LOCATION: The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the dedicated dining room closes in the afternoon, and you can only eat in the mall's dining area (which is right in front). This fast food restaurant is located inside a shopping mall and has an exclusive dining room with sofas. FOOD: The food is classic American fast food, with burgers and fries, but it's the only one (or at least one of the few) with several options for vegetarians. PRICE: The price is average for fast food restaurants, and by downloading the app, you can accumulate points that can then be redeemed for various dishes or drinks. STAFF/SERVICE: Orders are placed on the digital board (I don't know if that's what it's called), and when your order is ready, the staff will call your number and you can pick it up. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything is good! The sandwiches are generous, and even the small menu is more than enough. There are always fun and entertaining toys for the kids. The only downside is that on busy days you have to wait for a table, especially during these COVID-19 times. Overall, a positive review and highly recommended! 👏🏻

I usually order medium fries and two regular cheeseburgers. Excellent value, and in my opinion, the meat tastes better than other fast food competitors. The staff is fast and attentive, and the inside dining area is quite spacious. My favorite is the large communal room with a giant TV outside the fast food restaurant, but still inside Mondovicino, heated by a beautiful, large skylight.

Il Burger King di mondovicino ha sostanzialmente un grande difetto… il formaggio e il bacon all’interno dei panini sono sempre freddi! Questo abbassa notevolmente la qualità del cibo e non lo rende piacevole. Per il resto, tutto buono in linea con gli altri ristoranti della catena.

Locale non adatto a tutti, vegetariani e vegan i qui non siete ben accetti! Purtroppo da quando hanno tolto quel delizioso panino vegetariano non c'è molta scelta per mangiare,si possono mangiare patatine e gelati praticamente... Pessima scelta è stata eliminarlo dal menù. Comunque... Buone le patatine, I gelati e anche le bibite, anche i prezzi non sono esagerati.

Purtroppo i panini sarebbero buoni se non fosse che il formaggio e il bacon sono freddi, quest'ultimo ingrediente era anche poco cotto(dovrebbe essere croccante)ma i supervisori controllano?. Ogni tanto ci ritorno con la speranza che sia migliorato ma nulla...per me ha chiuso definitivamente.

I've been going to this place for years being from Mondovì It's been a while now that most of the staff have lost their desire a bit in my opinion.. This week, I had the opportunity to come to this place twice The first time I was given all 4 menus with cold sandwiches, I didn't say anything thinking it was because of the noise.. Today I found myself there at 3pm with practically no one else to serve and same story, cold sandwiches I pointed it out and they suggested I heat them up in the microwave.. maybe an attitude not appropriate for a fast-food restaurant? In the end I got a wrap, out of a good minute in the microwave with salad and everything else, nice and disgusting inside. Too bad because, unfortunately, everyone knows Burger King sandwiches and therefore how they should be is known.. It's really true that the wrong staff can ruin any place, even the best..

Good evening, I went this afternoon with two disabled children. I asked the manager if we could go into the dining room. He replied that the room is closed because there are only a few of them and they can't keep up with the cleaning. I tried to explain that the children are autistic and need a quiet place, and his response was "you can't." I find that really shameful. I didn't go at closing time, but it was 5 p.m. I'll definitely never set foot in there, and now I understand why it's always empty.

Terrible experience with the staff. As a regular customer (at least once a week with a minimum spend of €50), Today I placed an order for €64, which included four portions of fries with cheddar and bacon. Since we're Muslim, we can't eat bacon, but I notified the staff too late. The girl at the cashier was friendly, and when she asked the manager (Patrizia), she said no and that I had to buy more. So I did, but since I still paid for the portions with bacon, they immediately threw them away without asking my permission. So instead of not charging me for the ones with cheese only, they remade four more portions with bacon on top. I'd rather go to McDonald's, where the friendliness is always there.
