The flavor of this style of cooking chicken is unbeatable. There are special offers on Thursdays and packages every day. My favorite Pollo Feliz, in all of Cuernavaca. Highly recommended.
I can say it's one of the best chickens I've ever eaten. Its flavor is very unique. A great option when it comes to fast food.
I bought half a marinated chicken to go; it was very well seasoned and not at all hard to digest. They give you tortillas, salsa, and rice in the package. The place has tables, but it was empty, so it's clearly more of a takeout spot.
Delicious roasted chicken with its unique seasoning, and efficient service from the staff. The chilorio quesadilla is exquisite. The only downside is that they charge extra for extra salsa. It's not the same as when they offered tortilla chips and salsas; now everything costs extra.
The chicken is very good, the tinga is very delicious.
I love their red onion; I think it's the special touch in those chickens from years ago. My father used to take me there, now I take my children 😊

They sell whatever they want, offer promotions that never exist. They always say they're out of Primos and give away incomplete chicken, missing two pieces of breast. Since they come prepackaged, they give you half of one and half of the other, and they don't even give you a receipt. I've had two very bad experiences with these, and I don't plan on buying from them again.
The chicken was so salty it was inedible.
The Domingo Díez branch is great, but at the other one, where the "turnip triangle" is, the employee has been rude twice now. He never has change, but he doesn't care about making sales because he already has his salary guaranteed, and whether he sells or not doesn't matter to him. Anyway, hopefully they'll fire him and hire someone who really needs the job.
The chicken from months ago is very burnt and doesn't have the same flavor as in other branches.
