easy) were perfect (whites solid, yolks liquid) and bacon was truly crisp. I'd give 4.5 stars (or maybe 5) on the Denny's scale...
This Denny's is a great facility. The food I've always experienced here is yummy for the tummy. Also the customer service employees are wonderful. Denny's is a historic facility go check them out and enjoy their pricing is awesome
Dined here on a Saturday morning. On the door of the restaurant is a sign stating No offers, discounts, 2 4 6 8 menu, birthday meal will be honored at this time because of Covid-19. I had the All American Slam and Coffee. Prior to Covid-19, the price was $11, but now it's close to $12.50. Most of the other menu items have increased in price 15-20%. Service was good. Total tab for my meal, with tax and tip, was just under $20.
Cool inside on a summer afternoon. I like the Crazy Spicy Italian dinner skillet. Actually seemed more Mexican than Italian. Like just about everywhere else, the prices are higher than I remember. This restaurant is situated somewhat unusually. The entrance faces a driveway and it's parking is on the back side, even the handicap spots. You have to walk about half way around the building or cross a driveway to get in.
The STAND in R.S.M is a busy place at around 6:30.pm We were a larger group(11) and needed to wait a bit for seating. We were not in a hurry and all of us thought the food was great...worth the wait! You self order up front and servers bring you your meals. There was not a long wait for the food. We will be back!
It was really nice. It was about 12:30 am, it was busy but the service was very good. There was even a table of about 15 people, all ages, and the waitress brought out a cake w/candle on it and everyone sang Happy Birthday. The place has a family feel about it, good food & free refills of coffee. Also they accept AARP😊
Clean environment , food well cooked and Very nice staff at this location. For smoothie lovers they have the best Straw/Nana smoothies. Order the kids smoothie its 1.50 delicious and pretty big. Worth the money! Only dislike is the traffic coming out
Classic breakfast joint. It's clean, friendly, bilingual, and the food is alright. I got a skillet and it was pretty dang good. Our server was so personable and warm. Coffee could be a lot better, but that's my only complaint. I will be back here for another pre game breakfast!
I went to Denny's because I wanted a club sandwich. They offer a version of the traditional club sandwich. Their sandwich has ham instead of bacon, two slices of bread instead of three and adds avocado. There was plenty of avocado which made the sandwich tasty. There lemonade was a bit watered down and not too sweet. I don't recommend it.
We're early risers and have an early breakfast. This gives us the opportunity to get to know the staff who always greet us with a smile. One drawback is you occasionally get the previous night's party groups which tend to be disruptive. Meals are always hot and fresh and make for a great way to start your day.
The food was hot and fresh. The service was good. The cleanliness was good. A NOTE TO AARP MEMBERS... this establishment only gives you a discount for AARP from 2 pm till 5 pm. What really. I'd this franchise so cheap that giving tour senior group their we publicized discount going to cost you that much??? I eat at a lot of Denny's restaurants. I have patronized them when I didn't get the discount. But I feel I have earned this discount. I have to be honest... had I have known this before I ate here...I would have chose another restaurant. I will not return to this restaurant. The 1 discount that helps seniors be able to frequent this particular restaurant isn't given here..just be aware.
Decided to grab brunch on the way home from an errand and hadn’t been to a Denny’s in a decade. The inside was clean and the booths were well kept without wear. Post-Covid, nice to see. Rosa was the perfect server, handily taking care of multiple tickets and making it look easy. My guy decided he wasn’t feeling well and we had to switch to takeout. Rosa did it quickly, with a smile and once home she’d forgot nothing! So grateful that all the sides and condiments were there so I could quickly serve breakfast in bed. Despite our quick departure, this was a great experience. Additionally, even after another 30 minute ride home, the food was plentiful and delicious!
Denny's has gotten to be expensive but Senior options are affordable. Food quality is good. Service mostly good.
This Denny's doesn't accept AARP discount until after 2 pm.
