UPDATE 2/1/2026 - Received order as described quickly and accurate. The Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini didn't look like the photo in menu and was overly spicy and hard to finish. The Chicken Parmesan was tasty as usual along with the salad. Also, the meatballs were very good and flavorful with good meat. UPDATE 3/19/2025 Always a great meal at Olive Garden with great service and atmosphere. We had our favorites Chicken Parmesan, shrimp scampi with fried calamari as an appetizer. Plus yummy never ending salad. Went to Moreno Valley location first time for my birthday. Very nice service and food. The salad was good as always, calamari was a good size portion and very tasty. I had the chicken parmigiana and my wife had the shrimp scampi and both were great. We ended up taking most home because the portions were pretty large.

Food was good and staff was ok. Need more clean up. Saw a lot family with small kids and big party of people so understandable to be little bit hard to be spotless all the time but still at least clean the tables decent enough would be appreciated. we were there on Friday dinner hours so definitely busy and that maybe contributed to the cleanness part etc 🤷‍♀️.

We had a pleasant experience at Olive Garden. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal, which really added to the visit. The food overall was good, and the portions were satisfying. The only drawback was the calamari—it was a little bit salty for my taste. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and I’d still consider coming back.

Very Surprising, Saturday evening, 6 PM.No waiting time for tablefor 2 The usual corporate food place. The food is nothing special. Were Olive Garden in Moreno Valley really shines is the service. We just go there, to be honest with you, because they have the utmost professional service and staff. Tonight we were lucky enough to have jacob as our server and let me tell you, we hit the jack pot with him. I've been to many famous and fancy restaurants and experiences the best servers out there, but this guy is the best server ever. Every step, every expression, every word, every smile hundred percent right on spot. This young man has a bright future. (No, I never met Jacob before) Other than that I might point out that the endless pasta bowl is a good deal and the mushroom sauce is very yummy. For some odd reason we filed up extremely fast which makes me believe they use fillers. But hey, I might be wrong. Over all, the did is the typical corporate Italian stuff. Employees, are the best. Atmosphere not bad. If you are not looking for an authentic but yet not to bad Italian wanna be did then u recommend coming here Our of your are looking to become a waiter and need to see how it is done, definitely come here. Our $15 endless pasta bowl for 2 still came out to $85 plus the tip. So around $100. Some of the items literally tasted like "chef Boyardee" you know, the canned food. My son (14 years old) actually pointed that out and he knows cause he's an expert on those fancy chef boyardee ravioli..lol... Anyhow, try it your won't regret it. And no, not all pasta comess out Aldente....

We were celebrating a birthday. I do like that we had 2 servers, however they never cleared the dirty dishes after the first course. One of the servers brought put all of the drinks and just set them down on the table...did not pass them out so we got the drinks to the correct person. While they were both very friendly, and checked back on us the service could have been better.

Wasn't a long wait to get seated. The atmosphere was rather calm, and a lot of families with children were seated near us. Our waitress was nice. We ordered the Ziti Fritta appetizer, and it was delicious. For our entrees, we got the Tour of Italy, Cheese Ravioli with creamy mushroom, and the Chicken Alfredo. Substituting the creamy mushroom made the plate really salty, so I wouldn't recommend that swap unless you love salt. The strawberry smoothy is yummy. They only have one salad option, and that's the House Salad. I didn't like it myself. The minestrone soup is good. The chicken gnocchi was really tasty. Our total was about 90 dollars without tip, by the way.

So the atmosphere is definitely phenomenal! Classic music is a quiet setting very professional and clean looking! The customer service was good they would forget a couple of things and would have to be reminded, but had a very calm and cool attitude. Now the food. Fancy, but not that great. It's really hit or miss. My Herb Salmon was over seasoned, and the sides had a very bland taste. Presented well but lacking in taste. It is also hugely overpriced except for the unlimited soup option. They try to fill you up on over salted bread sticks prior to eating the main course so you feel stuffed.

I never have any issues with Olive Garden. I love this place and I hate to write this review but there was a fly in my soup. Please do better kitchen. That's gross.

The hospitality shown was a ten! However the food was disappointing. The ambiance was nice, and quiet. Also inviting. Felt comfortable while eating. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back .

Ordered take out for the family. The salad was fine, no complaints there. We also ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. OMG, it was awful. 3 out 3 adults rated it thumbs down. That they would not order it again. The steak was just so tough that it was unpleasant to try and eat Additional, there wasn't enough sauce to help eat the overcooked tough meat. Dinner was a huge disappointment. It felt like money just threw away.

Illsa, Front desk hose was very condescending very little hostess skills and understanding that she’s the first impression that visitors and customers will see coming into this establishment. Bad service. I called an hour before to confirm, drive to place my order, and after a long line, they told me they couldn't accept any more orders.They offer me a table to order and I tell them that's fine, but afterwards I want everything to go.They denied me service, saying that's not possible.That's what I called for earlier and asked, and they told me they were open and that I could go and place an order.If their employees were competent and had told me otherwise, I would have brought my family.It is clear that good places lack both the logistics and the competition when they have high demand.Thanks for ruining our New Year's Eve dinner.

Our server cesar went on break which he was amazing. He told us alex would cover him and help us out for anything we need. The only time we actually saw alex was when he gave us our food which Im not sure if he’s having a bad day but he set the plates down very harshly. He never came back to check on us. We needed refills and to go boxes. The whole 30 mins cesar went on break not once were we helped. I had to ask a manager to call our server since no one was helping us.

Now Olive Garden…… I love you guys and I decided to use your delivery service for the first time and you sent me some crap! The bread was hard as a rock and cold. The fettuccine pasta was dry and not one ounce of sauce on it. The tour of Italy was worse. Once again the pasta was dry and the lasagna was overcooked and inedible! Maybe you guys should be more professional and think about the quality of food you send out for delivery because this was pathetic! Smh
