Se ti trovi a Mondovì – o anche solo nei dintorni – c’è un luogo che non puoi assolutamente perdere. Non è solo un ristorante, né solo una pizzeria. È un’esperienza. Un viaggio nei sapori autentici, nei profumi intensi e nelle emozioni che solo la vera cucina sa regalare. Qui, la pizza è semplicemente spettacolare: l’impasto perfetto, leggero e fragrante, gli ingredienti selezionati con cura maniacale e accostati con maestria, in un equilibrio di gusto che ti conquista dal primo morso. Ma non finisce qui. Dalla cucina escono piatti che sanno di casa e di passione, di tradizione e creatività. Ogni portata è una dichiarazione d’amore per il buon cibo. E poi… il gelato al mirtillo. Un assaggio e sei lì, in un campo di mirtilli appena colti, circondato dal profumo della natura e dalla freschezza dei frutti. È una poesia fredda e dolce che ti rimane nel cuore. Attenzione, però: c’è un rischio concreto. Se vieni una volta, non potrai più farne a meno. Anche se vivi lontano, cambierai itinerario solo per tornarci. Perché certi posti non si dimenticano. Si vivono. E si rivivono. Ogni volta con la stessa meraviglia.
Ero a Mondovì per lavoro, non sapevo che posto fosse sono entrato e sono stato subito accolto calorosamente dalle persone che lavorano lì. Un cameriere ed una cameriera mi hanno servito in modo gentile ed ho preso una pizza e una birra (molto chill). L'arrivo della pizza molto gnamgnam, ha seguito l'inizio di un'esecuzione di brani sopraffini, da parte del cameriere sul piano forte che erge al centro della sala. E' stata una serata speciale. Ho una sensazione, forse errata, che il pianista/cameriere sia il figlio(?) di qualcuno in cucina? In tal caso spiegherebbe la magia manuale/artistica che legava la bella musica ed il buon cibo. (Che fortuna che sono entrato ! :) ) Consigliatixximo
Ho trascorso veramente una piacevole e serena serata ed il personale con vera e grande professionalita' e' venuta incontro a tutte le mie esigenze sopratutto contraddistinto ed accolto con un gran sorriso. Ambiente curato ed elegante. Cibo squisito, delicato e' piacevolmente gustoso. Al termine della serata abbiamo avuto anche il tempo anche di una bella chiaccherata, conclusasi ccon un arrivederci a presto.
Locale curato e accogliente. Con il pianoforte l’atmosfera diventa ancora più raffinata e intima. Pizze squisite, sia nel formato “normale” che nella versione al tegamino. Rapporto qualità prezzo super onesto. Consiglio caldamente.
Ambiente accogliente, particolare e ben curato. Ottimo menù alla carta con particolare attenzione alle due persone celiache del nostro gruppo pur non essendo un locale certificato AIC. Gestori cortesi e attenti. Dieci e lode alla location ma soprattutto al pianista.
La Taverna Paolino è una vera Perla! Il cibo e semplicemente eccezionale: piatti curati, sapori autentici e ingredienti di alta qualità che si sentono dal primo all'ultimo boccone. Ogni portata trasmette passione e rispetto per la tradizione. Da non perdere anche la pizza, eccellente, impasto leggero e ben digeribile, cottura perfetta e ingredienti genuini. Una delle migliori pizze che si possano trovare, capace di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Un enorme valore aggiunto sono i titolari: Persone splendide, accoglienti e sempre sorridenti, capaci di farti sentire a casa dal momento in cui entri. La loro gentilezza e attenzione per i cliente fanno davvero la differenza e trasformano una semplice cena in un momento speciale. Un posto dove si mangia benissimo, dalla cucina alla pizzeria, e dove si torna sempre con grande piacere. Consigliatissimo sotto ogni punta di vista.
Sono stata a mangiare qui 3 volte e ogni volta che entro da quella porta, trovo ad accogliermi un sorriso da parte della signora alla cassa e da parte dei camerieri in particolare Francesco che è il mio cameriere preferito! I primi sono davvero buoni e gustosi, i secondi anche( ricordo in particolar modo il tonno scottato....una delizia)! Anche i dolci sono ottimi, ieri sera ho provato la pizza....che dire molto buona e molto farcita e di dimensioni molto generose! Amo l'arredo del locale è molto bello, ha uno stile tutto suo e ti senti a casa fin da subito anche perché i camerieri sanno coccolarti! C'è un'ampia scelta di vini e di birre, che dire il top! Per me e la mia fidanzata, la taverna è diventata il nostro posto preferito! Vi consiglio vivamente di venire a mangiare qui, non ve ne pentirete!!!
Entrati per caso, ci siamo sentiti a casa e coccolati. Il menù è molto interessante con eccellenze della zona e la lavagnetta dei piatti del giorno che a me piace sempre tantissimo. Piatti ottimi, materie prime eccellenti, bello anche l inpiattamento. Anche le pizze avevano una bella faccia ma stasera siamo andati sulla cucina. La veranda dove abbiamo cenato è molto accogliente. Il servizio è super cortese ma molto molto professionale. Infine, rapporto qualità prezzo molto elevato. Torneremo (da Milano) con la scusa del mercato dell antiquariato. Davvero tanti complimenti a proprietari e staff. Bravi!