I had the Senior Salmon with broccoli and fresh fruit. Not only was it delicious, but it prices out at less than what drive- thru fast food costs! And my friend had the bacon avocado burger.
Service was fast and friendly. The food was a bit better prepared than other nearby locations. Typical Denny's menu offerings were available. Like many Orange County locations, they don't honor app-based loyalty points discounts.
Service and food was great as I would expect from Denny's. My server was very polite and friendly as she checked up on me a couple of times. The reason I did not rate it 5* is because the person at the register when asked said that they do not honor the military discount as all of the other Denny's locations I've been in my whole life, he said the it was a franchise restaurant and the owner had the rule of not giving any military discount. Sad to see a location that does not support our men and women of the Armed Forces. Well the are always all of the other Denny's locations that do.
We had a good brunch in Denny’s place. The staff were nice, food are good. But we need to wait a little bit longer than usual. We choose the menu with QR code that they put in the table. So we can scanned and looked at the menu on our cellphone. We order Phillip’s cheesesteak omelette (but I substitute the bread with pancake) $13-ish and super slam about $8.9 The price are fair enough, we spend about $24.01 for both.
I must have caught them on a bad day but the breakfast this morning was awful. Denver Omlette -- should have been filled with ham, onion and pepper. I got some dark brown moosh that probably had mushrooms in it judging by the smell. I didn't have but a couple of bites. Wife was equally unimpressed with her Eggs Benedict. She said it was bland and flavorless. Disappointing all the way around except the service was excellent, so there's that. Too bad. We're looking for a good nearby breakfast place and this Dennys just fell to the bottom of the list.
The personnel always do a decent job, but the decor is outdated and a little depressing. The food is nothing special. They don't take any form of coupon here. The next time I need to go someplace to talk and sit down in the middle of the night, I might seriously consider going somewhere else.
I'm reducing from a 5 star rating review due to the cook wiping his armpit sweat on both pancakes and laughing about it with the host the night before Valentine's Day while making a dinner for me...the Caramel Banana Pancake Slam. Denny's off Alicia is a great place to eat, just be sure to avoid the nighttime hours if you don't like armpit sweat from the cook in your food. The host and the cook that night were totally in on it!
They seem to be short staffed, so you may wait a while. But the staff is worth the patience. They have a smile on their face when they come to your table. My omelet was very tasty & my husband enjoyed their egg white omelet.
Service from the left side of the restaurant is not so great. The food was cold, I could tell the waitress was more focused on other tables. The food sat on the counter for a long while before making it to my table. I've been there several times hoping to get better services, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I love Dennys food and style. I just will take my business to another location.
Food was awesome. Service was awesome. Prices? Well.. A Danny's should be a Danny's, franchise or not. The owner of this one does not honor ANY of the coupons, promos, or deals. And they only honor the 10% AARP discount from 2 - 6. For real? Corporate should take their signage away (don't let them use the name) for noncompliance.
The quality of the food was decent. The server was very attentive and kind.
It was good service. Saturday around 10:30 I would say. Waiting of about 5 minutes before getting seated. The seats in our booth had food and what looked like water but it was sticky. We asked the host for some napkins or rags, he brought napkins and left. So we cleaned up our own seats. Maggi was our waitress!! She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She greeted us nicely, and took our orders promptly. Maggi checked up on us regularly. Food was ready quickly and it was good, not great, but it was good. We enjoyed our time in there. Noise level was average.
Waiter was very friendly but the food...awful. my English muffin was burn black and as hard as a rock. Inedible. Hashbrowns were undercooked and raw. Pretty much everything my friend and I ordered was either overcooked or undercooked. The place was busy and they were rushing things out, but we literally got our food in less than 10 minutes. I'd have gladly waited another 10 to 15 mins for it to be properly cooked. Wont be back. Foothill location is a better option. Don't waste your money here. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the waiter was very very nice.
