The sandwich was pretty good. The vibe was awesome though. They sell lots of really cool stuff in the cold cases. It’s a good shop. There are a lot of meat sandwiches out there and this one is good. Just not the best.

My favorite Bahn Mi place in Modesto, I normally order the Saigon signature sandwich, number 1, comes with everything a regular bahn mi includes. I've tried Bahn mi is numerous other places as well but Le Saigon has the most "authentic" Bahn mi because that's what they specialize in. They use the correct bread that makes a mess when you bite into it. The pickled veggies are some of my favorite in the sandwich because of the taste and crunch it gives, I love that they pile on the pickled veggies. Sandwiches are much cheaper if you go inside rather than order online, Doordash makes them like $12-$14 but in store they're like $8-9 so I prefer buying them in store. Inside is a little small and there's stuff everywhere but it's a really small store and people don't usually dine in anymore so it's no big deal. Eating area is sometimes a mess but they only have a few people working. Feels like I'm walking into a Vietnam street food corner.

I got a chicken banh mi. It was delicious and a big sandwich it lasted me 2 meals. I did mobile order and the price increase is CRAZY. I paid about 11 when I did pick up order and I saw the menu at the store immm mmmm and it was $9/10. Will be doing phone order in the future. Restroom was also very dirty

Best prices on Banh Mi. $5.00. The bread was crusty and was generous with the meat, carrots, cilantro and jalapenos. Personally I prefer the skinny baguettes (Lee's Sandwich) where each bite gives you a mixture of the ingredients . The spring rolls are huge . As mentioned in the other reviews, not very much parking up front but park in the back, there are plenty of spots.

This restaurant is fast casual with a walk-up counter, a small interior seating area, and a small store as well. Their focus is Vietnamese sandwiches and bobba drinks. They used to have very small sandwiches for around $4, but now they have larger sandwiches that cost more as well. We had a BBQ beef ($8.50), a Nem Nuong sandwich ($8.50), and a frozen mango booba drink $7.50). The BBQ had a lot of fat so I traded my Nem Nuong (pork) sandwich with my girlfriend. We both liked the Nem Nuong better. The frozen bobba drink was really good. Prices as of Jan. 2026.

Very sketchy neighborhood; too many weird characters checking out your car as you park. Solid sandwiches though; not a bad Bahn Mi considering you’re in the valley.

Liked coming here, past by today and ordered two sandwiches. Grilled chicken and other beef, the beef definitely undercooked. They need to verify before being put in the sandwich, only thing positive was the smoothie which was pretty good.

Disappointed in the quality of papaya salad. I know you vet your cooks, so please find someone who knows how to make papaya salad. I got chili garlic and papaya, that’s it. That is embarrassing. Disrespecting the Lao/thai culture when you do a disservice to the food. Do better or don’t make it at all. Not the first time this has happened within the last month so time to speak on it.

Ordered 6 sandwiches. The workers took awhile to make my sandwiches. This would have been ok if they weren’t busy talking. I know because you can see the back behind the counter. My sandwiches were don’t while the counter girl was ringing up another customer. After ringing up the customer she walked back and started talking to the girls in the back for a few minutes and then walked back to the front to grab something. She proceeded to go back to the back and started washing dishes. So I asked am I supposed to grab my own sandwiches. She responded no, I got it and slowly took her time to hand me my sandwiches. I’ve been going Le’s Saigon since she first bought the place from my Aunt and have never experienced such horrible service. Never will I go back.

I was at Saigon’s today around one a clock today and a girl in a red shirt didn’t even say hi or anything to me because she was distracted on her phone I’ve been there multiple times and she’s always on her phone I’m not asking for the best customer service I just want to be acknowledged I’ve been going to Saigons since the west side and it’s really gone down hill…

Came here from the other side of town to pick up lunch for myself and my coworkers. We ordered three sandwiches, but only one was made correctly — the other two were completely different from what we asked for. I tried calling several times with no answer. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat the incorrect sandwiches, which was frustrating, especially considering the price. Disappointing experience, and I likely won’t be returning.

Literally burnt piece of I assume the sticks they use or i don’t know what the hell happened. Apparently not clean enough, the eating or waiting area isn’t clean, staff not friendly at register. Acknowledging the customer would be nice not even a hello or hi after I said hello. Especially a family coming in to eat at an establishment out of all places they used to be a really good spot, but I guess things changed. They’re skimping out on their filling of their baby eggrolls too.

I came in because I wanted to try their sandwiches. I got the chicken sandwich & a Vietnamese coffee. Staff is very unfriendly, will not greet you or acknowledge you, which is fine with me if the food was at least decent, but it wasn't. Food was not worth the price & the coffee was probably the worse coffee I've ever had. Wouldn't spend my money here again. Once was enough for me to not go back.
