Lugar de confianza para venir en familia! Buena comida, buenos precios y buen servicio! Ya hemos venido varias veces y nuestros favoritos son los cortes pero la coliflor y los postres muy ricos!

Es un lugar con un ambiente lujoso, pero a la vez conserva ese toque como a cantina. Buena ambientación musical, la atención y la comida es lo que destacan a este lugar. Claro que es un poco costoso al ser corte de carnes, pero cada bocado lo vale, personalmente yo le pongo 10/10. Si tuviera que poner un pero, tal vez solo sería ampliar la sección de platillos de entradas.

Not sure why people had some not so good experinces here, but I can say the staff is attenetive, the drinks are great, the dishes my wife and daughter had were great, and the Ribeye I had, well lets say, The best damned steak Ive ever had in Monterrey, cooked to perfection, the flavor and tendernes were comoketely unmatched. OMG ! I highly reccomend !

One of my favorite restaurants in Monterrey, great stakes and sides, beverages and a very comfortable place to spend the day with family or friends. It's located inside the Nuevo Sur mall, so the parking lot is huge.

We celebrate my brother birthday here. He often visit this place. Last Friday was the first time in this place. The service is great. The dishes we ordered: "Tacos de fideos secos", "Tablitas de Rib-Eye", and the Home Salad were just delicious. They cook with the meat from the butcher shop in Monterrey named "San Juan" which is well positioned to offer great meat cuts. A good option if you are in Nuevo Sur.

Un lugar bastante agradable, muy tranquilo y cómodo. La comida deliciosa. El servicio un poco anticuado (esperamos mucho por nuestros tragos, al llegar no nos dieron el servicio de salsas, el vendedor encargado no se acercó lo suficiente a nuestra mesa, teníamos que buscarlo cada que requerimos algo). Fuera del descuido de nuestro mesero, vale la pena visitar este lugar.

La coliflor está muy buena! Siento que falta un poco de variedad de entradas o agregar unas ensaladas. Los cortes llegaron con el término de cocción que se les pidió 💯

Buena relación calidad-precio, buen servicio al cliente, ambiente agradable. Se tardó en llegar la comida aunque el sitio no estuviera lleno.

Tonight's dining experience lacked the outstanding service that I expected from San Juan Grill. The waiters were slow to get everything we asked for and took forever to get our leftovers boxed up and the check. The food was not up to par. My rib eye steak was under cooked and even after I sent it back to the kitchen it was still under cooked on the inside but burnt on the exterior.

The worst experience we've ever had. The restaurant was practically empty, with only five customers in the restaurant and many servers standing around chatting. The welcome was cold, and it took a while to bring us the menu. We ordered two rib-eyes, one medium rare and the other well-done. Mine, which was well-done, was undercooked, and I asked for it to be cooked well-done. The rib-eye had a very bland flavor; it was a good portion, but lacking in flavor. Upon arrival, we asked for two glasses of water while we decided what to order. The waiter took so long to return to take our order that when they finally decided to bring it, the dish looked very simple. The rib eye came with plain, flavorless potato wedges and spring onions. We had to order two more sides: a spinach gratin and a mac & cheese, which had slightly better flavor. I ordered a local beer, and the waiter never came back to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. My son asked for a glass of wine and the waiter was lost or confused about the wine brand. The waiters walked by us indifferently, only talking to the few customers who were there. My bill was $117 dollars which I paid for it by bank card, plus a tip, which was in cash. I only gave $240 Mexican pesos for the poor service. I wanted to make a good impression on my son on his first visit to Mexico; he got a very bad one. My son is very generous with tips because he works at one of the most expensive restaurants in Houston. He knows the job, Unfortunately he felt very judged as outsider. THE RESTAURANT STAFF NEED BETTER TRAINING!

This place was a disappointment. The food, with the exception of the chicharron san juan and the tuetano, was average at best. Most of it was served warm at best and the flavor was not good. Our initial waiter seemed turned off when we didn't order wine or alcoholic drinks, he disappeared after that and even when we called him he did not come over. We waited a good 15 minutes after that before another waiter came by to take our order. This guy was much nicer and attentive. Over all I found this place pretentious with average food, would not recommend.

Fue la semana pasada al principio todo bien nos trajeron las bebidas en tiempo normal el datalle fue que la comida tardaron en traerla más de una hora !! Y no fueron para ofrecer algo por la mala experiencia solo por que yo les pregunté que había pasado ? Solo me respondieron Esque nos confundimos y no metimos el pedido a cocina , en cualquier otro restaurante te ofrecen un descuento o hasta un postre para remediar algo y no te vayas con la mala experiencia aquí en en San Juan grill NO les importo y todavía al cobrar me preguntaron por la propina , para ser un restaurante de esta gama la comida estaba bien por el precio que estas pagando pero el servicio pésimo

La carne tiene buen sabor y supongo consistencia, Ya que el término a pedí fue cocido y prácticamente estaba dorado si no es casi chicharrón, definitivamente mis espectativas eran altas, ya que siempre compro en la carnicería Las cuales definitivamente no se cumplieron

Ojalá regresara a ser lo que fue. Las personas que trabajan ahí seguro no quieren estar. Muy mala atención: los meseros platicando, nadie se acerca a las mesas, me tuve que parar a cocina a ver si ya estaba mi orden y "desde hace rato" ys estaba. La comida buena, pero por el pésimo servicio se opaca, una tristeza. Hace años no salía de ahí, ahora ya no quiero regresar.

Terrible experiencia! Éramos 3 comensales y a los 3 nos fue mal. Cortes sobrecocidos, chile envuelto en pasta hojaldre cruda, sopa de sabor desagradable, tacos fríos. El lugar ya no es lo que fue. No aceptaron las reclamaciones a pesar de estar fundamentadas. Es malo y caro. Nada recomendable.