Took 35 minutes before food arrived. Some lettuce and cucumbers were shriveled and half spoiled. Waitress was nice, but couldn't get the orders right. Even my 7 yo daughter thought she was confused. My dish looked sad and dry. I had better experiences at Denny's before. May it is just this one.
For Denny's customers: Please join me in boycotting this Denny's! They do NOT honor Denny discounts - be forwarned. This includes the birthday breakfast (now available with Denny's app membership only - to which I subscribe) for which they were famous. I travel the country and eat at Denny's about twice a week. This is the first time I've been denied an "app" special. Clearly, I'll never eat at your location, and I encourage others to avoid this location until it closes and re-opens as something else. To the owner/manager of this restaurant: it would seem inherent to me that when you put the Denny sign over your restaurant (with your franchise rights)] that you would honor Denny's guidelines and special offers. It was very disparaging to me to learn that you don't. Using the argument of "at participating locations" is SO short-sighted. My wish is that Dennys (corporate) will revocate your franchise rights. Maybe your sign should be your first name instead of Denny's. You shouldn't be allowed to market using "Denny's" good name when you refuse to honor the franchise policies and specials.
I had the roasted turkey dinner and it came back barely luke warm. The server never came back for drink refill or followup till I signaled for my check. Nearby wait staff was vocally loud in his interactions enough to alter the room ambiance. The checkout cashier counter had make shift sign stating this restaurant does not recognize any types pf discounts or coupons. All in all I felt like this place is in some type of management change or downward spiral business philosophy geared towards a structured sale or shutdown.
Awful really awful, the waitress got my order wrong and forgot my pancakes then when she brought back the "righ order " my pancakes weren't well cooked like you see in the pictures,on top of that she charged for the order that wasn't right in the first place, when I told her and she took money off but still overcharge I don't even want to remember anymore it was awful. At this location is always something the service is really bad and no wonder the restaurant is empty on breakfast hours.
I used to love coming here, though, many of the evening staff are just flat-out rude. I'll be trying other Denny's locations moving forward.
The food was okay but the waiter was a little bit rude he didn't offer any crayons or anything for my little one and he never came back to ask for more coffee or how I was doing just at the end to give me my bill
I was there this morning December 28th 2025 with my grandparents. My grandfather had a 20% discount coupon and However at the end of our meal our server was so busy that my grandfather decided to make it easier on our server and pay the bill upfront. After 10 minutes of waiting for my grandfather to come back I decided to go up there and check on him. And unexpectedly my grandfather was having trouble with the manger because of language barriers which is unexpected because as a manager you would expect managers to be at least fluent in English. So I built up all my courage and I used all the Spanish I knew from college to translate what my grandfather was having trouble explaining. The manager is physically a plus sized Hispanic looking male, after I explained myself in Spanish to the manager I’m not sure where his mind was before that or if he was tired but he started communicating in English perfectly fine after… I’m not even the type to leave reviews and I always wonder why people pull out their phones to record but now I know why because of situations like these. But we just couldn’t wait another 10 minutes
I miss the days when Denny's had great service. Unfortunately, this location does not offer any discounts, even though they have a 55+ menu that supposedly requires an AARP card for access. I ended up paying full price for my meal, which, in my opinion, resembled "slop." The week before, I had visited the same location and paid $3 more for the exact same meal. I can't help but wonder if they simply decided to add a tip to a take-out order. I will not be returning to this location. Instead, I'll make the drive to the Dana Point location, where I know I can expect great food and service!
First and last time here. Ordered bacon and eggs, over medium, bacon well done. Bacon raw, eggs super undercooked. Toast cold. Didn’t get my coffee until I was finished with my meal and never saw my waitress the entire 45 minutes until the end...when she finally brought my coffee...and the check!🤨. No tip!
Poor service... I got coffee right away, but then after three waitresses walked in and gave the other tables coffee four different times and passed me by, and I had my coffee cup at edge of table, I had to flag down a waitress to get a refill! That's not how service is to be. And to add it took almost 30 minutes for my order to come to the table and this place was quite and not busy . This is the third time this happened. I will not be back!
