Got their new Dill Pickle Wrap but they didn't tell me they didn't have the stuff to make one really so all I got was a chicken tender with mayo wrapped in a tortilla. They did replace it with two fried pies so that was good

Worst unhateful staff. They suck!

Went to Popeyes of Monticello today and was asked to pull forward and they would bring my food to me. 45 minutes later I walk in to get my food that has been just sitting there and get home with the wrong order. I will be going to Lake Village from now on to get food worth eating.

Very unprofessional, And out of order. Managers need to get everything in order

I came in today and got a 10 pc family meal got home and 3 of the legs was raw. When i called the store they hung up on me 2 times. It took my husband calling a 3rd time and finally wouldnt hang up. Then when he tried to explain what was happening someone in the background said whats wrong and the girl on the phone said i dont know and dont care just someone trying to get free food. And hung up again. This is NOT ok.

This has to be the absolute slowest restaurant ever. I tried to order one item, I'm told they would have to cook it so it would take longer. sooo I ordered something else that should be cooked chicken tenders. Come to find out everything we ordered, they had to cook. Was told they were taking it out of the oil, yet we waited another 15 minutes for it. We had ordered ranch and honey mustard for the tenders. Got home and had 3 BBQ. No forks, no straws. I'm very disappointed. This happens every time we go. Nothing here ever changes. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I hate leaving bad reviews. This is the 3rd time I've come through after work to be met with slow slow service. Tonight, I just left drive thru without my meal because I got sick of waiting.

We ate here traveling back to Oklahoma. We got our drinks and my mother in laws cup had a dead roach in it. There was no lids so we opened the cabinets under the fountain drink machine to attempt to find one and roaches went everywhere covering the door and all over the cabinets. I spoke to the manger about it and she shrugged her shoulders and said wasn’t her problem and continued making food. This is disgusting and not a place I would let anyone eat at. Horrible experience.

When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I wasn't greeted. I had to speak to the 2 ladies in Manager shirts to interrupt their conversation. I was then given cold food and half filled red beans and rice. I am a traveling nurse, and was over joyed to have popeyes here. What a disappointment. The lady with dreads made sure to let me hear her call me white lady with a snide additude. She needs more managers training. Customers choose where we spend our hard earned $$$

Got in line at 8:30. It's 9:35 and we're still waiting. We're told they don't have the sides we originally wanted. We settle for something else, he takes our payment then proceeds to tell us they don't have those sides either. Definitely not fast & friendly service. And even after waiting an hour were told to pull up and wait for our food. Yet 2 vehicles behind us pull up and got their food immediately. Surely they can't be making it seeing they wouldn't even make more fries. Edit: 9:42 food received cold.

Terrible employee's, definitely need a manager. Employee's were standing around doing nothing. Was interrupted while giving our order to cashier by a employee . And after a 46 minute wait, they did not know what we ordered. We got our money back and will never be back. Only one star just so I could post this .

Visited this past weekend and they got my order wrong AND the chicken was old and dry. I went during the lunch hour before one. I am quite certain that the chicken was from the previous day. That's wrong and very unhealthy!
