Dunkin'

Frozen coffees are super good. But I wish they would change the name back to Coolatta. Like most DD stores t is hard for them to keep up with the demand in quantity for people's favorite foods.

This Dunkin' Donuts made my day today, especially Lindsy for her welcoming smile and kindness. I'm sure I surprised her with my Star Wars outfit today but she was great, welcoming smiling and made me feel super comfortable when I was very nervous. Thanks again and thank you Lindsy!!!

I stop here often. Usually just for a bagel twist. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the twists are delicious. They do run out of them but it's to be expected. The new building and drive thru are great.

We went in yesterday and was helped by a very nice young lady named Beverly. She smiled and was very friendly. Made our drinks with care. The best Mocha latte I’ve had in a long time. Made my husband this awesome drink that we both fell in love with. We will definitely be coming back here a lot.

This is a brand new Dunkin with free parking and drive thru.

Did a quick drive through mobile order. They moved the line much quicker than I thought they were going to. Better than most DD experiences I've had.

Every day I go to Dunkin’ Donuts, I love this place nice people and very fast. I was short a few dollars for my order and they still allowed me to have my order. Three people would totally recommend them before hitting the road.

Anthony is always making walk ins top priority, even during their busiest rush in the morning. He always seems happy to help and is quick to catch if someone has been waiting more than a minute, and when he does he caters directly to you and ensures that you are taken care of. Thank you Anthony!

Good service, just that the outside trash can is always overfilled and flowing out, causing most of it to fly away. Can never put my trash away…

The parking lot only has one entry and exit so it makes traffic flow difficult. The coffee is fresh and the bathrooms were clean.

They were pretty busy when I went in. So I had to wait a little, no biggie. I was given a small instead of a medium, even though it was on the sticker as "MD" medium. I didn't care enough to change it. I probably couldn't have finished a medium size any way. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I'm sure they would have switched it out if I asked.

Trainee learning and trained staff were frightfully busy. Coffee etc. good as usual. This time very nice.

Fast and pleasant service. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest (we were there around 1130 am), but not the worst I've seen either. Just stopped in for a medium mocha. There was no line - was in & out in 5 mins.

Not the most friendly people. Not the quickest drive thru UPDATE: much better service. Faster and better customer service. The only bad thing is trying to get in and out of that parking lot. Don't go in the morning if you are in a rush!

Store is always clean and well-stocked. The quality of food and coffee is consistently good. Very rarely is the service slow without reason, but in those moments it can take a long time to even be greeted. Overall, this is a great Dunkin. The drive-thru is quick and there is ample parking.

I would rate it a 5 star, except that it's Drive Through only. I understand the virus situation, but others are letting customers in. Everybody wear your mask ! And get your vaccination ! Let's do it together.

Always love the cold brews but the food could be better. Also the last few times the food has been under cooked. Will only be getting drinks moving forward

The service is good here and pretty quick, but like most Dunkin Donuts they put way to much sugar in your coffee.

Service kept messing up orders and could not hear properly to what was asked for. Other than that I love Dunkin Donuts.

That makes no sense to me to build a larger dunkin' donuts because the old one was overwhelmed bought when I went there. I ordered one special teeth coffee and it literally took 25 minutes. There was only three people working there and that's ridiculous for three in the afternoon. You got to give it to this stuff though that was there. They did everything they could.

Stop here multiple times a week. It is a very busy DD, based on location. In the mornings there is *always* a conga line of cars streaming from the drive through, which also blocks in and out access to the small, busy parking lot during prime rush hours. Beyond the parking lot and drive through issue, products are fresh and service is relatively quick and the workers are generally pleasant.

The coffe is never made with any consistency. Sometimes it's like sugar milk and the next time it's dark and bitter. I used to spend a lot of money at this Dunkin every month, now I drive to Waldens Dunkin even though it's further away. Today was the last time for Montgomery Dunkin. Coffee can set the mood for the day and they need to realize it!!

Come here every morning and is always great. They always get the order right and everything is good quality. I had to knock the review down a few points because dependent on the morning you sometimes get phenomenal customer service and sometimes a really bad experience. This morning the guy at the window was extremely passive aggressive even to the point of rolling his eyes when HE ASKED us what did they miss from our order. While we were waiting he has also pacing around near the window waving his arms around like he was frustrated or upset. If the customer service becomes more consistent I think this place would def be a 5 star!!