I ordered my food online ahead of time and I showed up to pick it up and they wasted 15 minutes of my time just dealing with their computers and the food got cold and soggy. They had no sense of urgency.
Naturally, if you're up late at night and want to grab a bite to eat while hanging out with friends, Denny's sounds like a great idea. Walking inside you might receive a warm hello, otherwise, consider it just the preamble to the lack of service and customer service that you are about to receive on your visit. It's common for orders to be wrong, or the waiter to disappear on you. The toilet in the handicap stall in the woman's bathroom leaks and leaves a puddle on the floor that can get your clothes wet. This has been mentioned to the management since December. Customer Service stinks at night/early morning, be prepared.
Eggs over easy totally burnt They argued with me. Manager didnt care when I showed him burned greasy mistake they made. I left and went a Denny's in El Toro, which is always good Don't go to Denny's on Alicia in Laguna Hills. They spent more time hiding in back, socializing,
Well, well. How do I begin this review except by saying "How much I enjoy Denny's", especially at this location. I'm a "night owl" and I especially enjoy the '2,4,6,8' menu late at night. On this particular rainy night it was quiet so service was brisk and the food as usual great. However all of the great tasting flavors was spoiled by an arrogant waiter. At time of payment, I was alerted by the waiter that there was insufficient funds on my debit card. At that point I realized that I had brought the wrong card. As I tried to explain to the waiter that I had brought the wrong card and proceed to apologize for the one dollar cash tip, the waiter insisted not to take the tip and arrogantly said "You keep it, you need it more then I do." Wow! If he would have allowed me to finish what I was trying to say to him was that I would be back to bring him more cash. Well, I still like this Denny's and I will be back, however beware of the "Arrogant Waiter", he might just ruin the night/morning for you.
Sign on the cash register says this location does not honor any coupons or discounts. So can't use my AARP discount. Which is one of the main reasons I go to Denny's. So nope, not this store
The food is quite good. However, horrible service. Been there a few times since it's closer but now it's unbearable. The way they served the foods/ drinks are very sloppy. Now I usually understand and empathize. However, there was a lot of attitude coming from a waitress Rosa when we asked for another water and slushie she just starts raising her voice. She doesn't respect people and instead of apologizing and moving on she just argued. I'd recommend people to go somewhere else until they fix the issues they have that other people have said as well in here and yelp.
The few times I've been to this location, the experience has been the same: employees lack of attention to basic customer service. Just a simple "your welcome" after a thank you would be appreciated. Maybe a smile from the person seating the customer would be nice. And how about "sorry let me wipe the table down, sorry about the sticky table, not a problem, let me get that for you," etc. It was a feeling that I, the customer, was an inconvenience for the employee. I'm not perfect, but hey, I understand the attitude from employees when they don't like their job, don't care to be at work and wish they didn't have to lift a finger but still want a paycheck. Good luck to this location.
We came at an hour where it was slow but yet it too them over 15 minutes to sit us. The host kept walking by & instead if of helping me & family, he thought it was more important to check the coffee instead. He walked right by us, didn't say anything or acknowledge us. FINALLY, when we were seated, it took about another 10 minutes for him to even come back & ask what drinks we wanted. Then add another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Honestly, never been so disappointed.. Food was great though.
I have been to this place many times. Everytime i go there on the weekends, There are only two servers who don't care about the people sitting there, they talk to each other, you have to beg them for a refill your drinks or give you any kind of service. This last time we waited for 1 hour to get our food when there where only two other tables. I don't recommend this place on the weekends.
I'm sorry I'm not sure what happened with this visit today. Previously visited a Denny's down in Oceanside and had a really positive experience that we decided to visit our local one in Mission Viejo. Sadly it was a totally different experience. My review is primarily focused on the quality of the food. I have to say it was poor, Mac and cheese was dry, salmon was bland and flavorless, chicken tenders were possibly from yesterday's lunch batch. Bourbon Chicken was ok under cooked to be really honest and smothered with that bourbon sauce. The double cheeseburger was actually decent. We had the same food at the previous location and it was night and day. Sadly I'll be avoiding this location in the future.
