Beautiful place. I'm a vegetarian, and whenever I don't know what to eat, I come here. I'm a big fan of the combos with soup, fresh lemonade, and a cauliflower burger <3 The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the facilities are very clean. Lovely place, I highly recommend it!

Lately, the soups and creams have been served lukewarm, and they also frequently make mistakes with special orders. For example, this time we ordered a hamburger without mayonnaise and cheese because someone is lactose intolerant, and it arrived with both. Something similar happened another time with a different dish. What I find important here is that, as a customer, you start eating at a different time than everyone else (some are eating while others wait for their food to be corrected), and that's not a pleasant experience, especially since it's become a recurring problem at this branch.

The takeout service is awful. They took my friend's order—I'd say they stole it (not exactly the restaurant's fault, but it shouldn't happen)—and on top of that, mine arrived 35 minutes late and was messed up. When I complained, they responded reluctantly but eventually resolved the issue. It's very expensive, not only for the mediocre food but also for the terrible service.

The food was okay, but I expected more for the price. I'd rather eat at Tim Hortons or Panem. The place is nice, but the internet signal is terrible, which is a big deal when you're on campus. After struggling to work without Wi-Fi for a while, I decided to order takeout, and they threw away my salad—I don't know why.

Tardaron 20 minutos en traerme la orden y la comida llegó fría.

Se tardaron más de 40 minutos en mi orden, se justificaron con que no había pollo. Normalmente el servicio en Super Salads es pésimo y deja mucho que desear, no sólo en esta sucursal, si no en varias de las que he ido. De 40 veces que he ido, como 7 son tradicionalmente malas experiencias de servicio. La comida es buena en varias ocasiones.

A friend ordered a panini and we waited for about an hour. When we told the manager, he told us he was going to check it out. When he brought the order, it was not what he had ordered. So, we had to wait longer. The only good thing is that when he brought the correct order, I gave him a complimentary snow.

15/03/26 cada domingo pedimos en mi casa 3 ensaladas por lo general, pero en los ultimas semanas empece a notar que un domingo traia menos cantidad de pollo o carne segun el pedido...generalmente eran 120gms de carne pero hoy solo 83 gms de carne y es en la Santa Fe spciy arrachera, que es la que en general pido...hable para preguntar porque y me comentaron que porque ahora ya ñes tienen reguladas las cantidades y que antes "no" ....sera la ultima vez que pedimos en casa.

Pedi un jugo, tardaron 15 min. Fui a preguntar y no lo habian hecho. Los empleados estaban platicando. Muy mal.

No te dan los aderezos que te prometen, la salsa de los chilaquiles parece agua y las verduras no están tan frescas.

Falla el sistema y el servicio súper lento.

The food is usually good and I like the place, however, today I ordered a salad and broccoli soup. There was nothing wrong with the salad, but the broccoli soup tasted strange. I skipped it, tried to eat it, but in the end I couldn't even finish it. I ended up vomiting two hours later. The soup was spoiled.