I have been to this DD probably more than any other DD over the years. Before Covid, I always went inside for my order. The drive through window line was normally long and sometimes blocked the parking area, and entrance/exit.. As such I found it much easier and quicker to use the in store option. I liked it better anyway since it allowed for the interaction with the employees rather than the much colder person at the window trying to get you out of the way for the next car. I found that the staff was mostly friendly and courteous. Mistakes did happen, but they normally corrected them quickly.But it was a pleasant experience to order inside. Then they went to drive through only. The normally long lines now made it hard to even get in and out of this DD. A lot of times cars blocked the road altogether. So I didn't stop in as much anymore. I found the experience to be more of a robotic assembly line approach . I think they might have opened the in store option again, but I'm not sure. I have now been programed to only drive though when the line allows. I guess too many times parking only to find the door locked and not getting coffee because of the drive through line has soured me a little on this DD.

First a want to say We have here 7yr old comments in here.This is a new building new staff new everything 1/11/2025 at 10:30am, I decided to pull over at this dunking's an I order Dark Tea an JELLY DOUGHNUTS, the last thing I would have expected would be HARD JELLY DOUGHNUTS...Remember you're LOGO Dunking. TIME TO MAKE THE DOUGHNUTS Fresh one's. Please no more HARD BRICK JELLY DOUGHNUTS for you're locals who keep the business going. It's nice knowing you can get a quick Coffee an fresh soft Doughtnuts on youre way to work,school or church ⛪️ 😉.

This is a brand new shop. The staff are young and don't seem customer friendly. They spend more time hanging out with each other then attending to the customer. I ordered my coffee from the app. When I went in to get my coffee, I ask if their bags of coffee were 3 for $20.00 as some other places. The girl I spoke with got an attitude, and said 3 for $20.00, are you nuts, there $20.00 each. So if you order and go, I guess this is an OK Dunkin, not in my top 10.

It was terrible service, I was very disappointed with the energy when walking in. It felt like as a customer, I was annoying. Most of the employees had a bad attitude. And there was sugar all over the top of my coffee when I ordered just cream.

The girl st the drive through was very rude no good morning, didn't say one word through the whole transaction. Took my card ,handed back,gave me my order.i said good morning, thankyou. She said nothing. Terrible customer service. She should not be allowed to work the window or deal with customers!! On the food side, tried the new omelette bites, bacon cheddar. Not a fan. Won't get then again

Clean and brand new but painfully slow. Watch the cameras and you’ll swear your watching angelina in slow motion. Dunkin’s losing money on her. Bradley however is super helpful and cheerful, he can run circles around her. Paying him double and getting rid of her would make more sense.

service always take awhile and most of time orders not fully correct. At drive thru today was the last straw - got 3 drinks and seriously 2 of the 3 drinks were not what i asked for !!! Really.

Came in for breakfast and got a maple bacon sandwich. Bacon wasnt cooked all the way and gave me poisoning. Need to stop firing people and cook the food the way its supposed to.

Understaffed and slow even during off peak hours. Took 10 minutes just to get a coffee. Staff is friendly and do their best but unable to keep up with workload. Ongoing for some time now but yesterday was the worst.

The uoung lafy that helped me was very nice and helpful! However, I bought 4 Hot Chocolates only to get home and find one was leaking the entire time!!! Yes, big mess! Apparently when it was put into the holder the bottom was crushed!!!!

How this manager thought this was appropriate I do not know. If you stopped here I hope you got time to wait

When your order is right, it’s good, but half the time they don’t even make what you say at the drive thru. constantly getting drinks with missing flavors, sandwiches with cold cheese on it, or just flat out wrong. If that’s not enough the drive thru staff (10am-3pm usually) is often either rude or just won’t speak to you at the window. Walden’s staff is much friendlier.

It’s a nice new spot, but it’s just not great. The wait is too long. And I had a cup of decaf today that was the most disgusting cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I literally just spent four dollars on liquid that I threw in the garbage. I’ll be skipping this place in the future. 🤢

The employees must not have been taught how to pour nitro cold brew. They’ll give you a cup with 10% actual coffee and then 90% foam. It’s basically like they’re handing you an empty cup. Then they’ll tell you “that’s how it’s supposed to be. They don’t know what nitro is or how to pour it, so if you go don’t waste your money paying $5 for three sips of coffee

I frequent this Dunkin often and always place a mobile order for a frozen coffee. A month or so ago, I had no complaints. Recently, I have been receiving my coffee without cream in it and it looks and tastes disgusting. I have gone in and had the employees remake it and it turns out correctly. However, most of the time I am placing this order to get on my way to work with no time to have them remake my drink. Visually, the coffee looks wrong so I just don’t understand why this is being repeatedly served to customers. To the employees of Dunkin, learn how to make the drinks before sending them out please.

