The takeout service is awful. They took my friend's order—I'd say they stole it (not exactly the restaurant's fault, but it shouldn't happen)—and on top of that, mine arrived 35 minutes late and was messed up. When I complained, they responded reluctantly but eventually resolved the issue. It's very expensive, not only for the mediocre food but also for the terrible service.

The food was okay, but I expected more for the price. I'd rather eat at Tim Hortons or Panem. The place is nice, but the internet signal is terrible, which is a big deal when you're on campus. After struggling to work without Wi-Fi for a while, I decided to order takeout, and they threw away my salad—I don't know why.

It started off very well. The service from the waiters and cashiers was excellent, but the quality has declined lately. The wait times and quantities of food are inconsistent. But the flavor remains consistent.

Se tardaron más de 40 minutos en mi orden, se justificaron con que no había pollo. Normalmente el servicio en Super Salads es pésimo y deja mucho que desear, no sólo en esta sucursal, si no en varias de las que he ido. De 40 veces que he ido, como 7 son tradicionalmente malas experiencias de servicio. La comida es buena en varias ocasiones.

They took a long time to deliver our order, there was a system failure and they didn't resolve the situation quickly, they didn't offer any compensation for the waiting time, approximately 40 minutes.

A friend ordered a panini and we waited for about an hour. When we told the manager, he told us he was going to check it out. When he brought the order, it was not what he had ordered. So, we had to wait longer. The only good thing is that when he brought the correct order, I gave him a complimentary snow.

They take a long time to deliver orders. I've had it happen to me several times that they forget to put my order in. It's no joke, I've waited up to 50 minutes for a simple corn soup. The soups don't always arrive hot.

The food is usually good and I like the place, however, today I ordered a salad and broccoli soup. There was nothing wrong with the salad, but the broccoli soup tasted strange. I skipped it, tried to eat it, but in the end I couldn't even finish it. I ended up vomiting two hours later. The soup was spoiled. It was the only thing I had eaten all day, and at TecSalud they told me it was indeed from something I ate.

Train your employees. We waited 45 minutes and they never even put our orders in. There were five of us friends and we didn't even receive decent service. Prioritize delayed orders instead of rushing through orders for people who just arrived.
