Loved the sandwich, but hated the music being played. I think the workers choose songs they like to hear and instead should play older music that would match the tastes of their clientele. Maybe a manager could remind them that they are serving customers. Everything was excellent (service, food & pricing) except for this one annoyance.

Good sandwiches. Unreliable in fulfilling orders placed online; don't get the impression their system is properly structured to see to it orders placed online are forwarded to the store.

I was very surprised when I got home and I opened up my husband's sandwich to find the black marking pen wrapped up inside of the sandwich.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I’m a DoorDash delivery driver, and my experience at Mr. Pickle Sandwich was very frustrating. Most of the employees were rude, unhelpful, and acted like delivery drivers are a problem instead of part of their business. Orders were handled poorly, communication was bad, and the staff had an attitude when asked simple questions about the order status. The only good employee there is a small girl with glasses. She was polite, respectful, and actually tried to help. She was the only one doing her job professionally. Other than her, the rest of the staff made the pickup stressful and unpleasant. This location seriously needs better employee training and attitude improvement toward delivery drivers. Until that happens, I don’t recommend picking up orders from this place.

There was 1 person in front of us and after 10 min. someone finally acknowledged our existence. 4 girls making sandwiches and the 1 that finally took our order never looked at us and did not get my sandwich right after telling her I wanted half of a sandwich 2 times. Charged me and gave me a full sandwich that didnt have any meat on the ends. Basically a half for the price of a full. I have had many great times at a different location, not sure what the issue was today. I wont hurry back.

There was no proper customer service, and the overall attitude made the visit unpleasant. The only positive was a small girl with glasses who was polite, respectful, and actually tried to help. She was the only one who showed professionalism and kindness. If it weren’t for her, this place wouldn’t deserve even one star. Management really needs to train the rest of the staff on how to treat customers properly. Until that improves, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The people that work here were absolutely horrible. Extremely rude and disrespectful to my family and the customers before & after us. They had absolutely no reason to treat us this way. Very disappointing as we literally just stopped to get a sandwich. The girl that worked there literally kept rolling her eyes at both me and my husband while we were ordering and I have no idea why because it wasn’t even like they were busy and we knew exactly what we wanted. They need to have a serious talk with their crew because this was ridiculous.

Formal Complaint – Store #0085 Date of Visit: Monday, May 19th | Time: 12:25 PM – 12:40 PM Order #: AAACZMX6ACBB | Takeout #: 48 This was my first and most likely last visit to this location due to the appalling service I received. Both employees working at the time, particularly Ally's coworker, were shockingly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. They were visibly impatient and acted as though answering basic questions was a burden. When I tried to clarify parts of my order, I was met with snappy, dismissive responses. Out of three sandwiches, two were made incorrectly. That alone was frustrating, but what followed was completely unacceptable. When I returned to ask for yellow peppers, one employee looked at the other and said, “I’m not helping him, you can.” Ally proceeded to grab a small cup, but the other employee stepped in, grabbed the peppers seemingly from where sandwich scraps go and laughed while looking at Ally. When I asked what was so funny, both turned red and offered no explanation. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful and childish. No customer deserves to be treated with that level of hostility and mockery especially on their first visit. I left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and irritated. I expect management to take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of both employees involved. A follow-up would be appreciated.

As we were trying to let her know what it is we would like to order, she never made eye contact and muttered what we requested under her breath. Never asked if the sandwiches were meals, never repeated our request back to us until after she ASSUMED that we were finished when we actually weren't. It was 1/7/2025 at about 650pm, she (and her co-worker who came out later after we ordered) seemed like they may have been trying to close early and were bothered at our presence. Bottom line is this; if you don't want to work, go home and stay there. Or find another job that can accommodate uselessness. **** UPDATE **** Followed up per the "Response from Owner" Never received a call, text or email. Useless

Got the Mrs. Pickels had a tiny sliver of turkey, subway puts more ham on the sandwiches. Husband got the Mr. Pickels had 3 pieces of chicken.

I was picking up a DoorDash order. When I arrived an employee told me that they were almost done with my order, there were 5 customers and 4 hadn't yet ordered. I started noticing that they were not making my order and just attending the customers. After all customers I asked for my order and they said that they were almost done. 2 more customers came and they got assisted before my order was completed.

My husband is allergic to mustard and onions and we specifically told them no mustard and onions. Unfortunately they were added. The Mrs Pickle was missing the avocado. Never returning to this location.

I used to love this place. But recently they have changed their Dutch crunch and it sucks!! It’s to hard and so thick u can’t even bite ur sandwich it ruins the whole Experience. So disappointing cause this place was my favorite.
