I am disappointed with today’s order, I saw they use the old order from another take out black box to recook it for me, I don’t know where this was belongs to, and I afraid to eat it.

This place charges a little too much for chicken. Comparatively speaking Church's is up there with Popeye's and KFC but charge too much for their food. Last week I went to order a 12 piece family meal and 50 bucks later for only legs and thighs. The order menu never specified this. I haven't been here in ages so either i didn't know about this or i forgot. Since i like white meat as well i had to pay an up charge of 4 dollars and some change. Come on 50 bucks for chicken? I know it's similar the other places but I don't have to pay extra for a mixed bucket. My advice, unless you really like this Chicken go some where else and save a few bucks for the same thing.

My first time at church’s and it was ok. We got the regular and spicy chicken mash potatoes and gravy, Mac b cheese, coleslaw and biscuits and jalapeños. The chicken was fresh and the coleslaw was very crispy and tangy. The Mac n cheese was burnt and potatoes were a bit watery. The location was clean and staff helpful and friendly. I would recommend checking it out.

My chicken was old and I wanted all white meat and paid extra for it and got to dry old wings and thigh I was pissed when I got home and on top of that it was nasty 😔 depressed

The chicken is as good as Popeyes. However the hygiene condition is really bad. I saw large roach in the lobby. (See my photo)

I have not had good chicken from Church’s for a long time. Cold, dry and greasy. I now go to Popeyes for chicken, potatoes and biscuits. I only go here for jalapeño bombers and coleslaw- that is until today. The bombers are now sweetened and don’t taste good. the coleslaw was old and discolored and the container was only half full. I paid $17 bucks for these two items which is ridiculous. I won’t be back due to poor quality and value.

My family has been eating Church’s Chicken since I was a kid—it’s what my grandma always bought. Sure, there are better fried chicken places, but we come back for the nostalgia. After today, never again. We pre-ordered our meal through Uber Eats a day in advance for pickup at 6pm. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t receive my order. A few minutes later, a receipt suddenly printed out and they said, “Oh never mind, just got it.” They prepared and handed me the bag and I left. On the way home, I checked the bag—wrong order. I called my family to let them know I’d be late and went back to the store. Here’s where it gets worse: the person whose order I was accidentally given was now in the store. They took the bag back from me, repackaged the exact same food (after it had left the store with me), and gave it to him. Totally unsanitary and unacceptable. I showed them my Uber Eats confirmation with the pickup time and store address. The cashier apologized and said they’ve had issues with online orders. I figured they’d remake my food, but instead she spoke with the manager and came back to say they couldn’t make my order because it didn’t print on their end. I literally had the receipt on my phone. It felt like they thought I was trying to scam them. The cashier seemed to genuinely feel bad and was just following orders, but the manager stayed in the back, eyeing me suspiciously, never coming to speak to me directly or resolve the issue. So not only did I waste over an hour of my time, but I went home empty-handed to a hungry family that had been waiting. We drove out of our way to come here because of the memories tied to this place, but after this experience—nostalgia isn’t enough. You’ve lost a lifelong customer.

OLD DRY FRIED CHICKEN was served via drive thru. I only purchased because the wife was craving fried chicken at 10a. I personally would never ever buy if I was on my own. The quality of this location is subpar. Interior of chicken was cold and dry. It had that despicable aftertaste of old frying oil. Instead of fighting with my wife, I tossed in a few comments with a smile. It takes her a few bad experiences to realize her poor decisions about fast food.

Very bad experience, I was the second car to place an order, and the cashier told everyone to wait. But at least two customers who came after me had already taken their order. I still waited for my order for at least 30 minutes. Is that why I was the only Asian and got my order last?

29SEP2024: I normally LOVE Church's Chicken. This was the first time I've had a negative experience out of 5 states (countless visits). I went through the drive through at 8:05pm, they close at 10pm, just to find out they refused to cook any food that wasn't already heated because "we're cleaning the fryers". I get that. I've worked in restaurants as a fry cook, and I have worked in fast food. But closing 2 hours early? That was new to me. The manager, Pamala was standing behind the poor window employee refusing to discuss anything nor give him support for why she requested the kitchen to close 2 hours before closing. I'm disappointed. More importantly, I believe the manager needs to be called out for closing 2 hours before close. We were only offered food that was cooked (and from the taste) 30min prior. I was not impressed, and I expect better out of a national franchise.

This employee was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional tours my family and my kids . Felt as she was being discriminated me . Also she pull out the middle finger . In front of my kids which they are 1 year - 5 years old . We were excited that we were going to have dinner we came from Azusa . Ca . We pull up to the drive through I wanted to order couldn’t really understand what the employee was saying on the speaker and I let her know that I couldn’t hear her so I pull up to the window and than she had me waiting 20 minutes on the window with my kids and my wife and yet she took the order from two cars behind me but not mine than she opens window and say that no service . Again I was waiting 20 minutes . Than she threats me by saying calling the police I said go ahead . Than she takes out the middle finger at me and felt disrespected with my kids and my wife that’s not okay with hat she reacted nor she explain why I couldn’t order very unprofessional and felt discriminated. .
