The food had a very homemade flavor, very rich. Personally, I didn't like the service, as if they no longer care about treating the customer as x, since they have so many customers they don't pay much attention anymore, then when you finish eating you have to clean the plate, otherwise, they won't receive it. My experience was not good in this place because of the service, but for the food I do recommend it.
If you're looking for cakes that will truly surprise you, this is the place. The variety of options is impressive, and each cake has its own special touch. Perfect for a snack or to share with friends.
My favorite tortas in Morelia! You have to order the classic mole with beans! I recommend ordering takeout for now since they're expanding the place and there's hardly any seating until they finish the renovations. I definitely recommend them!
The tortas were really good. The mole one was my favorite. I wanted to eat there, but the place is very small. The service is bad; they make you feel uncomfortable, and there's zero attention.

It's one of those places the locals go to. The stews are delicious, and the tortas are generally very good. The deshebrada with mole seems to be the most recommended; it's delicious. The tortas cost $30 and the water $20.

Delicious stewed cakes, accompanied by sliced green chiles with lemon and salt, a variety of soft drinks, and very friendly wait staff. The only drawback is that if you eat there, there's nowhere to sit.
They are very rich Mole cakes, and the people who serve are very friendly.
The mole tortas with chicharrón are delicious, but I think they're putting less filling in them each time 😞 The place is too small to eat in, it's uncomfortable, and the service from the ladies is poor. I recommend having the torta with jalapeño peppers, onions, and coarse salt.

Pésima atención de la chava. Llegué temprano y me dice que a las 7:30 comienza el servicio. Regresé a las 7:40 y me dice que aún no me puede atender. Si abres a las 7:30 deberías comenzar a atender a las 7:30.
They were always known for their affordable and generous portions, but as usual, they started what I imagine was their expansion, and they raised the price of the torta while lowering the quality. It's incredible how we see this kind of practice time and again in Morelia from restaurant owners who don't understand that this isn't the way to go; this formula doesn't work. People won't mind a price increase, but don't lower the quality of your product. A mole torta for 50 pesos, and they literally just smeared a spoonful on the tip. Unfortunately, I hope management reconsiders, and I'm not saying they have to change their prices, but they shouldn't sacrifice quality. We've seen this with many businesses that were hugely successful in the past; they applied the same formula (raise the price and lower the quality), and now they're gone. I'm writing this review with a lot of respect because it was one of my favorite places for a quick meal, and it's sad to see this practice.
The quality has dropped a lot and the ladies who serve you are always in a bad mood and demand that you pay with change or they get angry.
I arrived at 8:00, but they said they're open until 9:30? Be clear about your hours.
Terrible service! There was hardly anyone there, and the ladies waited until they'd finished gossiping. They serve tiny portions, they even drain the mole sauce spoon, and there were only three green chilies. Honestly, there are other options for breakfast/lunch for that price!