Came into enjoy a nice Veterans Day breakfast with my hubby. The greeter was very nice and pleasant, this would be the only enjoyable experience for the rest of the time. Our server Rosita was extremely Rude and treated my husband and I️ like we were inconveniencing her. She very rarely stopped by our table and rolled her eyes at us multiple times. She also would slam items down at out table... Yikes! I’d also like to know why the entire staff is speaking Spanish at an English speaking establishment. Very unprofessional!!! Not an enjoyable experience at all. Oh well. I’m grateful for my life.
Host, and Manager very rude and disrespectful. Got a coupon from Dennys in an email. When you click on the coupon it says click here for available locations. This location came up. I understand that this location doesn’t take coupons, so I attempted to show them how the coupon directed people to their location and they should maybe have their location removed and that’s when they started to get belligerent and argumentative. Not my first visit to this dennys, last one wasn’t much better service wise. Won’t be back again.
Waited a few minutes at the front counter area. Nothing. Went to the bathroom and came back, still nothing. Walked around the counter towards the side area and grabbed myself a menu. A few minutes later, a little rude man wants to ask, “can i help you?” Is that how you greet all your customers? Lol I won’t be eating here if that’s what this guy calls “service”.
Very dark inside and 1 waffle was $6.00 in addition to breakfast, order.
There's an old man there who doesn't know how to work at all. Don't come here; he can't even prepare an order in two hours.
Food and waiter were both awful. I went for dinner with my family and ordered the sirloin steak medium rare. The waiter brought out a blood soaked plate and when I asked him to REMAKE IT for me, he brought out the same blood soaked steak (I knew because i cut it open before) except on a clean plate and it was charred to hell. I asked him to remake it and the waiter basically denied my request. The blood was all over my mash potatoes and that waiter was crazy for looking at it and thinking it was okay to serve it to me. I've never hit the no tip button so fast DO NOT EAT HERE
I had breakfast with my family on September 14, 2025. I was cheated out of $10, but when I approached the staff about this issue, they explained to me that there was no one to deal with it at the moment. Despite the fact that the waiters provided good service, the management of the establishment provided terrible service and indifference.
As a nighttime frequenter I appreciate the fact it's open 24 hours on some nights. However since originally writing my review this place has heavily gone down hill. Juan Carlos A, who I believe to be the night manager, is the only one working most nights and his service is the worst I've had at any sit-down restaurant anywhere. The unlimited coffee refills are literally nowhere to be seen as nearly every table would wait nearly endlessly just for a single refill as it took a full hour for Juan to even ask us if we wanted a refill, not to mention the measly creamer selection for three people or the fact that the bowl that they come in was filled with some unsanitary coffee water mixture. The bathrooms were incredibly unsanitary, toilet paper everywhere on the ground but of course nothing in the actual holders. The paper towel dispensers? Empty. Soap dispensers? EMPTY! When we ended up getting our food the burger was hastily put together and the mozzarella sticks were cold in the middle. The friend I came with ordered the hearty nine grain pancakes and was given normal pancakes even though the nine grain (the more expensive option) was charged on the receipt. Despite my previous patronage I will not return to or recommend this location, consider taking your money to a location that actually cares about returning customers and the establishment they work in. Personally I would recommend the Tustin or Dana Point locations to anyone who actually values their dining experience.
I ordered the t- bone steak and eggs. The steak looked absolutely disgusting. It also looked like a 1/2 a steak. The smallest tea bone i've ever seen. The eggs had a very weird look to them. The inside of one of them was darker and mixed up, looking it just was gross. I got home and have been on the toilet with explosive, diarrhea and throwing up in my trash can at the same time. My stomach is absolutely destroyed. It even got my chest hurting, I was throwing up so bad. I would not recommend this place.
