Lovely restaurant with a wide selection of dishes to suit whatever you fancy. Love the fillet steak main, sizzling garlic prawns and avocado with prawns starter. Highly recommend.

We visited Friends staying at Faro Park and went out for Dinner..this Restaurant is a hidden gem... I decided to have Rib Eye...and couldn't leave a thing on my plate..the service was excellent and the price was very very reasonable..my only complaint is this was the first time I have eaten here...It certainly won't be my last..excellent

Evening meal. The food is freshly prepared well presented and cooked to order. The filet steak just melts in the mouth . .....the place is a Must!

Four of us visited for dinner. The garlic bread we had for a starter was the best we have ever tasted! The steak was amazing, my son ate every morsel. The BBQ ribs were delicious, the meat fell off the bone. No fatty bits! Chicken Kiev was lovely and juicy. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend 😊

Went with a group of friends for Xmas Dinner here yesterday 25 Dec. The food was fantastic, well presented and tasted good. The service was impeccable and served with a smile. It is a sign of a good restaurant when the local residents use the place, I would say that the majority of the clientele yesterday were locals. Thank you Karchie, Mason and the team for giving us a fantastic day.

It is rare that I write a review and only do so when I have had a really great experience or an incredibly bad one! I have visited Port of Call several times over the past few years with family and friends. The restaurant tables are well spaced out which I like. The service is always spot on, the owner always seems to be present, he is very welcoming and pleased to share his knowledge on the great selection of wines they keep. The food is superb. The menu is not vast but there are plenty of options (normally a special on too) and vegetarian / vegan catered for also. What makes it stand out for me is that whilst there are plenty of really good restaurants in Playa Blanca, there are only a few that use real potatoes and vegetables - mash, sautee, real chips, steamed veg etc. My personal fav being filet steak with scampi, real chips, steamed vegetables and a sauce! This is also the only place where I may consider having a dessert. Their homemade cheesecake is exceptional. Prices are very reasonable. I always book via messenger. A must visit restaurant but make sure you are hungry!

We always visit Port of Call when we come to Playa Blanca. In the Faro Park area very close to the No 30 bus stop this restaurant has friendly staff and great food. Give it try!

We have never had such lovely food - the chips are to die for - the fish is perfect we ended up eating out at Port of Call every other night of our 10 day holiday !! What a gem - highly recommend

We visited this restaurant 3 times in the last week. We all had different food from Ribs, steak, pork and oh my goodness the Sole stuffed with salmon and prawns would be a hit in any top rated London restaurant. The only negative I can give is that we are now home and unable to go back to this gem of a place. Visit and you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff

As a new resident to the beautiful Lanzarote and always looking to excellent food this is without doubt the best I've experienced. Had a fabulous meal tonight, again at the Port of Call. The special, Cod with parsley and lemon .. including the sauté potatoes and veg was delicious. My other 1/2 had the rib eye steak which he raved about! This followed the goats cheese and salad starter which we both thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you all at this fabulous restaurant. Looking forward to some top meals next year! Can’t wait. Friendly and efficient service too ! 👍👌

Excellent place to dine, we went without a reservation, they explained they were fully booked, but would gladly book us in for following night, we told them it was my wife's and I last night but thanked them, just about to leave and the waiter asked us to hold on see what he could do, he arranged things for us to get a table, and I must say the meal and service was outstanding. Thanks to the waiter for making our night, he didn't want to dissapoint us, seeing it was our last night, now that's customer service.

We had a fabulous time here and as I have an irritating garlic allergy this was also dealt with brilliantly and much better than in the UK! We are going there tonight and very much looking forward to another excellent dinner. Thanks to all for looking after us so well.

Excellent food quality with a decent range of fish and meat dishes. The kids menu offers something a bit better than most too. Always seems busy and is visited by a lot of ex pat's. Staff are pleasant enough but sometimes struggle with the busy trade level. All in all, an excellent meal with fantastic food and reasonable pricing. We'll definitely return when next in Lanzarote.

Dort hatten wir bisher auch gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber hier war es nochmals ein Stück leckerer! Das Rinderfilet Steak war super zart und die dznkle Pfeffersoße extrem lecjer! Auch das Hunzer Chicken war sehr lecker! Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut empfehlen!!!! Ich kann nur jedem raten, es einfach mal auszuprobieren! Wir hatten nicht vorbestellt, aber dennoch einen Platz erhalten.

Went to this fabulous restaurant with friends for my wife’s 60th birthday. The food was superb, service excellent and very friendly. They brought a little cake with a candle and a bottle of fizz on the house, so generous. We all had a fabulous night. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, just a great place.

What can I say, this is an absolutely lovely restaurant, we have just dined here tonight and the food, atmosphere and service were all impeccable. Very much a must do when you visit playa Blanca!!! Simple with a touch of class!!

An exceptional restaurant, we ate there 4 out of our 7 night stay in Playa Blanca. Friendly and knowledgable staff team and time between courses. Difficult to know what to choose as all the food is excellent. We tried the fillet, salmon, gammon as well as the specials. For starters we had stuffed mushrooms, prawn cocktail and garlic prawns. Leave room for the desserts, tiramisu and Eton mess are to die for. Reasonably priced and definitely the best restaurant in Faro Park.

We have visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Playa Blanca and on both occasions we have been very pleased with both the high standard of food and the excellent service. Port of Call is a smaller more intimate restaurant and we would definitely recommend a visit. I'm sure we will be back in the future.