I went there today and i asked for a meduim iced CARAMEL coffee with liquid sugar and cream and two blueberry shots and they gave me this. Absolutely tasted gross

I just left this Dunkin Donuts and experienced the worst service ever!! My order was completely wrong and the attitude of the employees was horrendous!! I will never come back to this Dunkin Donuts again!! Do you yourself a favor and go to another Dunkin Donuts!

Can't post without giving it a star, but I wanted to give them NO stars...inside experience: customer must ask for receipt so you know what your number is when it's called out at pick up. While waiting in pick up line, there are several crew members appearing to have the time of their lives behind counter. If your need for coffee is great, try the nearby Burger King.

Coffee tastes like literal dirt mixed with ALOT of water. Donuts/munchkins are sometimes hard. They need to retrain everyone there. Managers also. Or lower their prices because it's definitely not worth half the price they charge for anything there.

I’ve purchased a large coffee from this location every morning for the past 4-5 years. This morning, 1/22/20, at around 615AM I was standing inside at the counter for about 10 minutes and not one employee came over to take my order or even acknowledge that I was there. I was forced to walk out and take my business down the road to McDonalds. Found my new morning coffee spot...

This place is highly Racist! The district manager Vivian Perez was very discriminatory against my daughter and me , there was a couple standing in front of us for over 20 mins, when 5 of their friends walked in and they allowed them to skip me due to being friends with the couple in front of me. I asked if they came together and all 5 customers started to speak at me at the same time and rather than advising them to exit or appropriately manage the line Vivian approached my daughter and I and told us she is refusing us service. Literally 5 white folks against an 11 year old and a mother. While I held my composure the couple in front of me continued to speak and I was being threatened to be removed by police. Vivian Perez is new to this location and does not have the proper etiquette to be a manager , rather than diffusing the situation she made it a race thing. I will be making more reports on this matter.

Always a problem worst Dunkin ever don't bother going to this location. Orders are always wrong and they start cleaning the ovens at 7pm so you will get turned away if u want to order food 1hour before closing wasted my time too many times dobe with this place.

Very sad when an establishment does not accept US currency. Saw 2 customers have back 2 back 30$+ orders be refused service because the wanted to pay with currency over 20$. Not only that they forgot to put sugar in my coffee. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION!

Waited 15 minutes to get 3 plain bagels, plan ahead if your in a hurry. Cashiers don't know simple math. Gave her bills and received no change. When I questioned her on the change, she had an attitude and still gave back the wrong amount. It's not just Elisha, it's everywhere

I normally love dunkin' donuts but was very put off after I just went in and tried to pay in cash. The cashier asked if I had anything smaller since they do not accept bills bigger than $20. I did not and she said she could not complete my order.

Stopped in the afternoon, ordered Donuts and a cappuccino. Had to wait 7 mins for my cappuccino, which in that time watched 2 off duty employees (I assume) just go up to the side counter and walk away with coffees in under a minute and not pay for anything. Hope the managers are aware that non paying "customers" are being served at paying customers expense. Go to a different Dunkin if you need coffee...

Line at the drive through is 10 minutes and backed up onto 208. Every. Single. Morning. Staff is rude. Orders are routinely wrong. Way too much cream/sugar/butter, etc. Food is often either out of stock or horribly stale.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Kids that are working there have no work ethic at all No one seems to know what to do there when orders are placed. Not including all the fruit and drain flies that are on the walls. Meaning the place must dirty. DOH needs to check that place out

Almost every time I go to dunkin to get a coffee I ask for a French vanilla cappuccino. The first 2 times I came here to the Montgomery dunkin it came out tasting very bland. No flavor at all. Then I started asking for them to make it sweet. Now today I asked for one and I said "extra extra sweet" and it literally tastes like it has no flavor at all. Last 5 dollars I will waste at this dunkin. 👎👎👎

If you want to wait a ridiculously long time in the longest line of your life in a drive thru there’s no escaping from, by all means, give it a go.

Stopped in the drive threw for a donut, i seen no signs they don't take payment from cell phone, apple pay or google wallet. I ordered and the guy said they didn't take that payment. I had to park and go in to stand there ,being ignored .yeah I had to tap my phone on The counter for service , to pick up my donut! A little ridiculous I'll drive further to the next location, I will never go to this one again!

