Excellent experience. This is the full package … the food, the service, the view and the atmosphere. The wine pairing and sommelier were awesome. There were tastes that we will never forget.
It was an incredible experience, the whole staff made us feel extremely welcomed and cared for. The ambiance was quiet and perfect to have a nice conversation with the most beautiful view of the Langhe hills at sunset. The food was incredible, everything perfect, so many interesting tastes and the eye had its part as well since they were so beautifully served. I don’t eat meat and they were very accommodating, offering various varieties of the plates in the welcoming aperitivo, which itself was an explosion of colours and tastes. I would absolutely recommend this place, it’s undeniably worth it.
Excellent. Fantastic food. Beautiful presentation. Attentive and friendly service. Portions were significant for a Michelin-starred restaurant. We were too full to eat the final complementary chocolate and biscuits. The chef, Pasquale Laera, came out and talked with the remaining guests, and we appreciated it a lot. One of us had the set Passions menu, and the other had the ala carte. Everything was top-notch. We especially appreciated Goat Ravioli, Aubergine, and Sea Salad. The wine list was the longest I have seen.
Mustvisit. We had lunch here last week and it was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful creative dishes, stylish ambience and amazing view. We felt very welcome and the whole team was so kind and talented, even tough we had to leave earlier than planned, they helped in timing the courses exactly right, without rushing us and delivered impeccable service.
A very much deserved addition to the list of Michelin starred restaurants in the Langhe. Great location, Super tasty, fun & inventive dishes. We had great service for our three visits looking forward to returning. Tip ask for the wine list as you sit down as there is only one iPad servicing the dining room. The location is so beautiful and remote I couldn’t access the wine list online.
For some courses I thought one Michelin Star is not enough, overall I believe it is a strong one star restaurant. The food is very good to amazing, the service is light, fresh and professional and the open kitchen and its staff are great to watch. An absolute recommendation.
Stunning view of the vineyards if you have a table by the picture window. The service is sweet as can be, and the food leans toward haute cuisine Italian style. They have one well-deserved Michelin star. We like what the chef does with eggplant and freeze dried tomato powder he makes himself. The flavors are intense and delicate at the same time.
Just a different level of quality. Outstanding lunch menu - focused on local dishes and traditional Cuisine with a twist of modernness (well balanced). Loved every dish and the experience. The Restaurant provides also an amazing view to top it even off. Overall would totally recommend this restaurant, everything was solid and beyond. A true experience and for me a perfect place for lunch (since you won’t be able to enjoy the view during a late dinner anymore) It’s also in a perfect location to explore Barolo and the Langhe region.

Of course it is a five star place. Perfectly organized, and a very fair pricing. In our countries we would paid double on this level. The wine card is quiet complete with 100 pages, and the respons…
What an amazing experience. The food is amazing, the wine combinations brilliant and the view awe inspiring. And not to forget the people are lovely. What is not to love.

We were excited to eat the food and were not disappointed. It was delicious and the chef came to our table at the end of the meal which is always delightful. We also visited for the view. We were …
Beautiful spot, good service. Unfortunately, it suffers from the Michelin star curse: originality is valued above all else, even at the expense of the basic goodness of the dish. A mushroom risotto…

I recently dined at this restaurant, and my experience left much to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the manager's long face when we weren't ready to order set the tone. It's unfortunate that our experience didn't improve from there. The canapé was whisked away before we had the chance to finish, making us feel rushed. The wild boar and the deer dish were disappointingly dry and tough, while both the trout appetizer and the white truffle pasta were overwhelmingly salty, rendering them almost inedible. However, it's worth noting that the young lady serving the bread was the highlight of the evening. She displayed a level of attentiveness and warmth that was sorely lacking elsewhere in the restaurant. The other bright spot was the wine list, which was indeed impressive. However, a good wine list and a friendly bread server alone cannot make up for the subpar food and service we encountered. Overall, I would think twice before returning to this restaurant, given the disappointing dining experience we had.

I had the unpleasant opportunity to dine at Borgo Sant'Anna. Two guests chose a guided menu, while a third had no fish. Both menus were unpleasant. Two courses, the first courses, were completely ignored by the guests - we send them back to the kitchen. The entire menu was too salty, including the second courses, which were eaten more out of hunger than pleasure. The appetizers were acceptable, without any particular sparkle, worthy of a Michelin star. We opted for the wine pairing. One of us was unlucky enough to be served last, resulting in him being poured about 50 ml of wine. The sommelier didn't open a new bottle—claiming it was "the last night before seasonal closure"—a disgraceful behavior. The chef kindly came to the table: we expressed the opinion that the dishes were too salty, so much so as to be inedible. In response, we were asked where we were from (Milan), and were told, "Puglian cuisine is savory, and I cook very savory, not salty." Really ridiculous. A shameful experience, with a cost about €190 each. A year later, and after trying other Michelin restaurants, I wonder how this chef earned a Michelin star. In addition to the awful food and wine pairing experience at 22.30 they starts to clean the kitchen. We were in a table next to the kitchen and during the dessert was really unpleasant to hear the smell of chemical products. We left before finish our dinner.
We arrived on time, at 8pm. Got a cold reception on entry, not a good start! We were given the menu for only a few minutes, and the staff rolled his eyes when I told him we need a few more minutes to consider the menu. Seriously I would have shouted at the staff if I was not dining with friends. And then my amuse bouche was taken away before I had the chance to finish, and I had to raise my voice to the staff to have it returned, what was happening with the service?! Honestly, the entire dining experience has already been completely ruined by the time my first dish arrived. To the food, they were completely below average for Piedmont. I had the tajarin, it was very salty, and the white truffles were shaved way too thick. I also had the deer, it was tough and very dry. And the knife that I was given to cut the deer meat was no sharper than an ordinary bread knife. What a joke for a “Michelin” restaurant! This was an utmost disappointing dinner to say the very least!
