I didn't understand the menu and ordered a double, it was four loose and delicious patties on a soft bun with Bacon and cheese. It was crazy good. The fries are just about the best I've ever had , a small serves two, and regular more than that. It's kinda pricey - but occasionally worth it. Still pricey and a little faded. Food quality unchanged - they make a good burger.

Awesome. The lady at the counter overheard us talking about it being my brothers birthday while we were talking about buying a milkshake instead of ice cream cake. She then offered a free milkshake for his birthday!!! Amazing service !!!

The burgers are delicious, juicy!! All toppings are included. Love there twice cooked fries, they were still crispy when we got home for to go order. I would probably order the smaller cheeseburger next time

I liked that when I walked in I was acknowledged & greeted. The 5 Guys team are all very nice helpful. I had a mouth watering protein small burger with everything on it...My burger was between a nice bed of lettuce with a big slice of red ripe tomatoes grilled onions melting cheese a little Mayo ketchup etc. it was simply AMAZING! Oh I can't forget the small size of french fries I ordered...They were more like a LARGE size. They are VERY VERY GENEROUS with their portions. I love this place food is ALWAYS FRESHLY DELICIOUS!!!

Excellent service. We arrived at five minutes before closing that clean the grills we asked if they were still cooking they said sure will serve you. The burgers were what we expect out of five guys, and we enjoyed them, but we were really pleased with the cheerful way that they served us when they could’ve easily turned us away.

The manager on shift was polite, professional, and proficient as five guys should be! The team was enthusiastic and greeted me as I walked in. The manager explained the menu and processed my order. I was in and out fast and my food was hot and delicious

Always a great burger. Nice big location just off the freeway. It is a bit pricey though

even better then in n out. I ordered the vacant cheese burger from 5, and the double double from in n out, eat side by side... 5's better. but the famed fries is average.

Great burgers and Great service. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the fake cheese. When you emphasize fresh you must also add healthy. Get some real cheese guys!

The burgers were served hot and perfectly cooked but were missing several of the toppings I asked for. It was not the fault of the person cooking, nor the person finishing them. The girl who took my order simply neglected to add them even though I told her 3 times. I really don't mind because the toppings they did add were plenty and exceeded my expectations. -1 for not listening when ordering. I would definitely recommend going here as the price is similar to any other similar restaurant these days, but the food is so much better than other burger restaurants. If you order large fries, they pretty much fill the cup you purchased and then dump a ton more in the bag as well. This location also has two of those custom soda fountains where you can get any base soda and add whatever flavor to it that you want. This allows for a near endless combination of drinks which you may refill as much as you want on any single visit. Lastly, they have all you can eat peanuts as an appetizer while you wait for your order. While I personally don't do it, iirc, you can just shuck them and throw the shells on the floor. I feel like it is far easier to just clean up after yourself as soon as your food order is ready. I forgot to take pictures this time, I do apologize.

The most deceitful restaurant I’ve been to. The menu is extremely tricky with the item “hamburger” as one that pisses me off. I ordered the “hamburger” thinking it’s the first item and shouldn’t be expensive and should be basic. Well for my 12 year old daughter, wife, and I, the bill came to $60.23! I learned after I took my first bite that this hamburger was 2 patties. I didn’t order this thing fancy as the cashier was offering the works. I just wanted my hamburger the old fashioned way, buns, lettuce, patty, mustard, raw onions, and mayonnaise. My wife ordered the same and my daughter ordered a plain hotdog just dog and buns with a milkshake. We did order 1 medium fountain drink. When she rang up the total I asked the cashier why it was so expensive. She just said all items are listed and they don’t offer a combo meal. She could’ve told me that the hamburger was a double patty for starters. VERY DECEITFUL MENU!!! Last time I will ever eat here!

The young child you see in the background is an actual employee there or at least was. I went to this restaurant as I normally do with my father and my father in-law and this "CHILD" was not in his uniform wandering around talking louder than anyone there. At one point he was talking about how he was suspended from working for a day and didn't give a "F**K" he was going to work for free anyways. He asked one of the two managers working there for the LAN line phone. After they approved and gave him the phone he sat here in the corner with not work clothes on yet making a personal phone call to one of his "boys" as he put it and was cussing left and right....all of this happened while in earshot of a young kids baseball team that came in for a nice hot, typical, enjoyable, 5 Guys lunch. Although this was not the typical experience. After this rude young man got off the phone he went around to the back and let him self in and got dressed. He walked up to the line after washing his hands to try to start helping with making and preparing food where he was met by an older gentleman that I was told was the manager. The manager kept hand gesturing that you cant be here but never said to actually go. Then young man got annoyed and said "f*** it" and left the food preparation line and walked around to the front of the store in an extremely dirty uniform and started harassing the clients by asking them stupid questions and engaging in pointless conversations, disturbing them while they are trying to eat. I asked for the boys working behind the counter who the manager was and then young man said that he himself and the older man working behind the counter were it....I asked why do you let this kind of behavior happen here. I got no response and then asked the younger manager who the owners were and what their phone number was? He younger manager intentionally gave me the wrong #..I called it and found out it was wrong and then walked back and and asked for the real phone #....I finally got it and it was another managers #. The managers name was JOSE. Jose didn't want to give me the owners # until I told him how upset we were and what had happened. He finally gave me one of the owners #. I contacted him and told him how unprofessional this experience was and that we will not return "EVER................" if this rude, young man is still working here. The owner agreed and said that he would leave where ever he was and head down to the store immediately to take care of the situation. If this guy is here on your next visit........turn around and leave...! Thank you.

My husband did like the bacon cheese burger. But we will not be back. Update: My husband was sick and had diarrhea all night. I felt nauseous too. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!