Rock hard bagels. It's amazing that they have the audacity to even serve these bagels. They have to be several days old. The other montgomery dunkin is the same and last time I had physical pain in my jaw from trying to eat it. Figured this location was new so they might have mastered the simple task of making a bagel. Well..at least it had adequate cream cheese... but I could probably use this bagel as a weapon if I threw it at somebody lol. There might be softer rocks outside. Get it together.

This dunkin is literally the slowest dunkin ive ever went to. Even getting a bigger building and more emoloyees and they still suck. 15 minutes for a drink is absurd. And I know what it’s like working at dunkin im a previous employee. Do better. I literally hate coming here. Sadly it’s convenient.

I don’t even leave reviews but they messed up my order 3 times in a row so I stopped going there then my mom goes as I’m with her and they mess her order up to we had to go back like damn man I don’t get it is it on purpose or a joke or something lol

I rushed out of work to get to this location before they close. I made the drive thru at 8:49PM tonight on 6/14/24. The employee told me through the speaker that they close at 9 but if you go in the last 10 mins they won’t serve you.

Was the only car in drive-thru, ordered two coffees, a mocha, a refresher, a latte, and a frozen hot chocolate. Paid $25 for the whole order. When I received the drinks, I was hurried out of the lane so their times were low, didn't realize they forgot the mocha. Don't go here.

These people are the absolute worst in the area!!! They are constantly messing up orders you ask for something extra, you pay for the extra, but you don’t get extra. THE COFFEE IS WATERY!!! No flavor no taste! All I taste is water! The quality is no longer there since they did the new revamp! Everything here is horrible except for the way the place looks, as far as the food goes If I could give zero stars, I would! They skimp on any kind of cheese, cream cheese, chipotle, Regular cheese, anything that requires sauce or cheese do not get from here because you won’t get hardly any!!! DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE COLD FOAM!! I pay for coffee with cold foam, and by the time I get to the window, the cold foam has disappeared!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Brutal to say the least. Guy at the drive-through was so monotone. You couldn’t even hear him. The screen didn’t show our order so I asked him to confirm it, just said the drinks and maple bacon bag, but then proceeded to add cold foam to the nitro cold brew which something was off with that and it just taste like water not even sure if there’s coffee in it. The iced caramel latte had two pumps instead of one and was too sweet. Instead of the maple bacon bag, we got a sandwich that we didn’t want and paid for. Boo

I've been going to this Montgomery Dunkin for a while and for the past few years is be more miss then hit so iv stopped going. The Dunkin I usually go to lately closed so iv had to go here for coffee. Be bad the past few time but today was the last straw. I ordered sausage egg and cheese on a everything bagel with a iced coffee. My bagel had only egg and cheese. Also my coffee had a hole punch in the side and covered by the order ticket. The moment i went to drink at work, the tag fell off and there was a big hole there.I would hope this wasn't done intentionally but the woman that took my order was so rude I wouldn't put it past her. I will be going out of my way to go to any other Dunkin from now on. Eat ar this place at your own risk. They're Iced Teas are always sour and they always tend to get your coffee order wrong.

Went here for a medium Cappuccino, there was a long line at the Drive thru, when I received the cappuccino I noticed it was feeling kinda light but I ignored it, when I arrived at work it was a half cup of cappuccino, I am so disappointed about this, I never experienced this service from this location before

The food was the only good part. If your on a brake and barley have time don't stop here it took 5 minutes to get one item. The tables were barley cleaned was still dirt from previous people who ate there. The workers were shouting at each other from across the restaurant.

I Was on the drive through date 10/4/2024 at 9:32am I place my order and at the end She Said “ You Can Go Ahead Second Window Ma’am or Sir or Whatever you are” very disrespectful and rude, when Im at the window Maria ask again and “what are you a men or girl?” First of all is none of her concern what I am all she needs to do is charge me for my order and hand me the coffee and kept asking and mocking me I asked for the manager in charged and he didn’t care not one bit for what i was saying not even apologized and slammed the window laughing with her. I am at that location usually almost every day since is close to my job and is sad that im not gonna feel comfortable visiting this location anymore due to this Bullies. RUDE!!! went through the drive thru, purchased with MY money 2 iced coffee, no hello, no nothing...only for the for the girl to practically throw them at us. With one spilling all over, I asked her for napkins so that the coffee could be cleaned off the lid and not spilling all over and she shoves the napkins at me. I usually never have bad experiences here since the did the new location, but going right back to the old way and this girl just acted like a spoiled brat. If you don't like your job find another place to work. I'm sure she wouldn't have tolerated that if it were the other way around.
