We've been here several times, after the cinema during the week, but not on Saturday evening and we were afraid it would be late to eat because the place is packed, and instead after 20 minutes we were served, well done to the guys in the kitchen who run and whoever served us...TOP
I often go to dinner here with my boyfriend and we always have a great time: the service and ordering are quick, and the staff is friendly. The manager is especially nice and kind! Highly recommended!
My daughter's birthday yesterday and dinner today. We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and well-kept, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent. We had a really good time and will definitely be back. A little hidden away, but they're really worth it!
Everything is always perfect, the staff is always kind and polite, I am satisfied every time I leave the place, the quality of the sandwiches and the sauce is really excellent, the nuggets are a little gem, truly among the best you can find in the most famous fast food restaurants! :)
It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant thanks to the friendly staff and excellent quality of the food. A plus is the wide variety of vegetarian options, allowing diners to choose from. The desserts are always excellent, and the Old sauce that accompanies the fries is fantastic!
We stopped for a quick lunch and had a great time. Fresh, well-cooked food, friendly staff. Delicious dessert; I'd recommend the Nutella Alaska cup for a sweet tooth. 😋

It's always a joy to come to the Old Wild West! Nice, beautiful environment, it's an experience not to be missed! The staff is simply perfect in customer care, from welcoming them to leaving the premises, both in terms of cleanliness and speed in delivering the order. The dishes are always super abundant and delicious with a wide variety of fresh and well-prepared products. I come back often and willingly.

A great lunch after a morning of shopping at the Montebello hypermarket, haha! We ordered two large salads, which were filling! Fair prices using the weekday lunch deal. It's a well-known chain, always a pleasure to go there.
The classic Old Wild. The food is good, perhaps a little slow with the servings (the food, because the drinks are very fast). There's ample parking since it's next to a shopping center.

A nice place with great food
I've been going to this restaurant for years: the food is good, though a little pricey. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at the register today. The cashier was rude, sneering at me, and even telling me to go to hell after I simply pointed out a €5 error on my bill. I find it absolutely legitimate to point out an error, especially from a polite customer, even a young one. With attitudes like that, one shouldn't complain about a lack of business or customers.
I hate to say it, but never again! Cold food, a 35-minute wait after ordering, and disorganized!! It wasn't packed, but it's still not good!! First and last time I'll try this chain...
Dinner with friends on Friday night. The meat portions are getting smaller and smaller; you ask for it rare, and they arrive overcooked. Dissatisfied with the amount of meat I've eaten, I ask for a sandwich, which never arrives, so I end up finishing dinner at home. The girls in the dining room were kind, but the kitchen was incompetent.
Food-wise, it's one of the best OWWs I've ever had, but as a waitress, I can say the service just isn't there... Disorganized, slow, distracted. The fact that they're clearly understaffed doesn't help matters. Dirty place, filthy bathrooms.