Siamo stati in questo locale in occasione del compleanno della mia ragazza. Non potevo fare scelta migliore. A partire dall’accoglienza per poi proseguire con la scelta del buon cibo, grazie alla competenza e ai consigli del cameriere, molto gentile, attento e impeccabile nel servizio. La chicca finale è stata la sorpresa di compleanno, resa ancora più speciale dalla musica al pianoforte e dall’arrivo della torta. Quest’ultima davvero buonissima! La mia ragazza è rimasta sorpresa ed era proprio quello che volevo. Molto soddisfatto della buona riuscita! Consiglio vivamente la scelta di Taverna Paolino, dal design elegante e moderno.
Grazioso ristorante a ridosso del centro di Mondovì. Il personale ci ha accolti gentilmente anche se eravamo a ridosso dell' ora di chiusura. Ambiente tranquillo e gradevole. Servizio cortese e mai invadente . Buon cibo della tradizione piemontese ben cucinato e ben servito. Buona cantina. Prezzo adeguato, non eccessivo. Torneremo

An à la carte dinner for New Year's Eve. The place was crowded but not chaotic. We were with friends and ordered several dishes from the kitchen menu. We were satisfied with all our choices. The place was welcoming, the service friendly. Excellent value. Next time we'll try the pizzas; they looked beautiful!
I came here for Sunday lunch, remembering their pizza from a few years ago. They told me they didn't serve pizza on Sunday lunch, but they introduced me to their menu. A select menu, of which we tried, among four of us, the meat appetizer, Piedmontese mixed fry, snails, chestnut gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, tagliolini... all the dishes were top-notch, not a single one lacking in quality. I sensed the quality of the ingredients, the beautiful presentation, and the truly interesting and pleasant atmosphere. The place is family-run; they are very friendly, attentive, and personable. I especially liked the fact that, despite the relatively limited menu—say, four specialties for appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts—the resulting dish was traditional, yet beautifully paired. I also noticed how the products used were seasonal, showcasing the local produce. The place is spacious and visually appealing, and there's plenty of seating. Highly recommended place in every way.
The best food we had in all of our Italy Holidays was made in this restaurant. Incredible home made fresh Pasta, amazing Pizza, very welcoming and friendly service and cozy ambiente in the restaurant. We will come again. Thank you very much for the deliciousness :)

It was very good! A wonderful place where there were not many people. Excellent waiter Francesco, good service. Very tasty cuisine. We were even offered a present from the chef. The best atmosphere in Mondovi. Excellent food and good music.
Top notch. Two superb pizzas, my husband had the Genovese, nothing to complain about. You can tell the pesto (Genoese style) was made by a true Genoese, delicious flavor. My pizza with bagna cauda was unique and truly delicious. The desserts too… sooo good. The staff was polite, friendly, and very kind, even with our little one; they even brought her a placemat to color with markers. The place… guys, the place is truly superb, jazz-style, with a grand piano in the center of the room, and the final surprise: the waiter started playing “beautifully”!! We'll be back!

