Excellent atmosphere, great service, a great time singing, and so many characters come out that you can't believe it, haha, it's a very varied experience. It gets pretty busy on weekends, so be sure to arrive early. The food and drinks are delicious. Parking is tricky.

An excellent place for karaoke, the drinks are simple but appropriate for the location. Without any pretensions, you can have a fun evening. The good: They have very good karaoke seating arrangements. The bad: The bathrooms can be a bit awkward due to their proximity to the tables.

I'd been there once before, and the service was good—not great, but not bad. I went a second time, and it was pretty unpleasant. At karaoke, you go to sing. We arrived and were assigned a seat. Then everyone sang, but we didn't. They took our seat and gave us another seat "because they were going to put us in the second round." We sang two rounds (there were few people), and for the last round, the people who were in front of us finished, and instead of giving us our turn, they gave six songs to another table. When we thought it was finally going to be our turn, the DJ started playing music, and it never came to us. Obviously, I asked for the check and mentioned this to the waitress. Just as they were already giving us the check, the DJ came over to give us the microphones. Please, it was already empty. It was a really bad experience.

It's a very fun place, but the price-to-service ratio is very expensive. It seems they don't pay the waiters well because they rotate staff frequently, and it takes them a long time to serve you.

The karaoke is amazing!! The sound quality is quite good. However, the service from the waiters is very poor; they don't pay attention when taking orders, and when they bring you something different, they expect you to pay for it, even though it was their mistake. I hope the waiters improve their service.

They have a terrible system for assigning songs to each person! They have a poorly insulated VIP room, so you can hear what they're singing outside. They painted the wall in terrible taste and erased the iconic images of classical music. It's a shame for the current owner. The people at the bar have terrible attitude and service. Don't they understand that this is a public place and they owe it to the people? I don't recommend this place at all!

It's currently called Santiago CantaBar; the name changed. It's a terrible experience if you want to have fun singing. You'll hardly find that there because they have their favorite customers, and while you see other tables singing away, those who aren't preferred customers are left out in the cold. They'll only let you sing, if you're lucky, once or twice until the very end. That's what they did to me the last time I went, and it doesn't matter what you order; that's just how they are. It's disgusting that they have favorites. I'm never going back there, not even as a joke.

Good sound, cool during the week, but on weekends, be prepared not to sing along, as their favorite customers will arrive and jump you whenever they want. They'll leave you one song before closing time because it's already late, but their favorite customers keep singing. The waiters provide good service, though...
