A solid 8 rating overall for this place but a good an for convenience. Open 24 hours. Nearby my home in Moreno Valley. Relatively safe area near a police station. Food was good enough for 1 am. Surely beats cooking my own meal.

This is one of many Albertaco’s I been into and the food was good it did take longer than usual since it was not as busy as other Albertaco’s I’d been to. I usually order shrimp burrito and always been good food and rolled taquitos with guacamole, my order was taken wrong but it was a manager took care of it right away. This place needs some remodeling and safety precautions since a couple of table tops were missing and not safe for customers. It has a lot of nice services like drive through, 24 hr service and delivers with doordash and has a nice patio also follows cdc guidelines I agree that Managment and amployees might need some customer service training. I would go back again and recommend it as well. Didn’t get a five star this time but will see next time I’ll go back if it gets better or stays the same.

I would say it was ok. I was bummed the salsa came in packets, which means not fresh. The food was ok. It needed a little more flavor. The fish tacos were not good. Lots of bread and lacking flavor.

Effective, today, March 5, 2022, I think I'm finally done with Albertaco's on Alessandro. The food is now nearly $15.00 (see receipt), and I'm still receiving a half-plate of food!! The quality of their food is decent (this happens to be a Chorizo plate), but it's like a French serving dish. Barely anything there. Only half-full. (Sometimes it's been even less!! 😳) Panda Express operates this way, as well. These establishments need to take a page out of Mr. You's Chinese food, on Perris/Iris, who pile on SO MUCH FOOD, they can barely close the lid on the Styrofoam container, much like the container in the picture. It's no wonder Mr. You's is always packed with people! And I'm not TRYING to "plug" Mr. You's. I'm just saying, if you're going to raise your prices, at least provide the customer with a decent amount of food. The only reason they get a 3-star rating, is because their food is decent, and, as obvious by my gripe, their portion content is "average", and thus so is their rating.

To the guy taking orders on 12/31 at 11pm you need a serious attitude adjustment! You should be mad at your employer for being open on NYE not us paying customers. Some of us don’t have family to go to for dinner so we go to what establishment is open. You had the worst customer service you might as well have told us off and told us to leave. Also I ordered two carne asada tacos and I got carnitas, I can’t eat pork due to a medical condition I got two huge bites in before realizing. That’s the cooks fault but then the guy hands us our food pretty much shoving it and says, here! The food is not bad but that customer service is the worse! Management if you have cameras please look into this or at the very least talk to your employees. There is no need to be this rude whether they wanted to close at 11:30 or not.
