Absolutely exquisite! From the stellar natural wine to the incredible amuse bouche, an excellent starter of sweetbreads with a pumpkin puree, a stunning pasta with sea urchin beurre blanc and an outrageous quail stuffed with porcini served with roasted potatoes garnished with shaved black truffles we were awe-struck. Thank you to the chefs and our waiter for his wonderful service - please do not miss this opportunity to try these amazing dishes. Highly, highly recommended!

I went here because I was just wandering before my check in time and I saw the Michelin guide plaque. Little did I know it would be the best food I’ve had so far backpacking in Italy. They were so kind in speaking english, and the chef recognized I was a cook as well and loved talking about food and the dishes. Thank you chef Ansel! I got the menu that the chef gets to pick and was not disappointed. They paired a very nice white with the lunch that went with everything. It was my first time having sweetbreads and I wouldn’t have chosen any other way to experience it than what Ansel had prepared. The service was amazing. They recognized I was American and since I was the only one in the restaurant, they changed the music to country, which I love. If you are visiting Torino, please come here, €60 for a moose Boosh, 3 courses, and a dessert with a glass of of wine. Worth. Every. Penny. Please go visit Ansel and his Team with kindness and a love for food!

We went with the set menu. Extremely good food. Super creative bringing that element of surprise that we always look for. Finishing the panna cotta with a twist was quite a pleasant surprise. The wine selection was delicious. I was about to give it a 4 star however, the risotto portion was so ridiculously big and heavy that it almost ruined an otherwise well balanced meal, however taking into account the quality price ratio the 5 stars are deserved.

One of my favourite places in Turin. Of the more neobistro style places in Turin that serve natural wine, this place ranked the highest. The dishes featuring seasonal produce was a cut above the others. They have an extensive wine menu, but I would recommend going for a pairing and allow yourself to be surprised by the knowledgeable staff. Wines are mainly from natural/traditionalist producers of France, Italy and Spain.

Esperienza globalmente positiva da Gaudenzio ma leggermente sotto le aspettative. Andando con ordine, il locale si presenta bene nella sua semplicità, il personale è gentile ed efficiente, direi perfetto. Ci è stato proposto un aperitivo (calice di prosecco a 7 euro) e poi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione (45 euro ) con 5 portate di cui 4 scelte dallo chef e 1, il dessert, dal commensale. Il percorso è stato nel complesso piacevole ad eccezione del risotto con la bottarga che ho trovato troppo forte e semplice allo stesso tempo, questione di gusti ma forse un piatto così deciso non è la scelta migliore per un menù scoperta. Per onor di cronaca, al nostro tavolo, una persona l'ha pensata come me mentre l'altra lo ha molto apprezzato. Tutti i piatti per il resto sono stati gradevoli ma forse mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di un po' più sorprendente. Scelta di vini molto vasta. Sicuramente Gaudenzio resta una buona scelta sulla scena torinese.

Il ristorante Con quel tocco in più Cucina tradizionale ma rivisitata ottimamente. Perfetto se si cerca qualcosa di "diverso" Ottimi vini, fatevi consigliare dal personale di sala esperto ed appassionato.

Amuse-bouche molto buona, come le tapas. Lo spaghettone, cottura perfetta, ma troppo limone. La quaglia aveva qualche difetto. Dolci buoni. Nel complesso mi è piaciuto e lo consiglio.

We arrived at the restaurant with high experctations but were quite disappointed. The food served was of average quality. The service and the attention of the waitress was below standard.

Ritorno dopo anni e purtroppo la qualità e i piatti che mi avevano colpito non li ho più trovati. Piatti non perfettamente eseguiti. (ho rimandato indietro un patto in quanto non cotto a dovere), alcuni errori di tecnica e abbinamenti non perfettamente riusciti. Spero sia solo un servizio venuto male. Succede. Ambiente sempre accogliente e servizio sempre super gentile e impeccabile

Ci siamo trovati relativamente bene ma siamo rimasti molto delusi dalle portate e dal prezzo a nostro avviso esagerato. Non mi dilungheró molto sullo stendere una recensione troppo dettagliata. La qualitá dei prodotti era evidente ma porzioni piccole se rapportate ai 90€ pagati. Segnalo che il churros di broccoli che grondava di olio di frittura

We bumped into this Michelin Guide 2021-listed restaurant on our way out of the Cinema Museum at lunchtime, and thought of giving it a try. In short, I found the ambience to be casual-elegant and in line with its promise; the menu original, interesting and elaborate; and (crucially), the host's attitude unfriendly, patronising^ and cold. Will neither return nor recommend. [^] As an example, asking for a description of the house's risotto shouldn't warrant receiving in return a flippant, dry lecture about it.

Locale di tendenza all’ombra della Mole. Curato nei dettagli e dalle grandi aspettative questo locale non ci ha per niente convinti. Sapori non definiti, piatti a menu non ben esplicitati e servizio migliorabile. Questa volta non da giustizia alla vittoria de “I 4 Ristoranti”, magari siamo capitati nella giornata no ma non lo riproveremo.

Conto eccessivo al fronte di portate ricercate ma estremamente ridotte e maison plus inesistente. Personale gentile con menù risicato. Abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene ma uscendo con la fame. Classico ristorante da tanto fumo ma poco arrosto!

We had a dinner tonigh in Gaudenzio, following a recommendation. I have to say that we left the restaurant very disappointed. I red the reviews and it sounds we had completely different experience. We ordered 6 dishes and finished only one of them (vegetable croquettes as a first dish). I would not recommend this restaurant.