Good food, good steaks. 25 y.o. chef knows his way around a good piece of meat. (Perfect medium rare) Hongarian owner very pleasant man, not too shy on drinks! Any passing Israeli would be in good company too, the place is very welcoming to Jews, if only for a l'chaim. The place has a good environment, and to me the overall experience was well worth 5 stars.

Fantastic food - we went here on our last night staying in the area, we wish we had visited earlier. Quality and presentation of food was fantastic, surpassed all expectations - thoughly recommend the Bailey's cheesecake as desert - perfect, service and food quality second to none - thank you !

Ps the espresso is the best I've tasted so far on the island of Lanzarote, it's a really good end of your dinner (even better with dessert of course)

We’ve been meaning to eat in this restaurant for many years and tonight we did,wow what a good choice the garlic prawn starter was succulent and had a little kick to it,I had the rack of ribs which fell of the bone and no fatty bits, my wife had the stuffed sole which was faultless.Special mention to Gracie who was so easy to talk to very natural and professional.We will be back in the week sample something else off the menu.

What a fabulous restaurant. Welcoming staff and delicious food. We visited twice during our stay in Playa Blanca and we were treated to fine food on both occasions. I am not going to single out any particular dish here as everything was top class. On our second visit the town lost all electricity but the staff and chefs in particular stepped up and managed to deliver top quality food to our table.

Just wanted to add to the other reviews saying that the food was delicious, atmosphere excellent and the price very good for the quality. The hosts were very pleasant and should be proud of what they (and the chef) have achieved. No photos as enjoying the food too much!

Great place and the steak was probably the best I have had, seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection my mouth is watering now thinking about it. Staff attentive and warm, surroundings very nice and a lovely ambience. Whole family loved it, my only regret is I didn’t get to go back on our last night as I managed to get myself burnt to a crisp thanks to Lanzarote’s “Devil wind” but will most definitely be back on our next visit over (soon I hope). Thank you all to the staff including the Chef for that Steak. 👌🏻

A small change to this establishment. It is now a completely family run business. We had our 1st meal under the new management. Service was great, lovely to see all staff in uniform, rather than causal ware. Food was very good, my seabass was one of the best I've ever had anywhere. Graham's cava sangria was great. Just give it a try.

Very nice owner and servers. Portions are large and beautifully cooked to order. Fresh vegetables available with mains, which is rare here in Lanzarote. Good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Friendly atmosphere in restaurant. Lots of locals are regulars, which says a lot about the consistency of food and service. Highly recommended

We live in the same village, so they must have heard the news… such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Breakfast is served until 11:30, with brunch from then onwards. We arrived at 11 and went for the breakfast menu. Our group included a meat eater, vegetarians, and someone with a peanut allergy, and we all found something delicious. We chose coffees, juices, smoothies, a bagel, pancakes, and sourdough toast – all beautifully presented, fresh, and generous portions. We were too full to order anything else! Even though the place was completely packed, the team still made time to sing happy birthday to Arabella, complete with a sparkler. The restaurant is spotless, bright, and airy, and the staff are super friendly and bilingual. While it’s known as a British restaurant, I’d say half the guests were Spanish or from other nationalities – clearly a hit with everyone. Food came out quickly, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was buzzing. We did see lots of people turned away, so I wouldn’t risk going without a reservation at any time of day. Highly recommended – thank you for making our morning so special!

Not bad. But expensive for what it is. Felt a bit rushed didn't get time to browse the menu even after asking for more time the waiter was standing there saying he had a table of six and wanted to get our table for two order in first. I had sea bass and wifey had surf and turf. Garlic mushrooms and wifey had garlic bread for starter. One vodka and diet coke each for €52. I thought expensive for what it was. Wouldn't return but enjoyed the food.

We asked for 2 seperate bills due to seperate parties, and staff blew and stated kitchen wouldn’t be happy. (Not sure how this affects the kitchen). Staff was also rude and unfriendly. Food took a long time to arrive however was nice when it eventually came.

Found this place 3 years ago and loved the food here and couldn't wait to return. We did return last week and what a big disappointment, the scampi was truly horrible,have since found it has changed ownership and unfortunately for us not for the better dont think we will be returning anytime soon.once again truly disappointed.

Having been a number times over the years the food and service was always good to very good. However this year in February we were disappointed because the owner was never there. He gave the job of greeting patrons to a German woman who was very regimental and someone from either Lancashire or Yorkshire who greeted people with "love" or "darling". Not very professional, so we stopped going there. A shame!!

Strange attitude of the staff, kind of friendly, but you could see they’re fake and answering quite rude at times. The food is decent, but nothing to go back for. The Cheese cake is too sweet and more like a cream, not a cheese cake imo.

When we tried to get a table in the evening we were just turned around, no effort to fit us in or attract us another time - i worry they have such a stream of customers they dont have to try that hard Not one for me.

They really made me feel unwelcome on more than one occasion. When we were there for breakfast, the service was slow, our drinks ran out before we got food. They had run out of coffee cups we found out later as they asked if they could take them for other guests! When we tried to get a table in the evening we were just turned around, no effort to fit us in or attract us another time - i worry they have such a stream of customers they dont have to try that hard Not one for me.

My friend and I visited this restaurant last night.We had a wonderful evening there! Karcis must have a brilliant chef because the food was delightful! Thank you Mason!I ordered the chicken curry with naan bread and rice;truly delectable with devine flavour! My friend ordered the scampi with fresh chips and a side order of perfectly cooked vegetables.....We shared the Eton Mess to finish......lovely berries in it! The service from Angela was impeccable! Thank you Port of Call for a great evening!!