Walking past asked if table available for one. Said could do 21–00 fine for me. Turn up at 21-00 they remembered me and gave me a table. Food amazing don’t just think of pizza look at all the menu. Pigs cheek a delight not to everyone taste but no need for a knife a teaspoon would have cut it. 10 out of 10 from me.
Excellent service, ambience, atmosphere and food. Best place to eat out in Mondovì and have never been disappointed. Unpretentious and effortlessly friendly and great pianist who plays later on too. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone: for a quick bite or a full birthday party!

We love, love this restaurant! We’ve been here numerous times and never have we been disappointed! To start, don’t miss the pizza – it’s excellent starting with the dough. Plan on taking a few minutes to look over the pizza menu because there are a lot of toppings and combinations. Sooooo good! We’ve also had pasta and risotto specials. Beautifully seasoned, al dente (both dishes in our experience!). In addition to the outstanding food, the staff couldn’t be nicer. Friendly, warm, accommodating.

Great Mozzarella di buffala as well as the pasta carbonara. The chocolate cake was to die for. The food was around 4,5 stars, but the server Francesco made it a slam dunk 5 stars. He provided a genuine service and has a true passion for food. Come to this restaurant if you want to eat the best food that Mondoví has to provide!

Accogliente ristorante! Ordinato 2 tartare e 2 guancette di maiale con 2 calici di Nebbiolo! Il tutto molto buono! L'unica nota"negativa" sono state le patatine come contorno ad accompagnare le guancette di maiale! A mio avviso quell piatto era da accompagnarsi con delle patate al forno! Per il resto facciamo i complimenti a tutto lo staff!!!

È un locale in grado di esaudire ogni desiderio grazie alla cucina e al forno al legna per chi vuole mangiare la pizza anziché piatti locali. Ho amato la loro zuppetta di ceci al profumo di mare, ho apprezzato i plin e goduto con il loro burger al piatto. Abbiamo anche preso una pizza al tavolo perché eravamo curiosi: sincera, senza lode né infamia, una buona pizza. Forse da migliorare e arricchire i dolci, ciò che ho meno apprezzato a fine cena. Ottimo il servizio che ci ha seguito tutto il tempo. Consigli spassionati: mettere un fasciatoio in bagno e rivedere il sistema di aspirazione dell'intero locale. Il primo è fondamentale per cambiare i commensali più piccoli, il secondo per non avere abiti e giubbotto da mandare in lavanderia a causa di odori forti e persistenti che sembravano non voler più andare via di dosso. Per il resto non c'è dubbio, una tappa da non farsi mancare se si passa in zona.
Locale molto raffinato, curato, buon servizio e ottima cucina. Non è un locale dove abbuffarsi, le porzioni sono modeste ma ottime. Costo un briciolo elevato. Personale gentile, preparato e cordiale. Ampia selezione di vini. È consigliabile prenotare. Da provare.
We booked a table at the last minute and the staff were very friendly and made an effort to fit us into a busy evening. This first impression was confirmed by a very friendly welcome and all-round relaxed friendly service. The interior of the restaurant is very original with a piano on a raised stage at the centre of the room and various raised areas around it. The food was good value for the good quality on offer with an extensive wine list and beer list too. The restaurant also offers a wide range of pizza that looked very good although we didn't order any. Although the menu was quite short with five options per course, everything we ordered was really good - from the local steak tartare to stews to the hamburger. All the desserts were also good quality. We paid about 40 euro a head but that included three courses and beer. So very good value. Recommended to anyone visiting the area looking for a relaxed environment and good value and quality food.
